you. I have all the pictures from your trials and they are absolutely gorgeous so to say they were fuzzy and to see how beautiful the hair and make up looked is sad to me. However you are the one who needs to feel comfortable. On your second trial Ela spent over 3 hours with you and your mom and reported how uncomfortable she was with working under such stressful conditions as every move she made was micromanaged. This being said I tried to get you back in doing everything I could but with your schedule and airport runs and my service providers very busy schedule I could not make that happen unfortunately. You do neglect to say that I also refunded you your 3 hour trials because I knew you were stressed and mentioned you would like to use your normal hairdresser. So I refunded you $200 and put it towards your final invoice. You changed your entire make up look on your wedding day and I used your make up that you requested I did so unfortunately this is why we do trials so you know what you are getting but changing at the last minute was your request. Lashes were secured perfectly so I am not sure once festivities started what happened. Left without finishing lipstick? I asked 3 times if anyone needed a touch up and no one responded. Your sister in law~ Lets talk about what I was put up against for this. She sat in my chair and cried. Yes cried because she didn't want any make up on. I had to walk her through what she wanted and didn't want while crying so she would feel comfortable. That was incredibly awkward and stressing for me. Meanwhile you knew very well that you signed a contract for the amount of people you wanted to have done. This was not my problem that she did not want to wear make up. Regarding timing on the day of your trial I suggested a 10:30 arrival because you originally were scheduled to come to have your services in studio. Once you backed out of hair and changed to on location of course your time is going to change. I looked back at all of our correspondence and I was nothing but cordial and kind. Yet another case where I can't make you happy no matter what I did at this point. Your timing was perfect and there were no issues whatsoever in fact I walked out of the hotel with your hairdressers at the exact same time and had a very cordial conversation with them in the elevator. So timing has nothing to do with anything and "Her time" is nothing but your say. In fact here is the copy from my email. "Hi No worries! I have a 9:30 am arrival time. I have all the goodies we spoke about so all set there. I will reach out the night before for your room number via text. Let me know if you have any further questions?" Not charging a travel fee? At this point I had already given you back your trial money for both you and your mom. Your hair was gorgeous when you left. You neglect to go on to say you went for a dress fitting. We were more than happy to work with you as the day you came in was extremely humid. Ela is incredibly talented stylist but you decided you wanted to go elsewhere so I let you out of your contract. Why would I not charge a travel fee after I gave you back $200 which wasn't even a case of doing something wrong it was trying to get two schedules together that could not work for that particular week. We could have easily seen you another week to do another trial. I was very professional and understanding that you weren't comfortable. That is our main goal. Ultimately it was your choice and you decided to go elsewhere. Regarding our Guests reviews yes we ALWAYS reward our guests with a full tube of touch up lipstick when they leave us a review. We believe in giving back and our guests LOVE this as its a win win for all. In closing after a very stressful morning with a crying bridesmaid, changes in a full bridal look and being reminded by you while in my chair "how bad your trial was for hair and how this is how it supposed look" I had your family member in my chair vaping. I went into respiratory distress after completing her make up and needed medical attention. This is also clearly stated on our website and contract that this is not allowed. All in all I am sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. We do everything possible to strive for excellence. I do feel I did so much to try to make you happy but nothing was working sadly.
