ordinary — I forgot the easel for our Welcome sign and Ali noticed during our wedding rehearsal and brought hers on the day of the wedding! I didn’t even know she did this until after our honeymoon. Ali truly helps with organization throughout the months leading up to the wedding, helped us make sure every detail was squared away, and put out any wedding day fires without us even knowing. Before the wedding, she met with us many times over Zoom and her process is very well designed - she helped us with details we didn’t even think of and answered all of our questions so well. On the day of the rehearsal, she was organized and managed the entire rehearsal with our large wedding party, even though many of us were running late. On the day of the wedding, she set up our tables beautifully and she definitely has an eye for making your table decor look perfect! The timeline that she organized for the vendors and us helped keep the day on track. I know she and her assistant probably did many things on the day that we will never know, but we are so grateful for all of her help. We will be recommending Ali to all of our recently engaged friends. Our wedding day was only as perfect as it was because of Ali!

nt so much time answering all of our questions in detail and making our experience planning our wedding so fun and memorable! Ali has great ideas is always so forth coming with them! When our wedding day was finally here - the temperature was forecasted for 115 F!!! Ali was so positive and helped us stay positive with the extreme temperatures. We are soooo appreciative of Ali and her team and so thankful, because without them, our wedding would have not been the same. We had so much fun because Ali and her team handled details so we could really enjoy the day with our families! I 1000% recommend hiring Ali for your big day - you will not regret it. Thank you Ali :)

gined. She is so professional and truly makes sure that her couples have the best day possible. She is so knowledgeable & makes you feel confident that she has everything handled. I had full faith that the day would be perfect knowing she was our coordinator. I am someone who lives for the small details, and she went above & beyond! I will FOREVER recommend Ali to anyone who is needing a coordinator! Do yourself a favor and hire her!! <3

I toured our venue and she was the on site coordinator. She is literally one of the reasons why I booked our venue. She made me felt so welcome and supported from that very first encounter. When she told me she was leaving our venue to start her own wedding planning business, I didn't even think twice about booking her separately, because I KNEW that she was the planner and coordinator I wanted to work with. Needless to say, she did not disappoint. I was never ever afraid to reach out and ask for advice, questions, or just to share funny stories along the way. She always made me feel extremely comfortable, she always gave me her honest opinion, and she was not afraid to put her foot down for me so I wouldn't exceed my budget. She also found ways to make my last minute ideas come to life, that I will be forever grateful for -- she made me a BEAUTIFUL backdrop that she set up for cocktail hours so our guests could take photos and then moved it behind our sweetheart table for the reception... and she set up a champagne tower last minute for our entrance. Our wedding day, she went way past above and beyond for us and I could not be more grateful. She made sure everything was absolutely perfect and she even handled our bridal party perfectly (our rowdy chosen family)... :) I've said this her before, and I will say it again and again and again... Ali was born to do this. Her joy in creating and her love for her couple shows through in everything she does. She is just all around a bright light in what could have been a very stressful time, had I chosen to not book her. I would give her way more than 5 stars if I could.
