Jana and Brandon 1000% deserve even more than 5 stars! I value great client service and from the first email exchange with Jana I was blown away with how much she took the time to really explain in detail all of the different wedding packages, promptly answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely excited to work with us. We booked back in 2019, but ended up having two postponements due to covid; each time I reached out to Jana she was so comforting and worked with us on securing new dates even holding multiple dates until we locked in our changes. They give you a questionnaire ahead of time to make sure they don’t miss any special parts of the day which was so helpful; I didn’t have a dedicated planner so it took off a bunch of stress to have them know where to be for each event ahead of time. On the wedding day, they arrived early and were such a joy to be around - my only regret is not having them stay longer!! We chose the package that includes a feature film and a trailer; both were AMAZING! I watched a ton of videos before choosing A Thousand Cranes; what sets them apart is how talented they are at editing the video to tell your story using the right clips at the right times to capture the emotion as if you were reliving the day. Keep in mind that when you choose a package with a 20-30 minute feature film it won’t be as quick of a turnaround as some videographers who only do one 5-10 minute video (understandably, and this didn’t bother us a bit!), and it is absolutely worth the wait!!

Jana and her team are just incredible. From our first introductory phone call, Jana made us feel like we'd known her for years. She truly wanted to get to know us and understand exactly what we wanted from our wedding day and video. The whole day went so smoothly and we know she captured every moment that was special to us. She is so talented and is the best at what she does. If we could do it all over again, we'd pick A Thousand Cranes a thousand more times.

Jana and Brandon are truly a dynamic duo! I communicated mostly with Jana pre-wedding and she was so easy to work with! We had to move our wedding date due to COVID and she was extremely accommodating. On the day of our wedding, both Jana and Brandon captured our day beautifully. Wow! Wow! Wow! Our wedding video was everything we could have ever wanted and more! It is so perfect and it so effortlessly told the story of our wedding day! I loved that it included not only beautiful moments of my husband and I, but also shots of our guests, scenery and bridal party. The way the speeches were weaved in and out to tell the story, beyond impressed. Jana is SO incredibly talented! Not only that, Jana is so fun and easy to work with! There truly are not enough words to express my love for Jana and Brandon. My husband and I were scheduled to get married in June, and we made to tough (but right) call to postpone. As we began the process, we hit a bump in the road. That bump ended up being the best thing that could have happened. She and Brandon showed up on our wedding day with the biggest smiles and eager to capture anything and everything. Honestly, I don’t know that they ever stopped filming! The final products are nothing short of perfection. We will cherish these precious memories forever, and we are so grateful for Jana and Brandon’s hard work to make these possible. I can not say enough good things about A Thousand Cranes - Jana was an absolute angel sent down from Heaven! I am a Pandemic Bride and when I had to cancel our huge ceremony/reception I had to make the choice to cancel a lot of vendors (That within our contract I would be able to get a refund) One of those vendors, being my old videographer- which was a nightmare! Jana came galloping on a white horse and saved the day! She worked with me and my budget - we worked out a game plan since our ceremony had to be seperate from our reception and come to find out that had to be cancelled as well :( but I will be forever grateful for the memories she capture that day and her sweet, sweet soul!! I could not recommend them enough if I even tried!!! If you are looking for a Videographer- look no futher!! Prices were amazing but what made the expereience even better was her personality and how she made you feel at ease on such a special day!

Jana and Brandon videoed my wedding in Feb 2020 and I am blown away. Not only by the quality, preparation, and attention to detail, but I think they might be the nicest people on the planet. During the wedding day, they meshed right in with the hustle and bustle while we got ready and during the wedding they were so professional and I didn't even notice they were there. An added bonus is during the reception they were tearing up the dance floor with me, my husband and all of our family and friends. I received our feature film back last week and I think I've watched it 6 times already. The created a true story of our day and the quality it outstanding. I recommend to everyone who needs a videographer. I might just hire them to record every event in my life. Hire them 1000%

Choosing A Thousand Cranes was easily one of the BEST wedding decisions we made! Jana was a true joy to work with and has created keepsakes that will keep us laughing, smiling and crying all at once for the rest of our lives. She managed to capture all the details, big and small. It’s not an everyday affair to have a camera follow you around and capture all that you’re doing. He made it a comfortable process and his humor and easygoing personality calmed my nerves. Booking a videographer, I didn’t know what to expect, but A Thousand Cranes Productions was more than I could’ve ever asked for. They captured so many precious moments I forgot about. The day flies by so quick and it’s easy to get a little lost. If you are wondering if you really need a videographer, the answer is yes. You do, and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else but Jana and Brandon. Watching the videos they created for us bring tears to my eyes every time. The quality of the picture and sound is unbeatable. Jana and Brandon are AWESOME! They are extremely talented at what they do and also so much fun to be around! Plus, they truly care about your day and go above and beyond! We had some other vendor coordination snags day of, not dealing with videography, and they stepped up and went beyond her job to help smooth it out, get back on track, and also keep everything light with lots of laughs! We truly had a great time with them, and they respected our time and space when needed, yet still caught all the great shots. Not only do they have a real talent and creative eye for catching the great moments, but Jana is a master at editing the videos and putting the right songs and flare in it. Also, we added drone videography to our package and so happy with the shots Brandon got. Our venue was so important to us both and he was able to capture it to its full potential with some aerial views. We were BLOWN AWAY when we received our videos and couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend them. Hire them, you absolutely will be so thankful you did.

Jana and Brandon were both great to work with. They were very responsive from the point of first contact to the very end of receiving our videos. They captured everything that we wanted from our day. The ceremony and the speeches were audible and clear on the video. They also completed our video according to the contract timeline which was appreciated. Brandon and Jana are so talented and so much fun! I couldn’t be happier with how our wedding videos turned out. Jana and her team are incredibly talented. Our wedding trailer, ceremony and feature film are all so so beautiful. Not just me but so many of my friends and family who watched it, teared up. The videos are beautifully captured, the editing is just perfect. I knew this was a good team when I hired them, but the results I got were way way above the already high expectation. I am so thankful I came across A Thousand Cranes when searching for a videographer to capture our day! They quickly responded to all my emails/calls, answered any questions that I had or requests, and were so easy to work with. They are a very genuine couple who work hard and are very talented. I can not say enough amazing things about Jana and her team she works with. Videography was the last thing that my husband and I were worried about for our wedding day. BUT it should have been the first thing. First off we did a LOT of research and reached out to quite a few different companies for our wedding video. A Thousand Crane Productions was who we went with because of price, quality, and an overall good, friendly vibe we received from Jana from the moment I spoke with her. She made the whole hiring, planning process so easy and really made me feel at ease. She also made it easy at the last second to increase our package because we knew we were going to want the longest video possible! Now this is the most important part... She will ALWAYS try to be there for your day, make you feel at ease, and just be there for you in any way possible. I say this because she gave birth ONE week before my wedding day and was still there the day of the wedding in 90 degree heat for 8 straight hours!!!!!! WOW!! The day of was kind of a blur and I really do not even remember them being there. That is because they let me have an amazing time and did not bother me with any last minute questions and I never felt like they were in the way at all. When we received all of our film from them we were ecstatic. It was everything we could have hoped and wished for. Another thing I want to add is that we received all of our films well before the time in the contract and Jana has always been in contact with me and again AMAZING!!! If you want a company that has a great price, quality, and really cares about their brides/grooms/weddings hire them! I am so happy we did because we will watch all the films for years to come.

When we were referred to A Thousand Cranes Productions, I immediately went online to their website to check their work out. It was amazing and I knew they were the ones! I called and spoke with the owner Jana and instantly fell in love! I had already spent days viewing a ton of videos from other vendors and was so dissapointed by what I was seeing on their sites. I thought if this is their best, then what will I get. Some videos moved so fast, it gave me a headache, others were shaky, etc. Not A Thousand Cranes! The videos were beautifully put together and they made me feel like I was a part of that person's day. I also couldn't believe that they were willing to come to Myrtle Beach to film for us, since they were located out of Charlotte, NC, so do not pass them up without asking them if they come to your location. We had scheduled a sunset photo shoot with our photographer on the day of the wedding and A Thousand Cranes followed us for 45 minutes outside on the cold sand, in the cold wind, and stayed strong to the fact that they were there to film us. They could have easily went back inside with our guests, but they stayed by our side. They are super kind & super friendly and made me excited every time we spoke. Plus, they do some pretty amazing drone footage!! They were everything we hoped for in our videographer. Thank you A Thousand Cranes!

Together, Jana and her husband, Mike, are magical!!! They are so talented and it shows through their work. Jana goes above and beyond with her videography!!! We can thank her enough for our amazing video that she created from our wedding day! Who can edit 8 hours of coverage with voiceover, and get the trailer to you in 2 weeks??? Jana can!!
