This is a response to Edward T about his watch. Aaron Kilman Jewelers, Inc. Response 06/22/2022 We are sincerely sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide the highest quality service to our customers, while remaining transparent about the repairs we can or cannot perform. When you were informed that we did not have the tool to repair your watch, we suggested to send it elsewhere(i.e. the service department of Casio). It was insisted upon that we do it ourselves. We sourced the tool and changed the battery as usual with no complications. All buttons functioned as normal when your watch was returned to you. Upon your insistence that the buttons were smashed in, we took your watch back in free of charge. When we couldn't find anything wrong with the buttons, we sent it out to our watchmaker--again free of charge. Additionally, our watchmaker inspected the buttons and returned it to us, as the buttons were working as usual. While we do everything we can to make our customers happy, your claims that we returned to you a damaged watch are absolutely unwarranted. Your choice to then come into our business and raise your voice to intimidate our staff, left us no choice but to contact law enforcement. We are sorry for the embarrassment this may have caused you, however we prioritize the safety of our customers and staff above all.

ZERO out of 5 DO NOT bring your watch to this third rate "jewelry store" for a new battery or any repair if you value your watch. Went in to have a simple battery change, they didn't have the allen wrench needed to get the back cover off my watch so they called me and asked if I could bring one in from my house. After telling them no they assured me that their watchguy would bring one in and that I would be called within a couple days. 2 weeks later I returned to pick it up and all 5 function buttons are basically smashed in... not at all like how I had dropped it off. I explained this to them and they was said they would send it back to their watch guy to get it fixed. A week and a half later I go back in to pick it up and basically the same thing 1 button is completely smashed in and the rest are half smashed. The watch guy basically argued with me that there's no way they could have done that to my watch and offered absolutely no apology or anything for that matter. This was a Casio G Shock mudmaster watch which is basically indestructible... unless you take it to Aaron Kilman Jewelers... absolute incompetence! Hoping Aaron Kilman does the right thing and offers to pay for the repairs I'm going to have done from the competent watchmakers at Casio however with the zero amount of customer service I've already received I highly doubt that will happen. STAY AWAY from this place!
