Good communication, fair prices for their services, and really good at what they do- WEDDING GLAM! Both Nikki & Aryka perfectly captured my vision for wedding day hair and makeup. I still looked like myself, but with the best glow-up possible. I felt so beautiful and their work held up all day and night! They did an excellent job with my bridesmaids and mother’s hair/makeup. Founder of ABC/Expert Makeup Artist Nikki Mitchell is a professional makeup artist with over two decades of experience. She was an artist for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics at Nordstrom and helped the counter achieve over a million dollars in sales in 2007. She was also a counter manager for Hard Candy, Urban Decay, and Too Faced Cosmetics. Encountering a multitude of different faces and personalities in a retail setting gave Nikki the diverse experience necessary for handling many different situations. As an independent makeup artist, Nikki specializes in on-site services for weddings and photo shoots. Nikki also specializes in helping people with disabilities and illnesses establish new beauty routines that fit their everyday lives in order to boost their self confidence in the most challenging of times. Helping women who are experiencing breast cancer is a passion of Nikki's, as her mother is a two-time survivor of breast cancer.Nikki’s mission is to provide a fun and memorable experience for her clients and help women realize their potential beauty by enhancing their natural look. She believes when women feel beautiful, they are confident and empowered.

Jennifer attended Sunset Gower Studios Makeup School and was Certified as a Master Makeup Artist in beauty makeup as well as special effects makeup. Her talents led her to work on the sets of short films in California. After attending beauty school in Orange County, CA she graduated and earned a license as an Esthetician. Since 2004, Jen has been a professional makeup artist working for MAC Cosmetics and freelancing for projects such as fashion shows, photo shoots, special events, weddings, and quinceaneras. Jen specializes in spray tanning and has a passion for eyelash extensions and waxing.Jen truly loves working with amazing people and feels honored to be included in people's daily lives and special events!

I’ve worked with top artists across the country, and I know what quality application for mature skin looks like. The products used, especially the thick, full-coverage foundation and primer, were not suited to my skin type. The result felt heavy and cakey, and brought out texture and fine lines I don’t usually see emphasized. There was a noticeable lack of blending and finesse in the application, and after nearly an hour, I no longer felt confident they could achieve the natural, radiant look I was hoping for. I’m sharing this in case it’s helpful to others who may have similar needs. It’s possible their strengths lie elsewhere, but based on my experience, I didn’t feel their approach or products were well-suited for mature skin or a more natural aesthetic.
