le of times when we visited Texas before our wedding. He had amazing suggestions for music for the different parts of our day. The day of the wedding he was at Stonehouse Villa early in the day to have the music set up for our ceremony and then had everything set up to transition to the cocktail hour and eventually into the party room. His energy was incredible and had our crowd up dancing the entire time of our wedding. We also used Aaron's company for our photo booth. The photo booth was easy to use and a seamless process. Our guests got their photos immediately and we got the copies almost immediately as well. And his picture quality was amazing. He had a person "behind the scenes" just in case there was a photo booth issue, however, we had none. Aaron even transitioned our photo booth from the cocktail hour space to the main dining room space. This was very important to us because we had 13 grandchildren at our wedding, and we did not want the kids wandering around outside of the main dining room. The kids had a ball with the photo booth. Last but not least, Aaron worked hand and hand with our wedding coordinator which made things less stressful for me. I would highly recommend them.

Aaron was ON TIME (probably the biggest worry for me as a bride) to set everything up for us, show us how it all works (totally do-able even for those that aren't very tech saavy) and was prompt to return at the event end to break everything down and be on his way. Aaron was so fast to respond when we initially booked him, all the way up to the day-of, and beyond. We got tons of compliments on the sound (being an outdoor ceremony and reception, that was a worry too) and everything went even better than planned. 10/10 would recommend and book again!

dance!! So i was soooo stressed about a dj but then DJ Aaron Ward was suggest by our wedding planner. Dj Aaron Ward was amazing! He provided song lists to help us along and even consulted us with the wedding timeline 2 weeks in advance then the week of! It was amazing and we had THE . BEST. TIME. My confidence level with the DJ was high before the wedding and he didn’t disappoint. My Family and friends had variety of spanish, dance, 80s hits , new hits etc!!! We loved it! And yall, the photobooth! How cute was thAt!!! The next day my husband and I sat down with some champagne and reviewed the gallery of pictures, gifs, everything! And we laughed, and smiled, and we got so many compliments on the photobooth. DO NOT SKIP OUT ON PHOTOBOOTH!! It was awesome! Gracie did an amazing job and were completely professional and fun! She wiped everything down (#COVIDSUCKS) and was completely accommodating and fun w/ us and our guests! The only thing I would change is maybe having Aaron really specify over the speaker to your guest the regulations on masks if you are required to have them when getting food or drinks. Our catering required masks and Aaron did a good job of announcing however a few of the guest didn’t hear and got scolded by the catering. (Thats a whole other review). Pretty sure those guest had missed it bc they had been drinking and weren’t paying attention which is okay, just be sure to announce it directly. organization was reassuring. We made Spotify playlists so he had a good idea of what genres and artists we enjoy. He was very open to suggestions and he made the night a blast for everyone with a variety of music played and perfect transitions for each part of our evening. The photo booth was an awesome addition as well. Our guests loved the digital props. One thing I will add as a side note for those planning is be mindful of where you set up the speakers if there are multiple buildings. My husband and I unfortunately did not plan that out and we were not able to hear the blessings from our family at the beginning of our dinner. We are very thankful for your dedication to your career and your customers, DJ Aaron. Thank you!

We knew that the big band no longer made sense, and our coordinator told us about what a good fit Aaron would be for our reimagined wedding day. She was absolutely right; Aaron was organized, communicative, prompt, and so helpful - especially considering the fact that we booked him a month before the wedding! He provided great resources for us to communicate what kind of feeling we were hoping for at the reception, and he absolutely delivered. He kept the evening moving along smoothly as the emcee, and did a great job communicating what was coming up.The dance floor was full, (socially distanced and masked, of course!) and we all had such a great time. He also provided me with a lot of resources for choosing the perfect songs for all my wedding rituals. He made the entire process feel seamless and I never had to worry about technical issues or an empty dance floor. I would recommend him time and again for all your event music and PA needs!

our particular vibe. He had us have three different virtual meetings prior to the wedding to plan, inspire, and finalize the plans. We had a tough crowd and small crowd due to COVID, who weren't big on dancing, but he was still able to spur the laughter and dance moves! On top of that, our particular venue had a unique set up with multiple locations and he knew exactly where to be and what volume to be at. Great guy, even better DJ!
