They were super organized with all of the speeches we wanted to give, special dedications, etc. They were also extremely flexible and interactive throughout the night. When my husband hopped behind the bar to make his famous whiskey sours, they announced it and played a special song (this was all unplanned). It ended up being a really cool moment for not only our guests, but also my husband! AAM Entertainment made our wedding the best night and we can not recommend them enough!

the significant communication issues. Our experience with this group was awful. I sent the owner an email regarding the poor service a few days after our wedding. He had previously responded to my emails/texts right away, but he never responded to this email. Here are some examples of this terrible service by this vendor: -There was no communication regarding who our DJ was. We had no idea that our DJ was not Chris Hanes who we were lead to believe was the DJ. We were quite confused after hotel staff asked to speak to us when someone made a call to them claiming to be our DJ to reserve a room under our wedding block discount. This was never discussed with our point of contact Chris Hanes and should not have been necessary given that out-of-pocket are covered in the cost of the service per the contract. We tried contacting Mr. Hanes to figure this out, but given the late hour he understandably did not answer and a voicemail was left, but my message was never returned. Prior communication with Mr. Hanes had been unprofessional and rude, but this was unacceptable. -The DJ who came was clueless that the ceremony was at a different location from the reception. This was only clarified when I spoke to him over the phone while attempting to clear up the hotel booking issue at 11:30 the night before. I don't know what we would have done when the DJ didn't show up to the ceremony because the owner didn't tell him about the different locations. -The DJ's clear incompetence with regard to following simple instructions was disgraceful. Some examples: the pronunciation of the wedding party’s names which were listed in a format to make this easy; announcing the incorrect matron of honor; playing the incorrect first dance song version despite being provided the correct version to avoid this exact problem; cutting the mother-son dance short without the mentioned signal from the groom or the wedding coordinator; bad-mouthing the bride to hotel staff and also repeatedly calling the bride and female staff “babe” and “baby.” His behavior was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. -I was told that there would be a tablet or some way for our guests to request music during the event which was a draw for me to book this company. This DJ did not make this available. When anyone made verbal requests, he began immediately changing songs even if the room was having a lot of fun dancing without transitions. He would leave on songs when no one was dancing. He could not read the room at all. -When discussing plans with Mr. Hanes, the topic of microphones was addressed and I was told that handheld microphones would be provided to the couple to recite their vows. This did not happen and only the people standing directly in front of us could hear our vows. - The Name in Lights component of the package was something we were very excited about, but it was incorrect reading “The Norman’s” rather than the correct “The Normans.” This is minor in the grand scheme of things but it's important. For the sake of fairness, the DJ who came did stay longer than the agreed upon time. I guess he wanted to make up for the fact that that we were very upset and frustrated with his performance. The last half hour was an improvement on his reading the room.
