We met Jake at a coffee shop to talk over the details of our wedding and an hour later we were sure he was the right man for the job. He was attentive to our requests and questions, offering solutions that fit perfectly with our plan. The week before our wedding day, we had a phone conversation to go over details - after which we were completely at ease because we felt he fully understood what we were hoping to accomplish. On the day of our event Jake was there setting up when we arrived. Our ceremony was several hundred feet away from the venue which was holding the reception. Jake set up a second audio control board strictly for the nuptials. We had our niece sing a song during the ceremony and he set that up as well. Even taking care to make sure her stool and guitar were ready for her in front of the mic he set up. He timed it all: from procession to exit, perfectly. Jake took care of the crowd during happy hour. We could hear cheers and laughing from the staging room. He worked in sync with our coordinator through-out the entire reception, checking with us several times to make sure everything was going as we had hoped. He even took moments to talk to our guests about some of the special décor and signage we had created for them. He read the room, playing songs from our list and a few that he added, each one a perfect soundtrack for that moment. If music is at all important to you and your event, Jake is the right choice.

Spectacular service – highly recommend – 5 stars all the way! Have only the best to say about Jake & A2R Entertainment. We were referred and ended up hiring him for our wedding on 4/22 for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Best choice hands down. Jake made the entire process easy, streamlined, and responded timely with any questions I had through the whole process. Why would I recommend his service, there are several reasons… He is very professional, punctual, dressed professionally, clear vocals to understand during announcements, has a pre-lite professional booth / sound system, easy to work with/respectful, great personality, and truly only wants the best day for “you and your partner”. You can see this come through during his discussions, questions he asks to pinpoint direct “wants” you can’t live without during your special day. His knowledge of timelines, suggestions on timelines, music choices, and experience is priceless. Jake provides a plethora of music choices for you to review in advance, online agreement (e-sign), personal login to client portal which houses all event information, contracts, and very detailed questionnaires (many questions I didn’t even think of yet). What a blessing these questionnaires were! Walks you through your timeline step by step to ensure he has all the details and music selections in advance. Open to new traditions – we had a Slovak Bridal Dance, something he had never done before – however made it his mission to understand all aspics and it was amazing! He helped us select songs for various times throughout the reception including our first dance. This is where his knowledge shines, taking into consideration the genres of music, our personalities, he suggested 2 songs and we fell in love with Endless Love, which we had forgotten about. Right before our reception, he came directly to me to go over introductions and remaining timeline to ensure there were no last-minute changes for the night. Once the party got started from the ceremony it never ended! If people started to leave the dance floor, the song would change, and his mixing capabilities is spectacular! He can read a crowd and keep the party going!! Jake was very interactive in the party from impromptu announcements, dancing and coming out in the center of the dance floor to get involved. Also had a surprise which was absolutely a hit we didn’t know about. The transitions from one event to the next occurred seamlessly. We all know weddings are expensive. When booking vendors, you want to make sure that you choose the right ones! Hopefully this detailed explanation gives future brides some information to take to heart. Your DJ is the leading person which will make or break your day, choose Jake for a wonderfully planned celebration and no worries/stress! Every guest I have talked to said that our DJ was fabulous. So, I speak not only for me and my husband, but all our guests when I say his services are top notch! I am certain that Jake would provide this type of service for any celebration that he is booked for.

I'll be honest, DJ Jake wasn't my first choice. But when our initial DJ passed away a month before the ceremony, DJ Jake was able to step in and save the day! He put up with our last minute wedding chaos, helped us with our song selections, and was able to give us the wedding of our dreams.

A2R entertainment is top of the line! 10 out of 10 recommend! Jake came in to a whole different wedding environment, outside in a grassy field and showed out!! The dance floor was crawling! Our wedding day couldn’t been more perfect!

We used Jake as our DJ for our Wedding which included the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Jake was referred to us by the daughter of the Groomsman at our Wedding and we were so thankful for her (Emilia’s) help. Previously, our Venue had referred another DJ who was not responsive to us failing to return numerous calls. Jake on the other hand was very professional responding quickly prior to us engaging him and during the period up to our Wedding Day. We had initial interview with Jake. There was no pressure from Jake to make a commitment at that point but Kellie and myself knew that he was the perfect fit for ourselves and signed up on the spot. Jake provided us with a Wedding Planner, that included a number of items we hadn’t considered. It provided a frame work when we next met with Jake (over Zoom) to go over all the details of the Wedding. As background, our guest ranged from late 20s to late 80s with average age 40 -50, so a more matured crowd. For the ceremony, we had rather specific songs and artists we wanted to be played at specific times. We even had an initial “skit” prior to the formal ceremony that needed music accompaniment. Jake was on point at all times and provided us with exactly what we needed. We definitely had some strong ideas on what we wanted to hear and what we wanted NOT to hear during the reception and Jake delivered here as well. Overall, we would recommend Jake to anyone that needed DJ services. He provided us exactly what we wanted but also provided thoughtful suggestions on how to enhance the wedding. We are so glad we found him.

Jake and his company are the best in the biz! We had a client portal through his website that made planning the course of events and creating our custom playlist as simple as can be. With all of the other craziness that goes into wedding planning we were SO thankful to have that. We spoke over the phone a few times before the event to discuss everything as well. Jake DJed our cocktail hour and reception and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was organized, easy-going but fun and upbeat. He managed the flow of our wedding events perfectly. The reception music and making sure people had fun and felt comfortable dancing was important to us, and Jake did an amazing job of feeling the crowd and getting everyone up and moving while working through our playlist, do-not playlist and mixing in other songs that worked perfectly with our vibe. All in all, many of our guests told us it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding! I can not recommend A2R Entertainment enough!

Jake was very attentive and responsive to all of our questions! He really went the extra mile to make our day fun and memorable. He asked good questions about the ceremony and reception I hadn't thought of yet. He helped our wedding to run smoothly and brought the energy and fun when it was time to dance!! Very personable and friendly!

I could not recommend Jake enough! I was first introduced to Affair 2 Remember at my cousins wedding. A few years later my sister used them at her wedding and when my wedding rolled around in September I didn't even bother searching. I knew Affair 2 Remember was my go-to! Jake played acoustic guitar during the cocktail hour and then did the regular dj setup for the rest. The reception was supposed to be outside and when it started raining and everything had to get moved inside, he didn't miss a beat. I was actually not super excited about the dancing aspect of the wedding and he made the whole experience so easy and fun!

We couldn't be happier to have Jake as our DJ two weeks ago for our wedding. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and truly made the whole process easy and stress-free. So accommodating, and goes above and beyond to make it a memorable experience for all. We were thrilled to see our guests having a blast on the dance floor the ENTIRE evening!! HOLY MOLY WHERE DO I BEGIN? I met Jake a few years back when he officiated and was the DJ of a friends wedding. I had never been to a ceremony that was not only just the perfect amount of romance but really funny. Immediately I knew that he was someone I needed to keep in mind for friends, family and maybe one day myself. Jake gets to know you and creates a perfect story that keeps your guests engaged. He did our ceremony yesterday, laughter and tears included, and he killed it. I'm not a typical bride and really thought most of the day would have my cringing with cheesiness everywhere I went and looked but boy did I hire the right vendors. Jake saw my vision and brought it to life. "The perfect ceremony, where did you find him?" was said to me about 20 times last night because most of the crowd hadn't seen a ceremony by Jake before. The rest of the crowd had, because I did always have Jake in mind when my cousin Kacie got married and then again when my cousin Michael got married. Jake is now a family tradition. So not only did Jake exceed my expectations for the ceremony but he was my DJ, the ONLY DJ I knew I could trust 100% to basically help me throw a party not a "wedding" and he did. His entire team did. We had his lighting guy, his mixer, his Zap photographer. The whole crew. And it was 10000% worth every penny (and it wasn't too expensive which is incredible). I was getting compliments all night about their awesome skills. They worked alongside my other vendors flawlessly and you would almost think it was one giant team (and to be honest I've been in weddings where some vendors clashed). Over the past year and a half of planning I've spent a lot of time talking to Jake about our vision and making our day perfect. I must say that he could not be more perfect for what he does for a living. He cares SO MUCH about you and your day its unbelievable. He wants to make sure everyone there knows why they're there and wants them to have the greatest night of their lives. And he does. I want to throw more events just to hire them all again. I can't thank Jake and his crew enough. What an amazing human being, he truly is wonderful and made my night unforgettable.

all we can say is WHAT AN EPIC WEDDING that Jake and his company, Affair 2 Remember, delivered. I've know Jake for 10+ years from his acoustic nights at a restaurant i use to manage. Since then a friendship was built and when it came to friends getting married, his was my automatic recommendation. Those recommendations turned into more recommendations which finally lead to my wedding. From the get go, Jake made every phone conversation very easy which comes in handy because we all know how wedding planning can be stressful. You can hear enthusiasm and passion through the phone which got my wife and I even more excited for this special day to come. The sitdown with Jake to go over how the night and festivities prior to the wedding turned out to be more like hanging out with a buddy than a vendor. From our first sentence, Jake knew exactly what we wanted. I think he might have been more excited for our wedding than we were. Affair 2 Remember provided everything that we wanted, from an acoustic cocktail hour, a photo booth that never had a minute to stop flashing to a crowded dance floor for the rest of the evening. Affair 2 Remember surpassed any expectations the we had for our special night. We personally thank Jake and his company, Affair 2 Remember, for making sure our wedding is a wedding that our guests will never forget....

WOW......Jake nailed it! We visited a few different venues in our planning process and where ever we went, we would ask for DJ recommendations. The overwhelming response was "Affair 2 Remember". So, my wife and I set up a meeting with Jake and had the expectation of meeting with two other entertainment companies. After meeting with Jake for about an hour, Lisa and I knew that Jake had a few weddings under his belt (being facetious here) and we had a high degree of confidence that he was going to deliver on the vision we had for our wedding day. Between his questions, experience and insight we knew we didn’t need to look further. A few weeks before the wedding we met with Jake one last time. We discussed the overall program and some of our last minute concerns and Jake helped to put those into perspective for us and calm our jitters. The day of the wedding he and his assistant hit it out of the park! They had an innate ability to read the crowd and when to dial the tempo up and down. They had an energy that was appropriate and contagious and which only comes with the experience they have. I would recommend Jake and Affair 2 Remember to anyone considering entertainment for their particular event!!

I can't begin to describe how amazing our wedding day was thanks to our very professional and talented vendors. Jake is one of the most genuine and professional people I have ever worked with. Our time spent with him before the wedding was relaxed and fun and added to the excitement of planning our big day. When it came to the actual event, he nailed every detail, and went above and beyond our highest hopes for the night. When I tell you our dance floor was full the whole night, it really was!! There were points of the wedding where all 200 guests were out of their chairs, of all ages, dancing/singing and enjoying the night thanks to Affair 2 Remember. My husband was very impressed with the lighting package, which he initially wanted to decline but ended up being thrilled with the results. We also purchased a monogram which looked beautiful that night and in the photos. Also, trust the lighting expert if he lights up your dress with color, the pictures turn out amazing! Once again, I can't say enough how much we loved this company and the service, it was well worth the price and an amazing value for memories we will never forget. At the end of the night, when it was all said and done you could tell how much fun the guests had on the dance floor because of the song selections, lighting and mood that the team created. I am so happy that we went with Affair 2 Remember, my guests even asked for their information at the wedding because we all had such a great time. Thanks guys!!

Jake was absolutely amazing from the second that we booked the date all the way through the last minutes of our reception. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and SO MUCH FUN! The dance floor was literally NEVER empty and we even had to scrap some "fluffy" happenings (centerpiece giveaway LOL) because everyone was having too much fun. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

One of the best DJ's ever! Jake put on an unforgettable show. He also married my daughter. He supplied a light show, videos, pictures, photo booth and more. The light show was amazing. The pictures on several TV's during the evening celebration from the events prior was great. Everyone commented on his performance. Most were dancing and following his lead and having a great time. He made the evening perfect and my daughter was thrilled. I would recommend this guy to anyone. An unforgettable professional experience. Simply amazing and entertaining!

We used Jake,from Affair 2 Remember DJ , and they blew the roof off of our wedding!!! There was such high energy at our wedding and the dance floor was packed from start to finish. Moe, Jake's assistant, was awesome and got everyone moving on the dance floor. We also got the light show package and it was worth every penny! The whole room was lit up in our wedding colors and there was also spotlights and a gorgeous personalized monogram on the dance floor...all of the lightening was controlled manually by another one of Jake's amazing assistants. If you want absolutely amazing music and all of your guests to dance the night away and talk about your wedding for months after, go with Affair 2 Remember DJ!!!

Rather expensive for a quick 10 minute wedding. Was told that we'd talk about the ceremony so that Rev. Jake could get to know us months ahead of time but that never happened.

Jake is an extraordinary DJ he is the best of the best! Many of my guests commented on how excellent he was. The dance floor was a rockin all night long, I can't say enough about Affair 2 Remember DJ's except that they are the best in the business. Jake was awesome! He went on vacation the week before the wedding and comforted me by making himself available if I had any immediate questions. He also found a difficult to find Polish song for groom/mother song, and a few other Polish songs. He did a great job of making sure we knew what to expect and adjusting the night how we wanted it. The introductions got everyone ready for a fun night with a packed dance floor. We had the time of our lives at our wedding, and a lot of credit goes to Jake for keeping the dance floor full all night long!

DJ Jake was amazing. He spent so much time with us and he was exactly as we wanted, someone fun and exciting! He brought with him an assistant, Maverick, who was respectful and always smiling. The 2 of them were the best ever!!!
