Nicole was so fun to work with and did an awesome job! During our trial, I wasn't quite sure that I wanted the more traditional heavier makeup and Nicole listened to all of my concerns and did an amazing job on the wedding day with applying the feedback from my trial. She was so fun to work with and she was a great person to work with first on my wedding day! I would fully recommend her!

Operating out of Des Moines, IA, Venus Moon Studio (formerly About Face Beauty) provides wedding makeup services for nearlyweds on their special day. Owner Nicole DeMondo is a freelance makeup artist who enhances a client's beauty to feel confident and aisle-ready for special occasions. Venus Moon Studio specializes in airbrush makeup techniques, helping each client look flawless on the big day. Complimentary lashes are included in the initial price to add further glamor to the eyes. Nicole travels on-site to each location so the person-of-honor can get pampered in peace. Also included is a trial for peace of mind and to work out any quirks that could arise. Venus Moon Studio accommodates the wedding entourage's makeup needs on the big day so that everyone can feel their best. Additionally, Nicole offers brow services and cosmetic tattoos in her Urbandale studio. Nicole has been a certified and licensed cosmetic tattoo artist for 8 years. She specializes in brow laminations, microblading, powder and ombre tattoos, eyeliner, and lip blushing.

ped right in with no hesitation!! And when did absolutely amazing!!! Things work out like they are suppose to. The complements on my make up went on all night. That was three years ago and I have used her ever since for any beauty needs. From just a night out, adult prom or attending weddings she is my go too! She always makes me feel beautiful. total nightmare. I left wondering if it was the artist or was that just as good as it gets for me. Pretty crappy way to feel about yourself! I set up a trial with Nicole and it was night and day difference. She is super easy to chat with, super flexible with my crazy work schedule, and always on time. I literally would not go to anyone else! Not only did Nicole take care of my on my wedding day, my bridesmaids raved about how amazing their make up was!
