Also included is a trial for peace of mind and to work out on quirks that could arise. About Face Beauty accommodates the wedding entourage's makeup needs on the big day so that everyone can feel their best.
Additionally, Nicole offers brow services and cosmetic tattoos in at Phenix Salon Suites in Ankeny. Nicole has been a certified and license cosmetic tattoo artist for 8 years. She specializes in brow laminations, microblading, powder & ombre tattoos, eyeliner, & lip blushing.

Nicole was so fun to work with and did an awesome job! During our trial, I wasn't quite sure that I wanted the more traditional heavier makeup and Nicole listened to all of my concerns and did an amazing job on the wedding day with applying the feedback from my trial. She was so fun to work with and she was a great person to work with first on my wedding day! I would fully recommend her!
Nicole was timely and did a fabulous job on my entire wedding party. She took my vision and notes and brought it to life. I do not normally wear lots of makeup but I felt beautiful and like a hollywood version of myself. She is also so nice and friendly to all!
Nicole did an awesome job on mine and my bridesmaids makeup! My makeup stayed on perfectly. I have no complaints. I wanted a more natural look and Nicole understood that and made sure that she was putting just the right amount on to where it looked natural. I got so many compliments! Definitely would recommend!

We hired Nicole to do my and six bridesmaids make up for my wedding, it was a lot of work! We all had different tastes and styles in how we wanted make up and skin types, Nicole started her day SO EARLY to make my dreams come true! She provided us with tips on how to make anything stay in case of emergency, my wedding day poured rain, the only thing that held up was my make up! She was an absolute dream, so personable! We were all done on time and so comfortable with her like we’d known her our entire lives! I couldn’t have asked for any better! I would never go to anyone but her for any beauty needs ever again! You can’t get better!
Nicole is such a talented make-up artist! She really takes the time to listen to what you're wanting and she makes your vision come to life. Nicole is also a genuine person with such a fun personality! She makes you and your bridal party feel at ease and can always make others smile/laugh. I highly recommend Nicole and About Face Beauty! I had actually hired someone else for my wedding. The week of my wedding she was in a car accident and couldn’t make it. About face beauty was recommended, I called her and she jumped right in with no hesitation!! And when did absolutely amazing!!! Things work out like they are suppose to. The complements on my make up went on all night. That was three years ago and I have used her ever since for any beauty needs. From just a night out, adult prom or attending weddings she is my go too! She always makes me feel beautiful. I recommend her to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.
Nicole is simple amazing. Nicole was recommended to me by another one of my wedding vendors and I’m so incredibly lucky! I went for a trial with another make up artist and it was a total nightmare. I left wondering if it was the artist or was that just as good as it gets for me. Pretty crappy way to feel about yourself! I set up a trial with Nicole and it was night and day difference. She is super easy to chat with, super flexible with my crazy work schedule, and always on time. I literally would not go to anyone else! Not only did Nicole take care of my on my wedding day, my bridesmaids raved about how amazing their make up was!
Nicole was AWESOME!!! She had great suggestions and my makeup was flawless. I received numerous compliments on my make up. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day!! She also did the make up for my mom and others. Everyone was incredibly happy with their makeup!!! She was very responsive to my messages, punctual, professional but also very personable. Nicole’s services are a must have!! And her prices are very affordable as well. Can’t beat that!!!
I absolutely loved my makeup for my wedding! Nicole did a great job. We talked about my usual neutral style at my trial run and decided to go with a little more color. She did an awesome job and the airbrush makeup felt so light with great coverage. She also did makeup for most of my wedding party and a few family members all within a couple hours. Reasonable pricing and beautiful makeup!
Nicole was amazing! I knew getting my makeup professionally done was one thing I 100% wanted for my wedding and I’m so glad Nicole was the one to do it! She does amazing work and my makeup looked flawless the entire night. She also did make up for my 4 bridesmaids. 2 of my friends ended up using her for their weddings as well! I would absolutely recommend her!
