uld not have been more happy that we had them as a part of our journey from the get go. They were so patient and thorough in our beginning conversations as we asked 1 million questions. When we did our engagement photo shoot, they were so personable and genuine, they immediately made us feel at ease as if we had known them for years. Leading up to the wedding, we had a LOT of communication because we had almost 30 people in our wedding party total and a large amount of family to photograph. I had made so many google sheets and docs, Aaron and Whitney were beyond patient and win the golden star for the most thorough and quick communication out of any vendor we worked with. We were so grateful for their reliability and easy going nature. For both times we took photos, they blended right in where we were able to just be ourselves and they captured the beautifully unique moments. It's easy to get caught in wanting to "create pictures" but we really appreciated their emphasis on embracing OUR day and capture whatever that looked like. They also delivered our photos within a few weeks and we are SO happy with how they came out. Thank you for your hard work and we hope to see you in BK soon :)

. We were so beyond happy with our decision! The pictures captured are editorial, capturing the moments as they came. At the same time, they made sure we had enough time to fit in the traditional wedding party and family photos. The pictures were more amazing than I ever imagined. On top of that, they are so pleasant and some of the kindest and coolest people we’ve ever met. I cannot recommend Aaron & Whitney more!!!

o know! We met them right after we decided to work with them and it felt like we'd known them for years. On the day of the wedding it was like having 2 additional friends there who just so happened to be working their butts off and taking killer photos. They were absolute professionals and made everyone feel super comfortable in front of the camera. I, personally, was dreading all photography since I have a habit of making dumb faces but they made it easy. They're also an absolute dream team! I got married on what ended up being the coldest, windiest day of the fall so when taking photos outside proved to not be an option they expertly problem solved and were 100% on the same page for what we should do. And the photos turned out SO well! My husband and I look at them probably once a week and every time we do we find another little moment to remember. They did an absolutely expert job capturing the spirit of the day. If you can't tell from this rambling review, I can not recommend them highly enough.

onalities that made working with them a total pleasure. They are the cutest couple and make a great team, and we got to know that early on. As part of their work, Aaron and Whitney make it a priority to get to know their clients, so while we were making the decision to hire them they came to Manhattan to have drinks with me and my then-fiance Matt. That initiative says a lot about who they are and how they operate as business people -- with a personal touch that is so appreciated. Over drinks we had a blast!! We had already seen from their portfolio that they take amazing photos, but after after spending an evening laughing and getting to know them we knew that they are amazing to be around as well. Communication with them was always a pleasure. Emails, normally from Whit, were prompt and always just the sweetest. On the wedding day they put us totally at ease with posing for photos, made us feel comfortable and like we were the two most natural, beautiful wedding models they'd ever worked with (the lies worked like magic). Aaron is an artist, so attentive to light and shadow and setups that will be unique and stunning. How he directed us around the Brooklyn Botanic Garden was brilliant. And Whit directed the overwhelming family portraits part with such grace and efficiency. They both were just such a delight to be around that even my family and other wedding guests kept commenting. I'd be remiss not to mention one of the most badass moments that happened during our first look at Lincoln Center Plaza. Apparently, professional photos are not permitted there, but we didn't know that. I was in the middle of making out with Matt in front of the fountain, and Aaron and Whit were snapping amazing pix, when all of a sudden a grouchy security guard started harassing us to leave. To his credit, Aaron argued calmly back and forth with the guard but NEVER STOPPED SNAPPING. Rather than simply submit, he fought for the beautiful once-in-a-lifetime moment for the bride and groom, and continued to capture it for us while he fought. It was a bizarre scuffle that really bonded us all even further and we laughed about it the whole uber ride (which Aaron and Whit paid for at the last minute since it was a forgotten detail!) to the Garden. We are so in love with our gorgeous photos and so grateful that Aaron and Whitney were the two people we had with us to capture our most magical day.
