A Tortorice Limousine

We used Tortorice Limousine for a special 85th birthday surprise for my mom. They arrived right on time and rolled out the red carpet for my mother! Driver was great, service was awesome and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

unprofessional, insulting, tries to charge extra before event “in case you run over the time, I don’t like dealing with drunk idiots at the end of the night”. At bachelor party the driver had no clue where to go and the GPS company provided him was outdated, bride had to give turn by turn directions instead of tending to guests

Our limo driver did an incredible job. Extremely professional and on time. There were occasional showers on our wedding day and he was ready and waiting with an umbrella. He helped me into and out of the limo with my dress. The limo was clean and stocked with the promised items (water, champagne). They even let us put a cooler of snacks in the trunk so that the bridal party had food to munch on while the bride and groom only photos were occurring. Very reasonable price! Thank you!

Mark and Carrie were so great and easy to work with. I procrastinated booking transportation, so I ended up calling them about 2 weeks before the wedding and they were immediately responsive and helpful even though I was asking so last minute. Mark was very kind and helpful when I was trying to decide which limo I wanted, and he offers a military discount which my husband and I really appreciated. Carrie called me a few days before the wedding to make sure I didn't have any questions, and ensured that I would be able to contact them on the day of if there were any issues. On the day of the wedding, our driver Barry was great. He drove carefully and was very helpful when I was trying to get in and out of the car. The wedding party also appreciated the champagne!

Tortice saved our Wedding Day, we had originally hired Quality Limo Rentals (DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM). Quality bailed on us the day before our wedding, feeding us all kinds of lies about why they had to cancel. In a panic I reached out to Mark at Tortice and they came through big time for us. They drove the Bridal party to the church and it seemed like the party bus was going to be too small to fit the guys as well. During the ceremony our driver (Mike) had another limo driver bring out a larger party bus so that it could accommodate our entre group, all of this was done without us even asking. I highly recommend these guys.

We had a wonderful experience. Great customer service from the beginning. On the day of, our driver was on time and very nice. He helped all of the girls in and out of the limo. There were white claws and other beers provided as well as a champagne toast for after the ceremony.

Our driver, Rex, was the life of the party!! Tortorice was super easy to work with and responded quickly. We booked a 28 person party bus for our wedding day and our bridal party had so much fun! Rex figuratively and literally rolled the red carpet out for us. The company provided us with Champagne and wine glasses. The bus had a bluetooth system so that we could keep the party going on the way to our reception. Rex was professional, fun and got us where we needed to go safely and in style. I would highly recommend booking this company (and requesting Rex!).

We had a wonderful experience with A Tortorice Limousine from the time of booking through the day of our wedding. The booking process was very straightforward and they helped with building a practical timeline for pick-ups and drop-offs. We had the 22-person limo bus that fit 12 people and our huge Yeti cooler very comfortably. The pricing was very reasonable and included bottled water, champagne, and champagne glasses. Rex was the ultimate chauffeur. He was very attentive, made sure we were all comfortable (unseasonably hot day in September), was on time for all pickups/drop-offs, courteous, and kind. My husband and I highly recommend choosing A Tortorice Limousine for wedding day transportation!

Used Tortorice for our wedding party transportation on 7/10 and had a great experience! Bus was clean and driver was friendly & prompt! What more can you ask for?!

I was hopeful this vendor would be great as my sister used them almost 7 years ago for her wedding. However, the limo driver we had was overly attentive to the point of being creepy. He arrived at my house and was watching & standing oddly close as I was getting my bridal portraits done in my backyard. My amazing photographer was kind enough to ask him if he needed anything, and when he replied no, he still just stood there hovering & watching. He was also hovering oddly close when I was alone in my "ready room" at the church right before I walked up the stairs to go down the aisle. I appreciate attentiveness, but honestly it was on the verge of creepy.

Mike was our driver and he was incredible. The day was a whirlwind but he arrived early and was waiting in the lobby of the hotel for us. All of the communications I had with the Tortorice staff were great. They were very professional and transparent. I 100% recommend this company. My sister (maid of honor) loved them and will be using them for her wedding next year.

Awesome! We rented a 22-person limo bus from Tortorice and it was perfect- most importantly the driver was on time and followed the instructions and the order of the photo locations, the bus was clean, and the prices were reasonable. They provided glasses, coolers, water and champagne which was a nice touch as well. We will absolutely be using Tortorice again in the near future!

Tortorice was great to work with for our wedding day! They showed up on time and had everything ready to go for us to get to our wedding ceremony ahead of schedule. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful with loading and unloading the party bus. We had zero issues with directions and he refreshed the shuttle while we were taking pictures. I cannot say enough good things about Tortorice! Our original wedding date was in June of 2020 and had to be rescheduled for August. The people at Tortorice were very understanding and super flexible with us! The day of the wedding finally came and our driver, Mike, helped make the day that much more special! He was very accommodating and even helped the wedding party into the reception venue while holding an umbrella as it was pouring down rain. I took a little nap from the park where we took pictures to our venue and the driver was so respectful and even rolled up the divider to give us privacy when I was passed out cold haha. Mark and Carrie have been so wonderful to work with. They are professional, quick to respond, and very helpful in considering logistics for the wedding. They were especially helpful figuring out what vehicle we needed for our army of a bridal party (24 ppl including ourselves!) We were all set to get except we had to cancel our Pittsburgh wedding. We booked a limo bus for our wedding day transportation. We were given an upgraded bus, which was a huge perk! They were punctual, easy to communicate with, and the bus was beautiful inside and out. They even provided champagne and glasses. Our driver was friendly and good with navigating around town. We had a little mishap where a window on the bus was shattered. Our driver was very apologetic and got everything cleaned up quickly. We didn't let it ruin our day. So we just continued driving around and having a blast. I had used this company for a limo bus for my 21st birthday years ago, and had a wonderful experience as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a limo in Pittsburgh!

This is hands down one of the easiest reviews to write after my wedding, because it was all positive! The parkway was closed for my wedding weekend which sent me into a huge panic a few weeks prior. They were willing to travel with any route I suggested, and assured me they would do the best they could to keep us on schedule. Our driver, Kevin, was at least a half hour early to transport us to the church. I cannot tell you how good that made me feel to see him sitting out there waiting on US and not the other way around! We got to the church in more than enough time, and Kevin was so sweet to talk with me after I was the only one left in the limo and keep me calm! He was the best! We had a hiccup or two on the way because of traffic and a missed turn, but all in all, no issues at all! The 24 passenger limo bus was super spacious for 15 of us (we were upgraded because we found out about them from the Knot! so mention that!) and we were given champagne and water. We plugged our phone into the bluetooth for our playlist, which is a bit finicky but we did get to work! Most importantly, they were the most affordable option out there and if you go over time, you're only charged every half hour as opposed to full hour, which almost everyone else does. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

We were so happy with the service provided the day of our wedding. Our driver was on-time and very professional. The shuttle was stocked with complimentary chilled champagne and bottled water which was a thoughtful touch. We definitely recommend using Tortorice!

Our wedding party LOVED having a party bus limo from A Tortorice Limousine. Our driver, Kevin, was fantastic. He rolled out the red carpet every time we got in or out, we had champagne on the way from the ceremony to our photography site. He arrived plenty early to pick us up, so "that's just one less thing you had to worry about on your special day!"

Well it's been over 6 months now since my wedding and I'm just getting around to submitting reviews...but I wanted to be sure to express my satisfaction with A Tortorice Limousine. I was planning my wedding from out of town. Working with this company was so easy and they were always available to answer my questions. On the day of the wedding we were provided a beautiful limo bus that we had a great time using. I also appreciated the heads-up that they gave me regarding occasional troubles phones will experience when trying to hook up to the music system with Bluetooth. Sure enough, the day of the wedding we weren't unable to connect with Bluetooth....but luckily we were prepared with an Aux cord! Our driver Denny was fantastic and even texted me a few photos he took of us on his phone throughout the day. Also, my photographer commented that Denny was one of the rare drivers she's seen that didn't need directions provided on how to get to each place we were stopping that day. Finally, A Tortorice was one of the few transportation companies I came across that included standard gratuity in the pre-paid price. What a great added convenience to not have to keep track of any additional cash that day! I wouldn't hesistate to recommend A Tortorice Limo to anyone, an overall fantastic experience!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Incredibly let down after all the good reviews! Our driver was extremely rude the whole day and very difficult to communicate with. He was inflexible as wedding day of timeline can change. He also refused to pick up our second round of bridal party even though I clearly outlined this request at time of booking. He also insists on inappropriately holding you as he places you into the limo making it uncomfortable for everyone around. He went to drop us off at the reception was across the street 4 lanes of Pittsburgh traffic and refused to circle to drop us on the correct side. He wanted to drop us off 4 blocks away. A bride on her wedding day. Extremely unhappy doesn’t even begin to describe it and his attitude was awful. Not to mention my junior bridesmaid even described him as creepy. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

Got the job done on time and professionally. Our bus was clean, nice, and got very cold on a hot day. Would use again 100%!!!

This was the best experience we could have possibly imagined for our wedding day. Rex was the greatest driver we could have asked for. He followed us around with umbrellas in case it rained, held one because it was windy, and put towels down for us to sit on a bench and not get our dresses dirty. All of the bridal party was starving by the end of pictures and there was a food truck across the street. He surprised us with the best food! I can’t recommend him enough!

I cannot day enough how WONDERFUL Rex was for our wedding day. He was so kind, he knew Pittsburgh like the back of his hand AND followed me around with an umbrella because it drizzled a little bit while we took pictures. He even bought us a lock to put on the Schenley bridge. He wrote our initials, hearts and the date of our wedding on the lock. It was the sweetest thing (and made for great pics lol). They truly care about their customers and giving them the best experience.

We had a wonderful experience using Tortorice Limousine for our wedding party bus. I received a contract very promptly, and the company called about a week before our wedding to check in and finalize the details. Our driver, Rex, was more than punctual--he arrived early to pick us up because with weather and traffic, it was going to take a little longer to get to the church. Rex was extremely kind, polite, and professional. He knew where he was going and there were no hiccups at all. He helped all of the girls on and off the bus like a gentleman, and even took time to help us get our music set up. We had a blast on the bus singing and dancing all the way to the reception. We would highly recommend Tortorice Limousine to any couple looking for wedding transportation!

We rented the 12 passenger stretch limo and the 22 passenger limo bus through A Tortorice for our wedding. The driver of the 12 passenger limo, Mike, was amazing! After a snow squall the day before the wedding, Mike called me the morning of just to reassure me that everything was going to be fine and that he was going to arrive 15 minutes early to his first stop just in case. He was able to make 3 separate trips and get the groomsmen, the bridal party, and my grandparents to the Church ON TIME. Mike was polite and professional; he treated us like royalty and made sure we had everything we needed. We used the 22 passenger limo bus to transport the entire bridal party from the ceremony to the reception venue. The bus was clean, spacious, and had really cool features such as the interior lights. We were even able to bring on a cooler of our own with snacks and more alcohol. My only complaint was that the Bluetooth stereo system did not work right away. The driver had told us we were in control of it, but I guess had forgotten to flip the switch to allow us to do so. It worked as soon as he did that, but the ride was halfway over by that point. The driver of the limo bus also did get slightly lost going to the picture location, but a brief phone call to the photographer was able to resolve that. Other than those small snafus, everything was perfect!

This company is fantastic! Super responsive and flexible in terms of accommodating the specific needs of your rental. The party bus was really nice and clean, and comfortably fit our whole wedding party of 20 people. The driver was helpful and professional, we cannot recommend this company enough!

We used Tortorice Limousine for our bridal party transportation on 10/27/18. I cannot recommend this company enough! They were really great to deal with, extremely responsive, flexible, and helpful. On the day of my wedding, Rex (our driver) arrived perfectly on time and was more than happy to accommodate our change of plans due to the weather. We got a 24 person limo and it was nothing short of amazing! It had lights, music, and a video screen. It came stocked with champagne, pop, and champagne glasses! And Rex was just amazing! He helped us in and out of the limo in the rain, gave my husband and I an umbrella and stood in the rain waiting for us to finish pictures. He doubled checked with us to see if we minded strangers taking our photos (we didn't!) and literally rolled out a red carpet following the ceremony. No detail was spared and it was much appreciated! Seriously, go with Tortorice for you wedding!!!

I believe they provide the best value for the cost - we called around to a ton of places and I felt that Tortorice had the best price for the size we needed for our party bus. We also ordered an SUV for my parents and pickup/dropoff was a breeze. Drivers were courteous, professional, and on-time. I would recommend them for sure!

We rented party bus to transport our 16 person bridal party. The bus had really nice interior, fit all of us comfortably, and included a bottle of champagne with glasses, water bottles, and extra cooler space for us to bring a case of beer. The driver was professional, safe, and didn't show any urgency after we ran over our booked time. The service was high quality and the price was better than most other limo services we researched. Overall, I would highly recommend!

We booked Tortorice Limos at a bridal show because they had the best pricing and nicest limos. But what really blew me away was the kindness of our driver on our wedding day. He was so accommodating and wanted to make sure we had a great day. My dress was large and hard to move around in, and he assisted me each time getting in and out of the limo. When we finished up early with photos, he suggested we drive around for our last 15 minutes so our bridal party could enjoy the limo for our full time. It ended up being one of the really fun moments of our day that we will always remember. Highly recommend Tortorice!

Tortoise was so great to work with throughout wedding planning. They are responsive and very friendly. They helped us map out a realistic travel timeline and everything went so smoothly that day. Rex was our driver and communicated with us through text on pick up/drop off status (since he was taking the girls and guys separately to the ceremony) and was so professional. The limo bus was classy and spacious. We all had so much fun during our time on it. You will be happy you chose reliable and professional transportation on your special day!

I cannot recommend this company enough. From the very moment that we started communicating with them, they were nothing but wonderful. They even gave us some advice for our wedding (to take a moment to watch everyone) and we couldn't be happier that we did! Rex was our driver for the day, and our entire wedding party agreed how incredible he truly was. He literally rolled out the red carpet and gave us a card. So thoughtful!! The limo itself was beautiful!! The ride to the reception was almost as fun as the reception itself, thanks to A Tortorice Limousine Company.

I would strongly advise against choosing this vendor. While the bride was in another wedding that used the vendor and had no issues, we experienced a few that we would hope no future customer would have to deal with. First, the Bluetooth and auxiliary port did not work in the party bus. While this is not the biggest deal, when the driver was asked about it he said that it just didn’t work. The vendor had said that the bus had Bluetooth and auxiliary port capabilities, so if the driver knew it didn’t work, why wasn’t this addressed prior to the bus being chosen as our wedding transportation. Everyone had a great time on the bus, but it was frustrating because many of the friends and family members had been preparing playlists for many months to use on that special day. I’m sure even if you aren’t going to have a playlist ready for the party bus, someone in the wedding party will have a special request that would lead to a very fun time for everyone. Instead our only option was to listen to nothing or the radio, which is not often suited for wedding party music. However, our biggest complaint comes from the fact that we reached out to the vendor later about the issue and never received a response. Not even a simple “We are sorry for your inconvenience. We will address the issue so it doesn’t happen again”. Without the audio working, this review would have been a 3 Star review. However, our customer service experience was very poor, thus the 1 Star. There are many transportation suppliers in the area that will have very competitive prices, so spend your money wisely and do not hire this vendor.

Tortorice limousine was a wonderful decision for our wedding day transportation! Our limo arrived on time, and drove us to our ceremony location. When the wedding prior to ours was running late, our driver told us we could sit in the limo for as long as we like and listen to music and sit in the ac. Our driver was very nice and super helpful. We were also upgraded a week prior to our wedding because Tortorice knew that it would be hot and the upgraded vehicle had better ac. We’ were so glad to have chosen Tortorice limousine!

After researching so many limo companies and talking to friends, I decided to go with Tortorice and I'm so glad I did! They were great to work with, reassuring when I was worried I procrastinated too long to book a limo, and very communicative regarding the plan/logistics. Our driver that day was so nice, and kept the vehicle as cool as possible (next to impossible) on one of the hottest days of June!! I'd definitely use them again if I ever needed a limo for a night-out, or recommend them to a friend if they needed a limo for an event!

A Tortorice Limousine eased all the stress of guest transportation for our wedding weekend! We used them for our rehearsal dinner (limo bus for our bridal party) as well as the day of our wedding (coach bus for ours guests, limo bus for the bridal party, and getaway car at the end of the night), and they made sure everything was seamless. We worked with them on changing timelines and details several times, and they were so accommodating and attentive to our little details. Rex was out go-to guy on both nights, and he was so wonderful to work with and incredibly thoughtful - he even got us a wedding card in our towncar at the end of the evening. We couldn't have been happier with our choice!

We used A Tortorice Limousines for our wedding. They were very easy to work with ahead of the wedding. Our driver was awesome - it was raining the day of our wedding, so he helped my bridesmaids and I every time we got in and out of the limo so we wouldn't get our dresses wet. My only compliant is that the AUX input in the limo wasn't working, so we couldn't play any music in the limo.

Great price and friendly service! We had a 16 person party bus for a wedding- stocked with champagne and beer, party lighting, and a Bluetooth stereo so we could play our own music. Our driver knew our full itinerary and timed out our arrivals and departures. Everybody had a blast, nobody had to worry about drinking and driving, and we all got everywhere on time without worrying about the logistics. 5/5- highly recommend!

Excellent service! Our driver, Ed, was the best! From the minute he pulled up to my parents house to the moment he dropped us off at the reception, we couldn’t have asked for better service. When we arrived at the church, a shuttle of guests had also just pulled up. Sensing my nervousness about having to greet all of those people right before heading into the ceremony, he kindly asked my bridesmaids to help usher all of the guest from the shuttle inside the church and had me wait. When they were all inside, he whisked me into the back of the church - and even carried my train down the stairs! This extra moment of thoughtfulness went a long way in helping me to feel calm and prepared for my ceremony. He was such a gem! Our driver was super sweet and accommodating, making sure that everyone was situated before we left for the next location and pouring drinks for the bride and groom. We had a blast traveling with them and would recommend them over and over again! In addition to a smooth transportation schedule, we had a red carpet rolled out for us, champagne and drinks readily available upon arriving onto the bus, and the ability to play our own music through their bluetooth radio. It was a truly glamorous experience and made our big day that much more special.

The front office is friendly, helpful, and transparent with their contracts. I would highly recommend Tortorice Limousine if you are looking for reasonable and reliable transportation for your wedding day! Our driver was extremely punctual and even showed up 15 minutes early to pick up my husband just to allot himself enough time for traffic. He was extremely kind and even offered to take photos with my camera just so all of my family members could be in the photo with the limo. He continually offered to help of my bridesmaids and myself out of the limo each time by holding our bouquets and purses. He was also extremely flexible in driving to multiple locations for pictures and we never once felt rushed or like we were falling behind. The limo was also fully stocked with beer and water. Mr. Tortorice and his staff were saviors for our wedding, a god-send after the initial Limo company unprofessionally bailed on me. Long-story short, the original company I had reserved will auction off their limos to anyone at anytime, to the highest bidder, and leave you sitting with your thumb you know where. Mr. Tortorice and his crew bailed me out immensely 3 days before my wedding, could not have been nicer or more gracious with his time and efforts in finding a solution. In the end their services were impeccable and second-to-none and the larger-sized limo needed for our party was pristine and luxurious. I would urge you to begin your Limo needs with them.

Tortorice was awesome! We had such a great experience. We met before and got to actually see the limos, we had beer and champagne and water supplied by them. We paid cash, and left. The week of we received an email confirming addresses of pick ups and drop offs as well as timing. The driver was early getting everywhere. There was heavy traffic and we wanted to go to two locations for photos, and not a peep. Micheal just drive us wherever we needed/wanted to get. He loaded my bag to get to the hotel. Anything we asked he was more than willing to do! Tortorice also arranges a payment system in case time runs over. We did not have to use it, but it was a nice feeling that our limo wasn't going to rush off if we still needed time! This company was wonderful to work with, and we couldn't have been luckier. The driver was early, the limo was clean, and they were organized, and easy to work with! Their office location is not the most eye appealing, but the service they provide is par none! We had our wedding on November 12, 2016 and rented a party bus for the bridal party. Ray was our driver and he was professional and prompt. The bus was fully stocked with beer, champagne and water. We had a great time while we went around Pittsburgh on the party bus. There was plenty of room and a sound system we were able to hook our phones into. We would highly recommend Tortorice!

The vehicle was like something from a fairy tale from the minute we saw it making its way down the street until it pulled away. Inside, the limo was spacious and there was plenty of room for all the guests. Complimentary drinks were provided and the limo was well maintained. The inside was spotless and the outside was clean and waxed. I could not have been happier. Now if that wasn't enough the driver was just another added plus. He arrived actually a few minutes early and got out of the car and talked with everybody, introducing himself and making the guest feel special. He never hurried the pictures or rushed the group in any way. They were made to feel like royalty every step of the way. In closing I have nothing but good to say about Tortorice Limousine. In fact, when I need another Limousine there is only one number I will call and that is Tortorice. Amazing. Ah-MAZE-ing. Let me start by telling you that we originally booked a "party bus" with another company, only to find out that theirs was a school bus that looked like someone took a few cans of black spray paint to it. Someone told me to call Tortorice and I'm so glad I did! Their buses are incredible. We made an appointment to see them and the owner gave us a grand tour of the different sizes. Never did I expect them to be so nice on the inside. When we booked, the girl Carrie in the office was very nice and when it came time to give her our timeline she was very thorough, making sure she understood every detail I gave her. Our big day arrived and we were shocked to have been given a free upgrade to an even larger bus. Our driver Ray was super and very professional yet fun. We found Tortorice at a bridal show and we were not disappointed! The service was excellent and communication was timely. The limo was on time (even though I live in a very confusing area).
