Wowee! Where do we start? We can't say enough amazing things about our lead planner, Keyah! Working with her was the best decision we made for our big day. From the start, she was ...
incredibly detail-oriented, super understanding of our unique situation (we had family and friends flying from all over the globe), and nothing was too big or small of an ask for her.
What really stands out about Keyah is her genuine kindness and how well she absorbed our vision and ideas for our wedding day. She has this wonderful way of taking in everything you say and then offering suggestions that perfectly align with what we wanted. Her local knowledge was invaluable - she knew all the best vendors, which saved us so much time and stress.
Speaking of stress - Keyah's calm, positive energy was exactly what we needed throughout the planning process. Even when we were feeling overwhelmed, her attitude always lifted our spirits. In the lead up to the wedding, our schedules were very hectic with travel and work. Keyah was always flexible with her availability and made time for us — whether it was a quick text, phone, or Zoom. She also had set up manageable weekly and monthly tasks that truly took the stress out of planning. She made the whole process effortless — something an almost 100-person international wedding is not! 😆
On the wedding day itself, she was amazing behind the scenes, making sure everything ran perfectly while keeping such a warm, positive vibe. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs (like a cheeky margarita straight after the ceremony) before they even arose was incredible. We later learned that she had handled several unexpected situations behind the scenes, yet we remained completely unaware and stress-free throughout the celebration. That's the mark of a truly exceptional planner – the ability to shield the couple from any hiccups while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
If you're looking for a wedding planner who'll be your biggest advocate, stay cool under pressure, and turn your vision into reality while making the whole process actually enjoyable - Keyah is your person. We couldn't have asked for anyone better! 💯
