During the ceremony, Grace did an amazing job incorporating our cultures together and made it such a special experience not only for us, but for our guests as well. We have had countless people come up to us after the wedding saying how memorable the ceremony was. We HIGHLY recommend!

She even came extra prepared with a handkerchief for my fiancé and I because the happy tears were definitely flowing.  Grace is everything you could ever want in an officiant: genuine, emotional, professional, and so kind. She was able to meet us at the venue the day before for our rehearsal as well, which made us feel confident about the flow of the wedding ceremony the next day. She also gave us directions for applying for the marriage certificate, and took care of mailing it in after the ceremony. She made us feel very comfortable and like we had known her our whole lives! The time and attention to detail she took for our wedding was astounding. We could not have been happier to have her officiate our special day!

Grace made our ceremony absolutely magical, and our guests keep saying how it was the most beautiful, heartfelt ceremony they’ve ever witnessed. Grace truly has a way with words. You may be thinking, how in the world will a stranger get to know my partner and I well enough to oversee one of the most significant moments of our lives? Well, one of my best friends thought that Grace was a long-time family friend…that’s how well Grace gets to know you and articulate your love. Our guests told us how they got a special peek into our relationship, thanks to how Grace framed the 30 minute ceremony. We had a non religious ceremony in a garden, and Grace orchestrated a cadence of events (including a couple of meaningful readings that she helped us pick!) that created an engaging flow (with lots of guest tears). Grace will make you feel like family and your greatest champion. Emails and calls with her brought my husband and I such joy. If we ever plan a vow renewal, Grace will be the first person we call.

She sent questionnaires to learn about us, we shared what we loved about each other, and even had a very nice phone call with her just to be able to talk face-to-face and really get to know her (and her get to know us!). She helped by giving us tons of possible readings and vows to chose from since we needed some help there as well. As the day approached she shared the order of the ceremony, ensured she knew who was doing the readings, how to pronounce tricky names, etc. When our wedding day came, it certainly didn't feel like the first time we'd met! She was there in plenty of time and was prepared and organized, just as we knew she'd be. The ceremony was PERFECT with her leading the way through it all as if we'd been friends for years! Several guests asked if we had known Grace before and were amazed at how well she seemed to know us as she shared some of our history and stories. She was calming, clear, set the tone, and led us effortlessly through the happy, heartfelt ceremony. We really can't say enough about how much we appreciate Grace from beginning to end! I don't think I realized how much the officiant really sets the tone and vibe of the ceremony and we are thrilled that we had Grace to somehow put into words all the intangibles of love, respect, frriendship and support we feel for each other. The more I thought back to other weddings I'd attended, the more I realized an Officiant really can ruin the ceremony mood or just be lackluster. After this realization we found Grace and we are so glad we chose Grace as our officiant because she set the tone for the beginning of not only a great marriage, but for an amazing memorable wedding. Grace was extremely well spoken at our ceremony and set a sort of calm over the two of us as we stood by her. Grace's readings brought feelings of love, etherealness, and a bit of laughter to our ceremony - which was exactly what we wanted. Grace really understood our love story and even who we are as individuals, and she perfectly composed our ceremony readings with that knowledge. Grace really took the time to get to know my husband and I, she asked all the important questions about us as a couple such as our story of how we met, what our lives were like together, even down to how many pets we had, etc. We really enjoyed getting to know Grace as well within the timeframe that she took to get to know us. When we finally met Grace at our rehearsal, it felt as if she was a long time friend and we were instantly comfortable around her. It is also worth noting that everyone at our wedding commended how well Grace carried out our ceremony as well. Also, it was clear that Grace is a very experienced officiant and knows important details such as starting a ceremony off by telling guests to not use cellphones for ruining photos, and even knowing when to step out of the way to not "photo bomb" ceremony photos. We believe that a wedding with Grace is absolutely essential to having a perfect wedding ceremony!
