Lori and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. The wedding was WONDERFUL! The amphitheater was absolutely gorgeous and the Allison Peabody room was cozy and welcoming. I loved having access to the porch, too. We had SO MANY compliments from our guests about the venue, the food (especially the brisket!), and the drinks. Even though the bridal suite wasn't available, the hotel rooms were big enough that we had plenty of space to get ready.

We got married in the courtyard. We had the reception in the Peabody room, but we also rented the Grandma Pash section for our buffet to be set up in. The staff was amazing! They were very helpful and kind when we were setting up the room, and during the wedding, they were quick and discreet. Lori was great to work with, especially on the day of. The food was delicious!

as so easy to work with. Great communication (worked with Kathy) via phone and email. No issues! Everyone from the front desk to the banquet manager made this day go smoothly. The Bridal Suite is a gorgeous, roomy and comfortable place to dress and relax beforehand. Highly recommend it!

ssue was the person I was working with at the venue to make arrangements (Kathy). She was very nice, but there was a lack of communication and I was always the one reaching our and asking her what she needed from me instead of the other way around. She also went 8 days without replying to emails the week before my wedding and I ended up having to call and talking to someone else to get a response. She did blame this on email issues but she could have reached out to me with my wedding being 4 days away when I finally was able to get in touch. Then the day of the wedding, she was suppose to be there and I did not talk to her and see her the entire day when she told me she would be there to oversee the wedding, put signs out, communicate with staff, etc. Things that I was told would be done and were not. The front desk was not informed of my wedding details by her and the kitchen did not get my food updates from her. This was due to her lack of communication to everyone. The next day, I was told by her she never said that she would do such and such things which ended up being a a huge disappointment for me. I would definitely get in writing what roles and responsibilities they have the day of or request to work with someone else entirely. Everyone else (bartenders, kitchen staff, wait staff, janitors) were all GREAT! I did end up talking to her manager which made it a little better, but do not want other brides to go through what I did. It caused a lot of stress that is not needed the day of the wedding. This really is an amazing venue, I only wish the process was a lot better.

er with it. We planned an outdoor wedding in an amphitheater in the forest, but the weather prevented it. The staff there worked to make sure we could still have an outdoor wedding, on the covered porch adjacent to the reception room. The only downsides for us was it was a little pricier than what we wanted to pay (but it turned out to be well worth it), and sometimes it was difficult to get a hold of the sales coordinator I was working with on the phone (e-mail communication was good, though!).
