o say that Brandon was one of our favorite vendors on our wedding day! Brandon and Jana were extremely personable, reliable, informative and quick to respond since the moment we inquired. Jana helped us curate a package that featured exactly what we wanted while also leaving out the things that weren't important to us (to help save a bit). We felt confident in their abilities from the start and even more so after meeting them. The day of the wedding Brandon would capture a shot and then turn the camera around to show us his work for a split second - it was moments like these that showed how passionate he was about his work, how excited he was to share it with us, and how much he truly cared that we liked the result. Brandon went above and beyond by even helping to hold my veil for the photographer, and helping get a knot out of my necklace so my mom could put it on me! The groomsmen especially loved working with another one of their team members, RC. A Thousand Cranes are a great team and if you are hiring a separate photographer - they work extremely well with (yet another husband/wife duo) Rob and Kristin Tesar!

Working with Jana and Brandon was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They are SO fun, very easy to work with, and make you feel like you’ve known them forever. You can even find them out on the dance floor with you at times! They made us feel completely comfortable and we never once felt “awkward” being in front of the camera. The moments Jana and Brandon captured are absolutely perfect and brings us back to how much love and joy that entire weekend brought us. Anytime we watch the videos we re-live our wedding day all over again. Their attention to detail and their talent for editing and getting all of the footage is priceless. You will NOT regret working with them!! These videos are something we were cherish forever!

They instantly make everyone feel comfortable - even when that can be difficult for some people as you’re taking photos or videos, but my wedding party absolutely loved them and relaxed instantly in front of the camera. I can’t wait to see the finished product, I’ve seen sneak peaks and their work is unbelievable. They were able to do drone footage which was huge for us since we wanted the landscape of our venue covered. They even got out on the dance floor with some killer moves by the end of the night! The most fun yet professional team you can have at your wedding day! We would highly recommend them!

really explain in detail all of the different wedding packages, promptly answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely excited to work with us. We booked back in 2019, but ended up having two postponements due to covid; each time I reached out to Jana she was so comforting and worked with us on securing new dates even holding multiple dates until we locked in our changes. They give you a questionnaire ahead of time to make sure they don’t miss any special parts of the day which was so helpful; I didn’t have a dedicated planner so it took off a bunch of stress to have them know where to be for each event ahead of time. On the wedding day, they arrived early and were such a joy to be around - my only regret is not having them stay longer!! We chose the package that includes a feature film and a trailer; both were AMAZING! I watched a ton of videos before choosing A Thousand Cranes; what sets them apart is how talented they are at editing the video to tell your story using the right clips at the right times to capture the emotion as if you were reliving the day. Keep in mind that when you choose a package with a 20-30 minute feature film it won’t be as quick of a turnaround as some videographers who only do one 5-10 minute video (understandably, and this didn’t bother us a bit!), and it is absolutely worth the wait!!

As we began the process, we hit a bump in the road. That bump ended up being the best thing that could have happened. ption I had to make the choice to cancel a lot of vendors (That within our contract I would be able to get a refund) One of those vendors, being my old videographer- which was a nightmare! Jana came galloping on a white horse and saved the day! She worked with me and my budget - we worked out a game plan since our ceremony had to be seperate from our reception and come to find out that had to be cancelled as well :( but I will be forever grateful for the memories she capture that day and her sweet, sweet soul!! I could not recommend them enough if I even tried!!! If you are looking for a Videographer- look no futher!! Prices were amazing but what made the expereience even better was her personality and how she made you feel at ease on such a special day!

It’s not an everyday affair to have a camera follow you around and capture all that you’re doing. He made it a comfortable process and his humor and easygoing personality calmed my nerves. Booking a videographer, I didn’t know what to expect, but A Thousand Cranes Productions was more than I could’ve ever asked for. They captured so many precious moments I forgot about. The day flies by so quick and it’s easy to get a little lost. If you are wondering if you really need a videographer, the answer is yes. We truly had a great time with them, and they respected our time and space when needed, yet still caught all the great shots. Not only do they have a real talent and creative eye for catching the great moments, but Jana is a master at editing the videos and putting the right songs and flare in it. Also, we added drone videography to our package and so happy with the shots Brandon got. Our venue was so important to us both and he was able to capture it to its full potential with some aerial views. We were BLOWN AWAY when we received our videos and couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend them. Hire them, you absolutely will be so thankful you did.

ld have been the first thing. First off we did a LOT of research and reached out to quite a few different companies for our wedding video. A Thousand Crane Productions was who we went with because of price, quality, and an overall good, friendly vibe we received from Jana from the moment I spoke with her. She made the whole hiring, planning process so easy and really made me feel at ease. She also made it easy at the last second to increase our package because we knew we were going to want the longest video possible! Now this is the most important part... She will ALWAYS try to be there for your day, make you feel at ease, and just be there for you in any way possible. I say this because she gave birth ONE week before my wedding day and was still there the day of the wedding in 90 degree heat for 8 straight hours!!!!!! WOW!! The day of was kind of a blur and I really do not even remember them being there. That is because they let me have an amazing time and did not bother me with any last minute questions and I never felt like they were in the way at all. When we received all of our film from them we were ecstatic. It was everything we could have hoped and wished for. Another thing I want to add is that we received all of our films well before the time in the contract and Jana has always been in contact with me and again AMAZING!!! If you want a company that has a great price, quality, and really cares about their brides/grooms/weddings hire them! I am so happy we did because we will watch all the films for years to come.
