I gravitate towards light/airy photos while my husband prefers more dark and dramatic photography. After searching extensively for weeks and failing to find a wedding photographer that was able to match us both, we finally found Abigail. Abigail is simply extraordinary!! When we reached out for a consult, Abigail responded to our inquiry almost immediately and we had a zoom meeting within the week to discuss our preferred styles and desires for our special day. She was very kind and personable and took extensive time answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. Having never been photographed professionally before, we were concerned the engagement shoot might be awkward but it was the exact opposite. Abigail makes you feel very comfortable and naturally directs you to get amazing shots. We had so much fun working with her on the engagement shoot and when we got those photos back we were in awe! The comfort we felt with her and the beauty in the photos she captures made us so much more excited for the wedding day! We chose Abigail’s photography package that includes a second photographer so she also had Madison Rae Photography come and work with her in tandem to make sure we captured all of the details of the day. Abigail was efficient and easily guided all of our friends and family during the formal photos. She’s funny and kind and made everyone feel very comfortable. During the reception and ceremony, she seamlessly blended into the background while she worked. The photographs are sensational and were everything we hoped for. A perfect combination of our styles. When we initially searched for a photographer, we felt like most could capture the family photos and ceremony well, but struggled with capturing the energy/essence of the reception. Abigail’s reception shots are some of our favorites! She was able to capture the raw joy and emotion of our friends and family at the party perfectly. The family shots are stunning and then ceremony and getting ready shots are flawless. Now we are in the process of trying to choose which we want printed to have in our home and it’s so hard to choose when every single photo is beautiful.
