as all kinds of samples to show you and can guide you with all your etiquette questions. She is quick to respond and very accommodating to any last minute changes. Most important is her calligraphy is gorgeous!!

additions the week of the wedding. Everything was done by mail and arrived promptly. Highly recommended.

s beautiful work! It really adds a special touch to the invites and escort cards when they're so beautifully handwritten! I would highly recommend her to any bride!! Thank you for EVERYTHING Joan!!

h it was a holiday weekend. The calligraphy on my place cards were beautiful and elegant. I highly recommend A Touch of Ink!

es, it was discovered the envelopes would not fit in the printer due to the thick liner. Panicked about our deadline, we began to reach out to printers and calligraphers to see who would be able to get the job done quickly. Joan stepped in and was able to address all 125 of our invitations in just over 24 hours for such a reasonable price!!! The invitations are gorgeous and more beautiful then I could have ever imagined. I can’t not thank her enough for her swift, meticulous work and will be recommending her to all of my friends.

her to anyone who needs calligraphy or printing on their envelopes ! Thanks Joan!

ont and match it perfectly, which made for an incredibly cohesive package! Joan is also incredibly responsive AND efficient. We had our envelopes in no time, and we were even able to add a few after the fact (we forgot the groom's parents -- WHOOPS). If you need a professional, efficient and flexible calligrapher -- look no further!!!

ut her work of arts and it showed!!! I would highly recommend Joan for any calligraphy services. Five stars+ for this experienced and very talented artist!!!

ure to work with. She is knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding the customer to making right decisions for their event. Joan is easy to work with and cares about making sure all is done correctly. If I could give Joan more than 5 stars I would. I would not hesitate to refer her or use her again. The quality of her work is unsurpassable. The final product is so beautiful I can't wait for our wedding guests to get their invitations.

s. She even helped accommodate a second round of invitations and last minute place card changes! I highly recommend her!

ent out of her way to make sure the process was smooth, was the only vendor who didn’t nickel and dime me (for example i needed an extra envelope sent to me after all my envelopes were mailed, and she simply didn’t charge me as it would have been more work to send a fee for 1 envelope -- while every other vendor in the wedding industry would have found a way to charge me 2x for that.. think invitation printing). Her work was amazing - Joan sent me 10 samples of envelope lettering for me to pick the font i liked the most - again went out of her way to make sure i was happy. I will make sure to recommend her to all my friends.

YC. She made it really easy for me to pick my style by sending a package full of samples for me to choose from. I sent her my envelopes and less than 2 weeks later they were returned to me perfect and gorgeous. She even did 3 other one offs last minute! Great service all around. Price seems on par with other calligraphers.

nything (although she did deliver in a pinch!). We used A Touch of Ink for printed envelopes for our wedding invitations. I felt like she really cared about the overall look of our product as much as she would for someone in her own family. She went so above and beyond for us, even purchasing the font to match our invitations to ensure a complete uniform look. Her prices were competitive and her service incredible. I also got to witness her hand-written calligraphy; it's impeccable! Joan is very attentive to calls and emails and overall delivers some of the best service I experienced during the 16 months of planning our wedding. Even after our invitations were sent and we needed a few extra, Joan was kind enough to send us a few extra printed envelopes in a hurry and at no additional cost. I highly recommend her and am so happy I got to experience her wonderful service. Thanks, Joan!!

than we could have anticipated. Our envelopes were ready in less than 2 weeks which was extremely comforting. I would highly recommend Joan at "A Touch of Ink" to anyone looking to put the perfect final touch on their invitations.

ent perfectly. Joan was more than a pleasure to work with, unfortunately we never got to meet but I will be using her again so there is still hope! Joan was extremely responsive with emails any time of the day. Within 2 weeks I dropped off my envelopes and received back the finished product! Her work is elegant, beautiful and will absolutely set the tone for your wedding - remember invites are the first thing people see about you wedding! I would highly recommend Joan to anyone!!

particularly hard to ink but she did a wonderful job. All of my guests raved about how gorgeous the calligraphy was and was amazed that someone could do that all by hand. Choosing to have the envelopes addressed this way as opposed to having them printed or using labels really put the perfect finishing touch on our invitations and in my opinion is much more classy and elegant. I highly recommend this vendor.

nd looked at over a dozen vendors before deciding that I liked Joan's work the best. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the place cards were. Joan can transform an ordinary piece of stationery into a beautiful work of art!

oan just blew everyone away. We had searched on etsy.com for a calligrapher, but either the demonstrated ability was too novice or price was too high for very experienced work. We found Touch of Ink by chance looking through NYC invitations and found her calligraphy used in a sample invitation suite. EXCELLENT work at a great price! I was specifically looking for someone who would keep each line of calligraphy straight, not leave pencil marks, and stay consistent from card to card (which I saw was lacking from people on etsy.com). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

so reasonable- especially being a bride in NJ- I was seeing prices like $6 per envelope!) and offering to send samples of her work in the color ink (gold) I would like. I received these samples a few days later and they were all beautiful. The process was so easy too. I sent her my envelopes and my guest list and I received them back within 2 weeks. Getting the envelopes calligraphied was definitely the easiest part of my whole wedding planning! I would absolutely use Joan again and again if I ever need calligraphy.

all brides who need invitations addressed and/ or any other stationary services. My envelopes were ready in less than a week and she even included a free gift when they were done! I am very pleased with the finished result and we received many compliments from friends and family.

remarkable hand calligraphy. I returned to her for hand done escort cards, table numbers, and reserved seating signs. She is quick to respond, tremendously accommodating, remarkably precise / detail orientated and extremely generous with her time and expertise. I initially used her because her prices were the best I found, but in the future would use her for any job big or small regardless. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and her calligraphy speaks for itself- it's stunning. Use this vendor and you'll be thrilled.
