Abella Studios is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough great things about them. The planning process was absolutely seamless in every way (even while planning during a pandemic). Every single question was answered along the way and we even ended up adding on a videographer as it got closer to our wedding date and Abella had no issues with this last minute add! I was beyond confident that Abella would be able to capture our engagement photos and wedding day photos perfectly and they exceeded our expectations in every way! Our wedding photos are absolutely beautiful! There is not one that I dislike out of all 1,500 of them!! Our photographer and videographer were absolutely amazing in every way - extremely professional and knew exactly how to pose us to get the best photos - and our candid photos during the reception are even better! Abella is truly top notch!

If you are considering a photographer for your wedding or any special moment, I HIGHLY recommend Abella Studios! These people are absolutely incredible. The customer service was astounding and the final products were even better. We worked with Milissa who was so helpful throughout the entire process. We had to postpone our wedding once due to covid and Milissa made this process as easy as possible. Milissa was the main person I interacted with so as the big day approached, I started to think “oh gosh.. I hope everyone else is just as good” and boy was I blown away. We had Gustavo as our photographer and he was phenomenal. Taking formal shots can be tiring but he kept us all engaged and did it in such an efficient way. Working with him was an absolute delight and we felt so lucky to have had him on our big day. We also had a videographer, Damion, who was absolutely exceptional. Not only did he have an amazing personality, but he worked quickly and efficiently while also doing an incredible job. What was even better was how well Damion and Gustavo worked together to limit the amount of extra shots we would have to take. We had high expectations after our wedding day based off of the service they provided but once we actually received our photos (super quickly I’ll add), we were absolutely blown away. So many of my friends and family have said they haven’t seen such beautiful photos before. It started down pouring just 15 minutes into our shoot so I was pretty bummed about how the photos would turn out yet somehow they are bright and beautiful but do not look heavily edited, which is exactly what I had asked for. I could go on forever but the point is I cannot recommend Abella Studios enough. Their team is exceptional and they allowed me to have one less thing to worry about on my big day.

Abella Studios made my wedding dreams come true! I met a representative pre-covid at a bridal show and knew it would be a good fit. Milissa was amazing to work with, she was always my point person. She always answered my questions and I felt she was very honest with me throughout the process. After the wedding, I worked with Brittany because she handles the production side of things. She too was awesome! So understanding and understood what I was looking for when it came down to our edited video. We had 3 dates due to COVID and they worked with us throughout the changes. The day of I worked with Victor and Damien. Both were Fantastic. PATIENT, kind, funny, and felt like they were old friends. They did everything they had to get the most beautiful shots.. even in the 99 degree weather. I wish I could print out every single photo and line my walls with them, that how much I love them all. They made me feel so special and I will forever be grateful for them and their beautiful work! Thank you Abella !!

Every bride (& groom) knows how difficult planning a wedding has been during this pandemic. From postponing to cutting the guest list down to making sure Covid-19 safety guidelines are followed, you name it! It's been stressful! However, when you have vendors who work with you & understand you, it eases the wedding planning! The entire team at Abella Studios did just that! From day one, our emails/calls were answered. They were so understanding when we postponed our 2020 wedding date. We were able to reschedule for May 15th, 2021 without any penalty fees. Abella Studios was the first and last photographer my daughter inquired about because she loved them right away so much. Her wedding pictures came out absolutely beautiful and we are all so happy with them. I had a fantastic experience whenever I had a question, Abella Studios never hesitated to help me and were quick to explain everything. The photographer Tom was the best. Abella studios was recommended by our venue, and they were the only photographers/videographers we met with before deciding that they were the ones we wanted to capture our day. Planning a wedding out of town was a bit of a challenge, but the team at Abella Studios made it seamless! The communication leading up to our day was wonderful. They were very responsive to our messages and worked with us to make sure that all the loose ends were tied. On the day of the wedding, they were so professional. I didn't want my wedding to feel like a constant photoshoot. I wanted to be able to be present and in the moment. They allowed us to do that while also making sure we got all of the shots we requested, and more! When it came time to make our album, they were again super helpful as that is not an easy task! Fast forward a few months, we are just in love with how our wedding and our videos turned out. All of our family and friends rave about what an amazing job they did. I was married on 7/13/19 and chose Abella Studios for my photos and same day edit video! They were amazing and knew exactly which photos to take to capture every moment of the day. They were able to ensure that all the family portraits I had wanted were taken even though there were many since I have a huge family. All of the photos were ready within 3 weeks of the wedding. I cannot stop watching my same day edit. Would definitely recommend using them!

I will start by saying my experience with the photographer at Abella, Joe, was great from the beginning. His personality and style of pictures were exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention the entire evening, aside from the staged pictures, I didn’t even know he was there. He blended and helped to make the day an enjoyable experience. Joe’s pictures were more then I can have imagined. I would highly recommend the experienced staff at Abella. We have not yet ordered the album so cannot comment on the quality, but so far I give them 5 stars.

I wish there were words to accurately express how much I appreciate the quality of Abella’s work, and how grateful I am that we choose you as our photographer and videographer for our wedding at Bear Brook Valley on 8.17.19. Dylan, Ryan and Pil were INCREDIBLE the entire day and the Same Day Edit video was beyond amazing!!! I received SO many compliments about how quickly and beautifully they put together the highlight video, and I have already passed along your information because our guests want you as their vendor after seeing the same day edit video at our wedding. It was a really hot afternoon during our pictures, but all three Abella guys were extremely patient, didn’t complain once, and were very detailed in making sure I got every important shot that was requested. We felt comfortable the entire time they took pictures and video of us and we would highly recommend Abella 1000% for anyone looking for the whole video and picture wedding package!

I have to start by saying that the videographers were amazing and my Same Day Edit was great. Unfortunately I cannot say the same of the photography. I was missing many photos, and when asked, I was told that there was a camera error. I now have no pictures with my brother (as well as others) from my wedding day. Many of my photos had people's arms or heads cut off. I wouldn't be as disappointed if I didn't pay so much money, but for almost $8,000 I would have expected much more. Many of their positive reviews come from the fact that before you receive your photos, they ask you to review them and send them a screen shot for a discount on your photos. I'm sure some people were very happy with Abella, however I was not one of them.

I did not book Abella, but my wife did and it was the best decision that she made. I told her to pick any photographers for the wedding and whatever she wanted, she would get it. Needless to say that the photographers had exceeded our expectations on the wedding day. The photographer was so easy to work with and there were some times where I would like to take pictures, they did not hesitate. Abella is definitely the company that I would trust, especially with the pictures that will last lifetime, and we are forever grateful for their time and patience.

As I look back and reflect on my wedding day, I’m reminded by the kind and loving words from our family and friends who celebrated us. They told us our wedding was “magical” and the Same Day Edit by Abella gave them “chills”. I honestly couldn’t agree more. Our photographer captured every loving glance, every little sparkle in our eyes, every beautiful moment with our friends and family. Abella captured the true essence of who we were as a couple without us even knowing they were there. Its also important to note that we had a large bridal party (26 people total), and our photographer learned every name and was able to organize everyone quickly because of it which was extremely impressive. But what truly blew our guests away was the same day edit. It was amazing how flawless the editing of the footage was from that morning and how it was timed so perfectly to the music we selected. It brought everyone to tears, especially my own, as I was finally able to sit back and see all the hard work and planning that went into this wedding. Booking Abella was the best decision I made and worth every single cent, and I’m beyond excited that we opted for a longer edited video of our wedding day!!

Ryan did a wonderful job to capture our special day! He was easy to work with and captured all the photos that we wished to have as a keepsake of our special day. We also received the photos back in a very short time.

One of the greatest investment I made for my wedding was Abella Studios! When anyone asks me what my favorite movie is, I say it’s my Abella Studios wedding video! Dan and Pil were our cinematographers and they were professional and down to earth! My dream has come true, and I couldn’t have chosen a better company to capture my special day than Abella Studios!! After looking for a photography that would accommodate my needs as a Disabled person, Abella Studios did not hesitate to work with us, and we knew that we had found the one. From the beginning, Ryan was very warm, and I was not sure what i wanted other than to have a professional photographer at the wedding. Ryan was very patient and kind to go through every details to see what we wanted to include and he did not fail us. He is the person that you will want to be the photographer at your wedding and he worked the entire time by pulling us out frequently for our own “couple” shoots. I recalled that exactly moment when he asked us to follow him to take more shots, i told myself that what else would there be more to take shoots because i’ve felt that he had shoot enough, but he had surprised us! He knew every little gems of the venue where we were married at, The Palace, and i couldn’t have ask for a better photographer. He was so warm, considerate, and patient with us throughout the day/evening. It had rained on the day and i was really upset, but Ryan reassured that it would be the best for us due to no glare/rain drop shoots. From the beginning of the negotiation, discussion, and to the end of the reception. He had exceeded our expectations and when we saw the photos in the album. We couldn't believe how gorgeous the photos came out! Our families are still talking about the pictures and we have to thank Ryan for capturing the best moments.

If you are thinking of choosing Abella for your special day, you will NOT be disappointed! The photographers and videographers were amazing, punctual and with us every step of the way for our big day! Not only did they make us feel like royalty, the pictures came out AMAZING!!!! We love Abella and will use them again in the future!

Please don’t ever use this company. My husband and I had such a bad experience with them the day of our wedding. If I didn’t even have to put a star I wouldn’t. They were the least bit of helpful when we were upset about the outcome of our pictures and video. They had offered me nothing after paying them a bunch of money for no reason. They make you fill out papers of what pictures you want, but then don’t use the paper they expect you during your wedding to remember the spread sheet and get the pictures you want done. This is beyond the worst company I have ever used. If I could stop a bride and groom from being upset about there outcome of the pictures then I hope this review helps. For example it looked like my husband was marrying himself. Barely any pictures of my bridesmaids were taken. My mother in-law wasn’t in any of my getting ready photos. He didn’t include anyone I had asked him to. No family pictures were done that I had asked for. Nothing on my printed out sheet was done.

We used Abella for our engagement photos back in February and again for our wedding photos on December 1. Our Engagement photos came out so beautiful and we got them very quickly and had a lot of fun doing them! We worked with Gustavo and Ralph for our wedding and they took what we said we wanted and made it all happen. They arrived on time and knew the venue well and were able to make suggestions on where to shoot. We cannot wait for the photos to be ready, but we have no doubt they will be nothing short of amazing!

Abella Studios was the obvious choice when picking out a photographer for our wedding day. Ryan was soo helpful and accommodating for all our needs and special shots that we wanted done. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of the camera but Ryan made it all so easy for us. We are really looking forward to seeing the pictures Ryan captured of the greatest day of our lives.

My daughter got married this past September and we used Abella Studios as our photographer. Mark was amazing! He managed to get all the perfect shots while not being intrusive! When I got engaged I quickly started researching wedding photographers and videographers to capture my wedding. The vivid colors, quality and artistry of Abella Studios got me hooked right from the start. The staff is very accommodating and worked with me to help make sure my wedding was captured in the best way possible! Abella photographed my engagement shoot and we used some of the pictures for our Save the Dates, which received lots of compliments. My husband and I got married on October 5, 2018 and had photography and videography that includes the Same Day Edit. My wedding guests were BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the Same Day Edit which was shown at the reception to all of my guests! We CAN’T WAIT until our wedding photos come in! I have no doubt they will be anything less than perfect!

Abella Studios caught my and my fiancé’s attention while we were searching for a wedding photographer. Their work was beautiful and we had heard and seen great things about the artistic quality of their cinematography and photography. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with their customer service. Aside from our very first meeting and collecting money, we barely heard from Abella. All the paperwork was completed online and was very impersonal. I even asked to schedule a meeting and was ignored. Their licensing policies for their videos were not explained to us prior to them completing a first edit of our footage. When we were unhappy with that edit because it had HORRIBLE stock music, we were told they could fix it but it would be the final edit they would do.. Additionally our day of photographer and cinematographer did not keep to the schedule of the day, even after I pointed out we were running late, causing us to have to rush through all of our formal family and bridal party photos. Guests even saw the bridal party and myself taking photos as they were arriving at the venue, which I was very upset about. Overall we were extremely unhappy with Abella. We did like a lot of the photos they took though- their artistic quality can not be denied!

we booked abellas for our photo and video. from the day we sat with them it was an easy decision. the day of the wedding they were attentive and easy to work with. i have not seen any of my photos yet, but the service was wonderful.

Be sure to get the same day edit! My video was unbelievable! My photographers were so professional, sweet, and caring. I wouldn’t recommend any other studio. Abella was absolutely amazing!

I had been planning to use Abella since the day we got engaged. I had many friends that I reached out to that said they were more than happy with their pictures so we went for it. Unfortunately, we are in a different boat. The issue I believe we had is that you are randomly assigned a photographer from the lot of those that work for Abella. I had asked to look through some of their work to see if I could choose- but that didn’t happen. The night before my wedding the photographer called me, quickly. We went over what I wanted. I was clear I wanted a picture with our grandparents- never happened. And a picture of us with our MOH and best man, also didn’t happen. To me, those are two standard pictures. The group shots from the church are a mess. He placed some of my girls in the back, you can’t even see them, and ONE guy on the end. The pictures of my husband and I coming back up the altar and me coming down, there was no zooming in, you can see all the pews and when I try to zoom myself, they get fuzzy. Same thing of us during our first dance, most of the pictures are taken opposite the light of the videographers ( not the same company thank God) I am most disappointed because a lot of the pictures I requested prior, which I thought were standard, I did not receive. I am also disappointed because many of the FORMAL pictures are equal to the ones my aunts took. There is nothing professional looking about them. The placement of people was less than ideal. On the day of, I wasn’t thinking of any of this because time is flying by, and this is why you spend the $$$ to pay a professional to think “okay now where is her 89 year old grandma, she needs a picture with her” The candid shots from the reception are excellent as are the group shots from the venue. The pictures of us and our parents from the church are also good. But for example, instead of zooming in or changing his lens, you can see empty pews on each side and it’s not centered and you can see he wasn’t going for that look. It’s like he just held his camera up and snapped a pic However, this is the one thing I would do over from my wedding day and I say it all of the time. I have spent too many minutes crying in disappointment. If I could redo it, I would go with someone that does not send you a photographer that you know nothing about, and I would go with a company or a person who you could get to know prior, or whose work you could look at… I knew I loved the work of Abella studios, but what I realized is that they have too many photographers and you don’t know who took what, or who can produce what… So you’re basically chancing it for a day off. From my experience, and the months after that have followed, if you are concerned at all, or hoping for wedding pictures that you want to print and hang up and be obsessed with, go with someone whose work you can see before, work that you know they can reproduce because it’s THEIRS and not one of their 12 photographers

For years I had been following Abella because I was in love with their work! I knew at some point I would want them to capture my wedding day. When my husband proposed, Abella was the first the vendor I called. I remember bringing my Nonna with me to the studio and she could not believe how beautiful their work was. Your wedding day goes by quickly. At some point, you even have to take a step back to try and remember the special moments. You are pulled in every direction. Abella was able to capture every moment. I couldn't be more happy with our pictures/footage! Everything is absolutely STUNNING! Thank you Abella and team, especially Milissa Sullivan! There was a point a few weeks before my wedding when I felt extremely overwhelmed. Millissa noticed it in my voice on the phone. She immediately called me back and talked me through it. Abella did more than just capture our wedding day, they truly supported us through the entire process! I plan to have Abella capture more special moments in our future!

Abella did photo and video for our wedding in 2015. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and the photographers for our wedding worked to make sure we had all the pictures we were hoping for at the event. The office staff at Abella was also helpful after our wedding ended in picking out pictures for our album, producing a great video, and making sure we had everything from our contract. The team at Abella was great!

My husband and I are EXTREMELY happy to have chosen Abella Studios for our big day. The cinematographer was absolutely amazing. I barely even knew he was there the day of the wedding yet he captured the most amazing footage (& this is just from watching the edited version, not even the raw footage). My husband and I were in tears watching our production, it felt like we were right in the moment. The company overall is absolutely tremendous! Any questions or concerns I had during the booking stages, the pre-wedding stages, & post-wedding stages were answered so quickly & thoroughly by both the administrator Milissa (who is wonderful) or one of the editors. They really are all about making your day special. I recommend to all!!

5/12/18 Wedding - THANK YOU Gus (Gustavo) for being the BEST wedding photographer ever! You have captured our special day so incredibly beautifully, we don’t even know where to begin with the praise! From the second you started, it was nothing short of wonderful! So professional, but you certainly kept us all comfortable and having fun and laughing! We were working on a tighter timeframe than usual due to the bridal party’s timing returning from the salon, but Gus did not miss a beat! Our hope was to finish first look, formals, and bridal party photos before cocktail hour – and even on a tighter time frame, Gus made that happen! So impressive! EVERY photo we discussed previously was captured and so many more. He even suggested and organized photos we forgot to ask for, which was so appreciated because they will be cherished! We had a very large bridal party, and large family photos, so there were times I’m sure it was tricky to get everyone cooperating, but he did so with a smile on his face at all times! I was initially nervous about booking a single photographer, but Abella and Gus left nothing to be nervous about. Every special, important, and fun second of our wedding was captured in a way we could have only dreamed about! We also had Dylan as our videographer, and he was so awesome!! He was capturing all the special moments, from entrance to exit, and I cannot wait to see our full video. He was so professional, and always happy! First dances, fun sing-a-longs on the dance floor, stairway walks – he got it all while NEVER being in the way! He also helped out with lighting in some of the night photos, which we truly appreciate! The photos are stunning, the experience was perfect, and I absolutely cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience!

It is absolutely breathtaking and perfectly captures that very special day. It will provide wonderful memories for Carrie and Jason and all our family & friends, for years to come. We used Abella Studios for our videographers and could not have been happier with Pil & Dylan.While we are waiting for our videos, since our wedding was just a few weeks ago, we are optimistic that the final product will be just as amazing as how hard Pil & Dylan worked. They really worked their butts off from beginning to end never missing a moment, or a shot of the night! They also worked very closely with our photographer whom they never worked with before, but made it seem like they’ve known each other for years. Abella Studios did my photography AND my SDE. They are priced reasonably and after seeing the outcome it was worth every penny! I have watched my SDE at least 20 times. They were very flexible, I must have changed the time on them 3 times in the morning and they were willing to make an extra pit stop in the FREEZING 9* temperature of Jan 6th 2018 for some great outdoor shots. I'm not a huge photo person and they respected when I wanted to spend time at the wedding and mingling with my family. They captured the day better than I could remember it. Very professional and patient, I was very stressed in the morning and they were kind and even tried relaxing me through this moment. The work they provided was priceless and no one should shop anywhere else!

The best photos ever! My husband and I used them for our photography services for our wedding in November. They really took AMAZING pictures. The quality and look of them are more than we ever imagined. We also loved how many photos we got in the end. Maggie & Henry really made us so comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. What is truly remarkable about Abella Studios is the magic behind the scenes. The Abella Team is fantastic to work with! From the first e-mail inquiry to reviewing our wedding day footage, every correspondence from Milissa and Ryan was prompt and professional. The day of our wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Dylan and Damien. These two very talented individuals did an amazing job of filming all of the important parts as well as capturing some incredibly special candid moments. You could see these guys take great pride in their work and it showed in our Same Day Edit. There wasn't a dry eye in the house! We also want to highlight the team’s kindness and compassion. A few weeks after our wedding, our dear friend was tragically killed in the senseless act of violence in NYC. We contacted Abella Studios to see if there were any videos of our friend to share with his family. Dylan looked through hours of footage and sent us whatever he could find. It meant the world that they dropped everything to provide us with even just a few minutes of our friend dancing and enjoying himself. We knew from our face-to-face meeting that we had made the right decision. We are so thankful for everything Abella Studios has done for us and will forever be grateful we had the opportunity to work with this company.
