We worked with Mohit from Abhishek Decorators for our Pre-wedding and Wedding decor this past June. From being responsive to personalized recommendations, Mohit made our dream decor a reality for both the events. We can't thank Abhishek Decorators enough for their amazing work! Our guests were in awe of the banquet halls and couldn't stop admiring all the little details of the decor. We used Abhishek Decorators as a vendor for our backyard wedding in September 2020. The original plan was to have our wedding in a banquet hall in May, but COVID changed our arrangements. We honestly feel that we could not have had a more visually stunning wedding--the flowers, table arrangements, and in particular the mandap were far better than we could have envisioned. Our contact at Abhishek, Mohit, was personable, responsive, and did an excellent job. Our experience was, in a word, superlative.

We worked with Mohit along with some others from the Abhishek to decorate both our mehndi and main wedding reception events. For both events, Mohit was extremely helpful in offering his professional opinion on the choices we were making, reasonable in helping us stay within budget, and so accomodating when helping to do some creative problem solving to make sure my wedding decor was exactly how I imagined it. My parents especially appreciated how honest and transparent Abhishek Decor was. I would 100% recommend this decorating service!

Namrata was a pleasure to work with, and made our vision for our fusion wedding come true! We had Hindu and Western ceremonies on the rooftop at Midtown Loft and Terrace, followed by a reception in their Loft. From the moment we met Namrata, we never felt rushed or pressured to pick something we didn’t like. Namrata gave very helpful suggestions when picking colors and flowers for the Mandap, Western ceremony, and reception. She was friendly, very communicative, and creative in her ideas and solutions. She turned our vision into a reality, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about our beautiful wedding!

I had an engagement party in nj in march and after visiting thier show room and discussing details about the vision and specific pieces I liked and wanted for my event, I thought we were all set. Per the contract, my fiancé and I had to have one last meeting a few weeks before the event to finalize the backdrop items, color themes, and center pieces for the event. So, I tried to schedule a meeting as my fiancé lives in nj but I live 4 hours away, Namrata made it seem like they were way to busy to accommodate us at all. Any time I would call or text her, I didn't get a response for at least 4 days. At one point when I didn't hear back for a few days after I asked her a question, I texted her telling her how UNPROFESSIONAL of her it is to not respond to me in a timely manner especially with my event only a few weeks away. She was however super quick to reply when I had to pay the deposit and the final payment- that was the only time I had actually spoken to her over the phone and received texts back immediately when the payments went through. Anyways, eventually my fiancé went to the meeting himself and he facetimed with me while he was there. Namrata didn't tell him nor show him exactly what the decor would look like, rather vaguely outlined it. From the beginning I got the vibe she brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal since it was only the engagement not ge wedding. Come the day of the event, my fiancé and I walk into our venue hall and we are shocked- the backdrop is nothing like we had wanted and it frankly clashed with my blue and green dress and theme. I understand a bit of contrast is nice to make our outfits stand out but this was too different. It was upsetting that I didn't know what the decor for my event was going to look like until the day of. A few days after the event, I messaged Namrata about how we were very disappointed with the colors and design of the backdrop. She sends me a VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING reply at 1 AM IN THE MORNING telling me how the backdrop was exactly what we chose and basically it's not her fault. Funny though since she never showed us exactly what she would be using for our decor!! And how unprofessional is it to text your client at 1 AM in the morning?! Who does that?? Wish I read the other reviews beforehand, would never hire them again.

Abhishek decorators was hired for our wedding and I can't say enough nice things about them. Our wedding was at the Venetian in Garfield and we had wanted a stage that would be as beautiful as the room it was in. When we had chosen our stage designs we could never have imagined it would be as be as stunning as it was. My husband and I worked with Namrata and absolutely loved the time, attention, and detail that went into making sure we loved what we were getting. Namrata had been very friendly, professional and made sure to understand our likes and dislikes and adjusted things to our liking. The company was also very fairly priced and friendly compared to the few other companies we had visited. My guests were blown away with the beautiful stage we had which was quite unique, full of flowers, and absolutely elegant. I would definitely recommend working with Abhishek Decorators and Namrata to everyone!

First off they had my review removed from other sites. So here it is again. These people only care about money and then will ruin your wedding day and your wedding experience! I wish I had read all the reviews before making the mistake of giving them my money. They destroyed my wedding and the most important day of my life. Mihir Thakkar behaved very confidently and my husband and I believed everything that was coming out of his mouth. He assured us they would take care of the wedding and nothing would go wrong. And used lines like we can only do your wedding and pushed us to give a desposit quickly. He then handed us off to his assistant Namrata Shah who doesnt actually know anything. After giving them a deposit we never heard from them again, they never called to check in on us and always said they didn't have time to meet us to go over things. When we finally made it on a weekend we felt as though we were rushed through the meeting. Come wedding day they gave us the wrong mandap. After confronting Namrata she told us this is the mandap we chose and argued with us. Who argues with a bride on her wedding day. Finally one of their staff members on the day of the wedding apologized and promised to make the reception perfect but it was too late I cried and cried when I saw the ceremony decor. These people should be out of business they don't care about their brides. I am very happy with all of my vendors expect for Abhishek Decorators. Don't waste your time or money I have friends who made better happier choices then this one.
