The dance floor was packed the entire evening because of how amazing he was at reading the room, creating fun mixes, and making every song transition feel effortless. He did so much more than just play music - he completely created the atmosphere for our wedding. One of the coolest touches was how he took photos of us during golden hour and displayed them on his DJ screen later in the night. The music videos playing on the front of his booth also added such a fun, energetic vibe that everyone loved. On top of all of that, Richard was so kind, fun, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better DJ and would recommend him to anyone looking to have an unforgettable wedding!

Fun to work with, brought the vibes, and went above and beyond getting a few pictures of us to display on his Dj stand. Everyone cried when they noticed them. He even helped us play a prank on my sister/MoH that was against a song we thought would be fun for the ceremony and did a “sound check” with it. It backfired, she loved it. Photo Booth - So worth it. Our venue had one that didn’t have printouts and no attendant. We had Sara & printouts through Abell. There was ALWAYS people at it and she kept that line moving. We got a link to all the pictures the next morning. We enjoyed our venue but Richard and Sara brought the fun experience for everyone that really made the night epic. Thank you guys so freaking much for making our day!!!!

He communicated clearly and thoroughly with us during our planning meeting on how he envisioned each part of the night playing out, and then executed that plan the night-of. He explained to us ahead of time how he handles conflicts with guests (such as when taking song requests on the "no" list, someone wanting to change the order of events of the night, what to do when someone who is supposed to speak ends up leaving the reception early or a person wanting to give a surprise speech), and when these events happened at our wedding, he followed the exact plan that he shared with us and maintained professionalism. Chris was quick to respond to emails and we had no doubt that he would arrive on time. Most of all, our dance floor was awesome!! Chris stuck to the list of songs that we provided him (per our request) and used them to keep the dance floor packed until the very end of the night! In the time since our wedding, we have received many compliments on the music and fun of our dance floor. It was a blast! We booked uplighting through Abell DJ Company, and we were pleased with that as well. Abell DJ Company was more expensive than other DJ companies we had looked into, but we feel that the services provided and professionalism we received through them were worth it. We could really tell that Chris takes pride in his work and in his company. Chris's screen has the ability to display a message, a photo, animations with patterns, or even some music video clips! This was really cool!

The dance floor was hot the entire time, and many people came up to us and commented that we had the best wedding DJ ever. From our sentimental first dances to the last dance, we had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better music experience.
