A Taste of Elegance Catering

Where shall I begin! I have been in the event business for 15 years. I have planned and executed many incredible events all over Arizona, California, Washington, Hawaii & Mexico. I recently planned my own personal wedding in Bellingham, WA. As an event planner - I felt like I had extra pressure on making sure I provided my guests with an incredible experience. I interviewed many vendors to make sure I had the most perfect vendor team. Food is very important to my now husband and I. We wanted food stations that showcased our 2 different cultures and love for the Pacific Northwest. I also wanted to book and support a fairly small local business for catering as I have an appreciation for small businesses as I have one myself (Hoffwell Living). After speaking with the owner and the team of A Taste of Elegance - I knew instantly I wanted to book this vendor. My guests (including many that work in high profile event companies and hotels) raved about the food and the service. This team went above and beyond. Not only was the food incredible - they were such a delight to all of my guests and I got so many compliments about the servers and bartenders pleasant demeanor. I am looking forward to referring them and working with them for years to come! I have have them for 2 upcoming events! PS - life changing bread and salmon ;) Make sure to try some! A Taste of Elegance gave us the most delicious wedding food ever! Guests are still telling me it was the best wedding food they've ever had. They also accommodated my food allergies so effortlessly which I really appreciated. I wish I could eat their food every day!! Highly recommended.

We are so happy we were able to have Maria with a Taste of Elegance cater our wedding. The food was absolutely amazing- our guests are still talking about it weeks after the wedding. From the appetizers, displays, and dinner- everything looked beautiful and tasted fantastic- even when making for a large group, buffet style. Maria was very sweet and easy to work with- our wedding was in the middle of the pandemic and she worked with us through many changes and was patient and accommodating throughout. We can’t wait to have more events with Maria!

Maria is so incredible! Not only is the food beyond amazing (seriously, try it it’s some of the best food I’ve ever eaten) but Maria was so accommodating to me with all the rescheduling due to the virus. The staff she sent were so nice and accommodating as well as professional. They all went above and beyond to make my day go smoothly!

My husband I were blown away by Maria and her amazing service and employees. Super prompt and professional. The food was so good, everyone at our wedding was commenting on how good the food was. Every plate was clean. Maria always got right back to me in emails and was very helpful the entire time. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

Maria and her staff catered my graduation party last week and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very professional and helpful. The food was INCREDIBLE and all my guests were very impressed. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Maria and her team!! Not only were they on time and organized, they showed exceptional professionalism from the workers who walked the venue with food to serve guests and then they decorated my food table BEAUTIFULLY at my wedding. And best of all, the food was SOO DELICIOUS. They made do with barely having a kitchen area at the wedding venue I had chosen and yet they served tasty, hot, perfectly prepared dishes to my guests and I. Would 10 for 10 recommend A Taste of Elegance to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I got married yesterday. It was an absolute delight to have Maria as our caterer. From beginning to end, Maria worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the food and beverage service at our wedding went flawlessly. Not only is she a wonderful chef; she is also incredibly organized, diligent, and committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone. Nearly all of our guests came up to us at some point throughout the evening and commented on how delicious the food was. She is truly passionate about her business--and it shows. There is no better caterer in town than Maria. Period.

We cannot say enough about the catering service Joe provided for us on our wedding day! From the time we met Joe we felt reassured that he could deliver on the day of our wedding, and he exceeded even our wildest expectations. He helped us pick out the perfect menu and catered to all my families’ different requests for our 160 person wedding (even getting creative and adding pasta stations to fulfill my pasta-loving self). The food the day of the wedding was spectacular. The hors d’ouvres Joe offered were unbelievable, all of our guests are still are talking about the raw bar 7 months later. Joe went above and beyond with the food as well as making sure everything else in our day went according to plan. We could not be more thankful to Joe and his team! While we hired him to be our caterer, he provided so many other services including wedding planning guidance, day of coordination (which made a HUGE difference considering we did not hire a day of coordinator or wedding planner), and even helped coordinate the rehearsal and ceremony (as we had a friend with no experience officiate our wedding). Joe worked wonderfully with all of our vendors and even helped us create a great wedding day timeline. We highly recommend Joe for anyone looking for a caterer; his customer service and food are second to none.

Taste of Elegance was the most incredible catering service!! They went above and beyond expectations! Tracy was there and took all of my diy decorations and put them up herself, she also brought some extra pieces to help with our decorations. I had absolutely nothing to worry about on my wedding day, Tracy and the staff took care of it all! They were so accommodating and willing to work with our schedules, time constraints, and price. They made our wedding day wonderful. (: The table settings and food were perfect!! The roast beef and mashed potato martini bar are a must!
