On the wedding day, our entire family & wedding party commented how great she was to work with and how much stress she took off of them and the formal portraits. Abi & Kayla, a second shooter, were such a highlight of our wedding day for their presence alone. Despite a busy schedule, Abi was able to get us a sneak peak of our photos while we were on our honeymoon less than a week later and our full gallery a month afterwards. When I tell you we have not stopped staring at our photos since... I am not exaggerating. Abi's photos speak for themselves but I still cannot help but sing her praise to anyone who will listen. e pleasure of having her shooting our engagement session. This was the best way to build a relationship with Abi and we were so relaxed on our wedding day with her as our photographer because of it. We had almost 200 guests at a large venue and she took the time to go there a few weeks prior to scope out a game plan for our day. She was traditional but also took so many creative shots which is exactly what we wanted. Also, the way that Abi captures the emotion of the moment in her photos is just beautiful. We just had our engagement photo session with her and I was so nervous about being "awkward" but she guided us the entire time and made us SO comfortable and made it so fun!!!!!! Even my fiance who dreaded taking photos had a BLAST! We laughed the entire time! If you check out her photos you can just see how detailed and amazing they come out but if you are curious who the person is behind the lens, she is one of the most incredible people I've ever met! Her energy is unmatched. She is very professional at the same time and came so prepared for our session by getting there earlier and scoping out where the best lighting was! She is a freaking genius when it comes to that which is so important for photos. I had never met her prior to our session but wow I felt like I knew her for years before and that's all due to how comfortable she makes you feel! I am SO excited for our next photo session with her. We didn't end up meeting until the wedding day, but by then it felt like we had known each other a long time and had already met! On the day of, she was so energetic, kind, funny, and kept the day so light-hearted. She blew my expectations out of the water.
