There wasn’t a single thing that went wrong throughout our whole wedding and it’s all thanks to Kassandra and her behind the scenes efforts! All of our family and wedding party gave us so many compliments on how helpful Kassandra was. Before we were assigned Kassandra as our wedding coordinator, we were paired with someone who had little experience at our venue, which was a concern for us. After expressing our concern, the Touch of Bliss customer success team immediately addressed it and found us someone who had ample experience at our venue. Kassandra was amazing and it was so meant to be!

They had said, "Everyone walks away wanting to be Natalie's best friend," which I can say is absolutely true because all of my bridesmaids and I agree that we'd love to adopt her into our friend group. She was unfailingly professional while also fostering a real connection between myself and my family. She takes time to really get to genuinely know each couple and how she and her team can best make their dream day come true. I cannot recommend Touch of Bliss and Natalie with her assistant Adrianne highly enough. I have had multiple people reach out to me post-wedding to tell me it was the best of their lives!

ly to deal with, although we all have the best intentions (sorry Natalie!). We decided to go with the "all in" full service package and I could not be more thankful that we did. I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without the endless love, support, attention to detail, and truly phenomenal expertise and professionalism that Natalie brought to the table. She is an excellent communicator, she is super organized, and she knows her stuff! She fielded my every crazy request, quelled all my anxiety, and treated every little detail with care, and made it all happen without a single glitch within a budget she carefully tailored and created to suit our needs. The best things in life are done with love. It is so clear that Natalie not only loves what she does, but she extends this incredible love she has to her clients. My husband and I felt like we always had a shoulder to cry on, someone we could rely on, and fully trusted Natalie and we are SO glad we did. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way. She cared for our wedding as if it were her own and was always there to give us guidance, help with PERFECT vendor selection, and she even came over to share a glass of wine helped me try on my dress. She helped my mother in law shop for decorations for a rehearsal dinner my in-laws hosted. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to cover it. Our wedding day was picture perfect. There were so many details we had no idea went into planning a wedding and actually carrying it out. Natalie heard our vision, our families visions, and the visions of the vendors, and then used her skill and expertise and phenomenal eye for detail and her own creative vision and created literal magic. If there were any hiccups I wouldn't know because Natalie and the Touch of Bliss team were "ON IT." I cannot recommend Touch of Bliss more and If you get so lucky to have Natalie as your planner COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS. You are in the best hands that exist in the wedding planning world.

eally did such a great job and helped to take so much of the stress off of us and keep us on track throughout the planning process. She was very organized and took care of all the details! We communicated often and and she even recommended some of our other vendors to us which was such a blessing! We’ve never planned a wedding before and trusted her experience and recommendations. Our day flew by so quickly, but Rebecca made sure everything went smoothly and we didn’t forget anything! She coordinated the deliveries with all of the vendors and made sure everything was set us the way we wanted it, so on the day of the wedding we were able to just relax and enjoy the day. Our favorite moment of the entire wedding was actually Rebecca’s idea! Our venue had a balcony that overlooked the entire reception space. She suggested we sneak off for dinner and had dinner on the balcony just the two of us. It was the perfect moment. She very discretely snagged us away from the guests and had dinner waiting for us when we got up there. We got to take a breath and have just 15 minutes to ourselves to eat dinner, look out over our wedding and see all of our guests enjoying themselves. We also got to just take it all in and realize we just got married!! It was such a great moment and we both agree it was our favorite part of the day. It was so sweet of Rebecca and we knew she really cared about us enjoying ourselves and having the perfect wedding! We love her and cannot recommend her and Touch of Bliss enough!!!

e wanted and a picture I saw a year before of a courtyard I loved. From that conversation everything fell into place because of her. Every list of choices she gave us, (from location, florist, photographer, cater, dress shop, Etsy decorations, and everything in between) was a beautiful concise list of choices, it was very evident that she put those particular choices on the list with us in mind. It was never a "hey this is a list of people I like you can choose from" but, "here is a list of people I have worked with before and trust and have put them on the list as I think they will fit with your wants A, B, and C. Our "wants", by the way, were probably mentioned in an off handed comment two meetings ago lol, but she took note of them and put them into action. In the middle of planning, we learned we would be moving the day after our wedding and I honestly can say the wedding part never stressed us out as we knew it would be exactly what we wanted and would all be in control because of Natalie. She was never once pushy in her opinions but also could also give honest feedback when we needed it. She has the wonderful capability to read a person and know how much help or hand holding is needed and when to just give a person some time and space with planning. One of the sadder parts of the weeding being done for us was we won't get to have weekly chats with her anymore! She was always professional, warm, and took everything we threw at her with grace and humor when needed! :) We had our absolute dream wedding and we 100% attribute that to Natalie and her expertise in this business.

Wedding day/rehearsal she was very organized and was an awesome day of coordinator and helped keep everything running smoothly. We did have a hiccup with timing and ran late on wedding day which did increase stress. Natalie helped us navigate how to move on and to relieve some of the stress. She took on all vendor questions and other duties day of the wedding so we didn't have to worry. It was amazing to just enjoy and be present throughout the whole evening. I would get check ins from Natalie and her assistant throughout the evening. They were super thoughtful and made sure all my needs were met :) I trusted she would do an amazing job and she did! Grateful for her help through it all!

meetings as I was planning a wedding from out of town. She created a timeline that made the night run smoothly. However, I felt like my rehearsal was not really a rehearsal as we didn't practice the whole ceremony from start to finish, just walking in and out which left my bridal party confused, and the officiant wasn't told to practice his speech with us during the rehearsal so our vows were messed up during the actual ceremony. Additionally, there was some sort of miscommunication as all my flowers went missing at the end of the night and my food didn't make it into the fridge so my leftovers were wasted. Rumor has it that flowers were being sent home with other vendors to enjoy. A plan was made at the final walkthrough to keep everything overnight at the venue, but that plan seemly slipped through the cracks. All in all, my wedding day did run smoothly, I'm just upset that all my money spent on things I could actually take with me was wasted.

pleasant, encouraging and prompt with responses, which is important to me. On the wedding day, the bridesmaids were late to the venue due to unforeseen circumstances. We arrived stressed, but Natalie remained calm and reassuring. She helped us move forward and checked in throughout the evening to make sure all was good. It was so lovely not to worry and feel confident that Natalie was supervising the behind the scenes details. It turned out to be one of the Best Days Ever with so much joy and love!

Everyone raved about how smooth the whole day was and the bridal party made multiple positive comments, specifically about how helpful and attentive McKayla and Tanya were. She gave us the option of being more hands on or hands off and asked how much we do or do not want to be included in vendor communication, meetings, etc. Lauren was just the right amount of communicative and even went out of her way to connect with us on weekends and off-hours even though she definitely did not need to. We are so appreciative of her expertise and she became more of a friend to us than just our wedding planner. Flash forward to the week of the wedding, one of our biggest goals was to have everything buttoned up so we could truly be present with our friends and family throughout the week and the day of. My wife and I were able to relax, be present and create (and remember) moments and memories that will last a lifetime. Lauren covered every single detail, was so helpful herding our families and bridal parties and truly made sure that the day of was perfect (which it was!!). I'll never forget the end of the night where the three of us stood together before boarding the buses back to Denver and we all chatted, hugged and shed a few tears because everything was truly perfect and beautiful. It goes without saying that I would recommend working with A Touch of Bliss and ESPECIALLY Lauren. She's a pro and she was a HUGE reason for our wedding week running so smoothly. Thank you, Lauren!! positive. - Ahead of event Kylie was prompt with communication and always friendly and polite - We appreciated the templates provided by ToB and Google Docs - Kylie was willing to answer ad hoc questions and seemed to understand general event planning protocols During the event, the wheels came off. Despite being assured ahead of the event that we were in great shape and that there were no concerns, execution showed that the team did not adequately plan resources to properly service our event. We tried to be transparent in the lead up by providing itemized lists of decor, reviewing timelines multiple times, and doing pre-work ourselves to set the team up for success (Eg: all boxes were labeled and had an itemized manifest, staging area was mapped prior to load in, and details like napkin folds and arrangements were predone ahead of time by us), but the team was not prepared. As a result, we lost over $200 in floral decor that was not delivered to the right parties or used, multiple family members and bridal party members had to donate their time (and sleep) to ensure the event proceeded. The rings even got forgotten prior to the ceremony (although we do give Kylie props for sprinting to find them at altitude). Despite started the event late, I had to pinch hit right before the reception started to help set up as the groom. At the end of the night the crew started striking during the event, and the mother and father of the bride felt compelled to help in frigid weather to ensure strike completed at all. I did reach out to ToB with this feedback to try and make amends as well as ensure that they could use it as a learning opportunity, but the feedback was not received and amends were not made, despite the shortfalls identified being within the control of ToB (root cause being improper resourcing). We hope that the team sees this as an opportunity to improve their planning protocols, and changes heart on considering making amends.

to the area, we needed help finding venues so Natalie was involved from the very beginning. Her knowledge of different companies was extensive and she made the decision making process very easy for us. She was always calm, organized and so kind. The day of the wedding was stress free and the wedding itself was beautiful - better than what we had envisioned! We received so many compliments on the event. We couldn't have done it without Touch of Bliss and Natalie!

was at the Woodlands in Morrison and we used the “in house” planner option, which made everything really easy. We had the best night of our lives and are so thankful for Lauren for all she did to help make our big day come together so smoothly.
