They had a huge variety of dresses to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for me, they ordered the wrong variation of the dress I wanted and due to the long order time we were unable to get another one in before my wedding. The store did get an in house seamstress to add in a liner in the top but I still had to have my seamstress redo the whole thing costing me a lot of extra money.

Storybook has a great staff that will help you find the perfect dress for you! They have a large selection of styles and shades that will help you pick the right dress for your special day. They are well organized with a timeline and any information you will need to know about the wedding dress process. If you have any questions outside of what is provided they are quick to respond and extremely helpful. Also, if you find THE dress on your first visit to their story they give great deals to help with costs and deals for bridesmaids dresses too!

Wonderful staffing to help you find the dress. Large selection to chose from. Wonderful benefits if you buy your dress there. We did the suit rental there and such great pricing.

Five years ago, we spent a weekend shopping for my sister’s wedding dress. We shopped all throughout Chicago and Northern Illinois with no luck. We then drove to Storybook Ending in DeWitt, Iowa. This bridal shop is amazing! They had a huge selection of beautiful dresses, and the whole experience was perfect. Christi is amazing at her job and helped my sister find her dream dress that day. Now that I am engaged, I knew Storybook Ending would be my first stop for a dress. Christi and Storybook Ending did not disappoint - they are so kind, professional, and make the experience personal and fun. I had so many women tell me about Storybook Ending Bridal when I first started shopping for my dress that I knew I had to go there. I went to two other shops before hand and they do not compare to the customer service I received at Storybook. I was not sure the type of dress I even wanted, so they were so helpful with suggestions. I can't recommend Storybook Ending Bridal enough!

I can not say enough good things about this bridal salon. We not only bought my dress there but because for the shops expertise and friendliness we bought the MOB dress and the bridesmaids dresses there as well. They listen to your vision and find you the perfect dress for your special day!

Hidden treasure! Worth travelling for. I happened to be visiting my MOH in De Witt, who told me about Storybook Ending. She didn't know they've been around for longer than we've been alive! We checked them out (after trying 6 other places in MN!) and they were by far the best. Selection, price, people, everything. The staff was SO patient and friendly, which is more than I can say for some places. I found THE dress at the right price, so it was so worth driving 4 hours to pick it up when it came in.

I loved going in to find my prom dress in high school, considering I graduated high school with the owner, Chrystal's, daughter Sydney. They were super helpful back then and I always believed that I would go back to find my wedding dress there one day! Cant wait to set up my appointment!

These ladies are the best! I can not say enough good things about them. From day one, when I walked in to try on dresses, to the week of the wedding Crystal and her staff have been so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They not only have an excellent selection of dresses (wedding and bridesmaids), but they are able to answer about every question you could ever have. I 100% recommend A Storybook Ending to any bride searching for the dress!

STORYBOOK gave us the WORST customer service and EXPERIENCE EVER! They had nothing in the brides style so kept pushing other dresses on her. Evetually after being told if you dont order today you will not have a dress we reluctently chose a dress that needed 100's in alterations, which we accept was our fault and should have walked away at that point but we were going to make it work. When the dress came in it was atleast 3 sizes to small, keep in mind we ordered the size that they measured the bride and the size the store recommended. Also do not expect a call when your dress comes in they will send you a letter a few weeks later in the mail. Once you decide to come in to get your dress and finish any payments they will be rude because hey they got your money. If you have any issues you are on your own since they will never call or respond or take responsibility for what they screwed up. We have sent multiple letters, calls and emails to them and they go unresponded to. We have even left many reviews on public forums where they refuse to acknowledge the negative reviews and make it right instead they focus on the positive reviews only. So now we are left with a dress to small to alter larger to fit the bride and had to buy an entire new dress form another location in the village (they were amazing) because we were not going to trust this location again. Id suggest looking at the knot, wedding bee or even google reviews and you will see others with our same experience. The reason you see so many great reviews is because they offer dicounts for posting 3 postive reviews.

Storybook was fantastic when searching for my sister's wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses, so naturally I chose to go their for my own wedding gown! The staff is AMAZING! They are highly knowledgeable, extremely respectful, super personable, and just all around great! They also have a never-ending selection of dresses, but make finding the right one seem so easy. I HIGHLY recommend Storybook for anything bridal!

I've always had a pleasant time at storybook looking for dresses for a friends wedding or for my own wedding dress. The staff is very helpful and kind. The only reason for not giving them all 5 stars is the selection of plus size wedding dresses to try on isn't the best, could use a few more options! I was still able to find the dress of my dreams and still highly recommend them!

Love how they work with only you when you are trying on dresses. They made me feel like a princess and had my best interest at heart. Love the alterations lady that works with them as well. They all are professional and know what they are doing and they made me feel like a bride!!

I bought my wedding dress from Storybook Ending. They have a wide selection of wedding dresses to satisfy anyone's taste. The employees are very helpful and have a lot of knowledge. Patty, in alterations, saved my dress when the first alterations lady botched my bustle. She made time for us and fixed my dress and it was simply amazing. Great value for the money!

The ladies at Storybook are very knowledgeable about bridal gowns. They provided excellent tips for which gowns would best fit my body type. They also are great for indecisive brides, like myself, in selecting the perfect gown. The variety and options were amazing! They don't technically have an "in-house" seamstress, but there is a lady who provides this service right downstairs from the shop. She did an amazing job on my custom alterations.

The ladies at Storybook Ending were wonderful! They helped me pick out the perfect dress for my big day and I couldn't have been happier! They are all super friendly, great to work with, and truly make you feel important as you choose your dress!!

We went out to visit Storybook in the morning, and came back that afternoon to purchase my dress. Myrna was our staffer, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, making styling suggestions that made a huge difference in the style of my dress that I never would have come up with without her. The dresses were reasonably priced, and they were able to get my dress in and altered in time for my wedding (only about 5 months, which is pretty short for wedding dress ordering).

I had a good experience with Storybook ending, although many brides I have talked to did not. They were usually very nice to me and helpful when needed. My biggest complaint was the way they treated my bridal party. Many of my bridesmaids were talked into getting bigger sizes and extra length added to their dresses, even though they were cocktail length dresses. This causes my bridesmaids to pay more money for the extra fabric as well as have serious alterations done to their dresses which also cost more money. There shop is nice and they have a lot of dresses to choose from.

They were so helpful! I had to go look for a dress alone and I found it! They have the most unique dresses.. they aren't cookie cutter like most bridal shops and everyone is so helpful!

I would recommend Storybook Ending to anyone. I tried other bridal shops and they did not compare to Storybook. The ladies there are extremely helpful in finding you the perfect dress for your big day. I got my wedding dress, hair piece, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxes from Storybook. Every time I went out there they helped me to find the perfect things for my wedding day.

All the staff at Storybook really made me feel like they care and always took good care of me and my bridal party. They had a wonderful selection of gowns to pick from for both my bridal gown and bridal party dresses as well. It was even better that it was a one stop shop -we got the entire bridal party (men & women included) and my dress there!
