Abco Party Rentals

We order a 40'x60' pole tent with side walls for $2,300 with an 85-mile delivery fee for 14 days (fireworks use). This year, we were quoted over $7,000 for the same tent with sidewalls and same location for 17 days. Yes, we added 3 days, but the quote shouldn't have been over $3,000. When I called to understand how our quote was tripled from the year before, they talked in circles on the phone. I asked if they had a copy of the quote I had last year. Reluctantly, they said yes. I walked through the quote with them line-by-line and they had no explanations. They said they would send a new quote back. Four days later I received a new quote that was $4,900. I called back again to try to understand how this is possible. It seemed unrealistic that in one year this industry had over doubled in pricing. They said we were misquoted the year before and that the $2,300 price was a 1-3 day quote for a tent. He said they has also stopped having so many extra fees and consolidated it all into one. When I walked through line-by-line again, there were more additional fees on this year's quote than last year's. I pointed out that every single expense was at least doubled in price, or more (for the tent, the sidewalls, the delivery fee, the damage fees) - everything was doubled in price from the year before. Our conversation ended with him saying if they reworked the quote again, it may could come down a little more, but it will still be nowhere near the $2,300 quote from the year before. I understand things go up, but this is uncalled for and unrealistic.
