Our party bus arrived 15 minutes late to our wedding which was aggravating as we had to delay the grand exit on account of our driver. The ride was very bumpy and our driver had a habit of slamming on his brakes and taking turns too fast. He also proceeded to make cat calls out of the window at women while he was driving us around downtown. When we requested for him to pick us up he texted me stating that he was getting gas and would be there in 5 minutes which turned into 30 minutes which he blamed on "traffic" at 2:15 am. Upon taking us back to the hotel, he missed the destination and was frustrated which was obvious through the way he was driving. We are NOT happy with the service we received from abiding limos or our driver.

I had a bit of a spat with one of the ladies who answered the phone (she was very rude.) But otherwise, my driver was polite, got us to our location in one piece, it was a nice ride, I had no other complaints.

Abiding Limos had the best price we could find for the 7 mile drive from our wedding venue to our hotel. We had to ask for a contract to be sent to us so that we had proof of our reservation in writing. Even though the company had our credit card information on file, the driver had to come into our wedding 15 minutes before our departure time to find my husband (the cardholder) and run his card. It was an inconvenience when he was trying to enjoy the rest of our reception, and a little unprofessional. They have the information and obviously the authorization to run the card, so they should really find another way to accept payment. It would also be nice if they would at least take you "the long way" to your hotel when you are paying over $200 for such a short ride.
