If I could give less than one star I would. I rented tables, chairs, linenes, glasses and silverware for a huge baby shower for my daughter. It was 120 people. I paid attention to ...
every last detail. They absolutley ruined my party. I was embarrased and ashamed of what I had to put out for my guests to see. How anyone could send ripped stained table clothes, umatching napkins, dirty dirty silverware and glasses. Nothing matched, all the silverware was different and the napkins were all different colors, some glasses were gobblets (what we ordered) but most were wine glassses and I had to spend hours washing the silverware and glasses before I could put them on the tables. They were supposed to come on Friday night to deliver but didnt come until sunday morning the day of the party. I told them that it was too late but Paula yelled and screamed at me about how tired and over worked she was. That she was working 18 hour days. Like that was my probloem. My party was sunday at 2:30 and Paula said they would be there with everything at 8:30 am. Theye didnt show up until 10:30 and didn't have the banquet tables to put the food on and I had to scramble to find two tables with linens and white napkins with 3 hours until my event began. I can't say enough how you should NEVER use this company!!!!!!!
I ordered linens, glassware, silverware and dishes for our event. The day before the event the bride and groom went to the venue to set up the tables. Shortly after they arrived,...
I was told that the silverware and glassware were dirty. Also, the glasses had dried lipstick on them. They were at the venue the night before their wedding, til midnight, washing the glasses and silverware. At the reception the next day, I was told that the caterer washed all the dishes by hand because they too were dirty. I called Paula the next day and she got very defensive, accusing me of not keeping to my end of the bargain, in other words, packing up all of the rental items. This was a bold face lie. She dropped the issue quickly. Everything had been packed, ready for pickup. She asked to see the pictures I had, unaware that she expected a picture of every single dirty item. She offered to refund me for 2 forks and 1 glass. How's that for a slap in the face? Think twice. Consider yourself warned.
Paula is the absolute best! Of the many decisions made during the wedding planning process, AVision was our best one! I really don't know how to convey in words how fortunate I f...
eel to have had her help! I can't
even begin to explain the work Paula and her team did for us.
In the early planning stage, she assisted us with vendor referrals, set up appointments!
When it got closer to the wedding, Paula was my saving grace. The month of my wedding, I felt I was literally pulled in every direction, but Paula was organized and kept everything on track. She called vendors a week out to confirm plans and was on top of all the last details.
Everything they did for us was professional, meticulous and above and beyond what we were expecting!
Thank you guys for making OUR day the best day of our lives!
My wedding was last weekend and I am so glad we hired Avision events. They took cake of everything .... went above and beyond ..I am still getting compliments
I was amazed and astonishied as to how beautiful the place looked for a baby shower event I went to. Everything was placed with such great detail and matched each and every decor t...
o the event 💯. Great job!! We even took her brochures to pass it around due to I know who ever will book her will be pleased.
BRIDES BEWARE!!!! Attempted to do pipe and drape for my venue and at first Paula gave a great price and came across as someone who wanted to make your wedding the best it could be....
The measurements we got from the owner of the venue where actually more than what Paula and her team measured on site. She gave us an initial quote, mentioned that after the actual measurements the price would definitely not go up. After her measurements, she came back with a price double of what we had agreed despite the measurements being less!!! Her explanations made absolutely no sense and she was charging me double on things she had already included! She is a ripoff! She attempted to make measurements more than what they truly were. I lost my deposit after I cancelled and when I tried to have her do a canopy for my main stage instead, she never responded to my email!! Horrible and ripoff. Please save your money and stay away!!
We hired Paula and her team to plan our wedding and when it was all over we couldn't have been happier. She was there for me, my wife, and our whole family the entire way. She was ...
on top of everything and didn't miss a detail. She went above and beyond and we highly recommend her.. Thank you again PAULA!!
In 2014, hiring Paola as my event coordinator was one of my best decisions I made when planning for my husband’s 50th birthday party. She helped me stay within my budget without sa...
crificing elegance. She offered fabulous ideas that I would have NEVER thought of myself! From start to finish, décor, food and service, A Vision Events with Paola and her staff made my husband’s 50th birthday party an extremely memorable, successful event in which my guests are still talking about today. I must add that she kept me ‘stress-free’ and THAT is priceless. Paola’s passion for events combined with her organization and attention to detail make her worth far more than her costs.
Paula and her team really came to the rescue! We could of not done it with out them . She spent unlimed amount of time planning our wedding . We had disasters happen with the venu...
e and she some how made things work. I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner not wanting to spend the money ..but with out them I would of never enjoyed my wedding
From start to finish what a great experience. Thank you Paula and Avision for your hard work .
We hired AVision Events to cater and plan both my bridal shower and my wedding. From the day I first met Paula, I could tell she was prepared, passionate and experienced. I knew I ...
was in good hands and felt confident in my decision to hire her and her staff to help save the day for both my bridal shower and wedding! The food was delicious, the staff was well prepared and everything ran so smoothly! Paula was not just my caterer, but also my event coordinator and even sometimes my therapist! Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but Paula was there to help me with every single detail and decision and if it wasn't for her, my wedding wouldn't have been as successful, detail oriented, and everything I had ever dreamed of and more!!! If you are looking for a company that goes above and beyond and that covers all the bases of a wedding, I would highly recommend AVision Events!
Brides beware !!! DO NOT use this woman as your wedding planner. She comes off as the perfect wedding planner at first. But the minute I gave her my deposit it was a struggle to ev...
en get a email back from her. One time I waited for more then a week. On one occasion she did not show up for our appointment. On a another appointment she made me wait in my car for 45 mins because she was late. Always gave me the excuse oh I was helping other brides. Oh I was late because I was picking up a brides dress. All she does is give excuses . She made my save the dates and gave them to me with my finances face cut off ... and goes " oh no one will notice .. they will look at the dog and not even notice " . Awful !!! She has ruined my wedding planning experience. She agreed to give me back half my deposit but I am still waiting on that . Probably will never receive it . She is unreliable and unprofessional. She will create more stress for you if you go with her services ! Don't do it. !!!
Exceptional attention to detail! Such dedication attention to any need I may have had. Went above and beyond expectations and was there's for me in every step of the process. She i...
s extremely professional and wonderful at what she does. Matches all of my visions and designed ideas of her own. Her and her staff made my day 100% stress free and completed decor catering and rentals along with setup and break down! I plan on using her for all my future events.
