Getting to work with Brittany has been the greatest pleasure and honor during this chapter of our life. Both my husband and I are filled with gratitude when we think of how special...
Brittany has made not only our wedding day but every day and every decision leading up to it.
From the beginning, Brittany has been warm and professional. Both my husband and I only choose to work with people we vibe with, and with Brittany it was natural. She got to know us as individuals and learned of our love story, our priorities, our goals. Nothing ever felt stressful since we decided to move forward with Brittany as our wedding planner. As the bride, I felt so supported knowing I had her on my team. Brittany answered all of my questions, replied to my late night panics, provided reassurance. When inevitable differences came up between me and my hubs (on trivial things like napkins or silverware), Brittany helped remedy things by listening to both of our wants and finding solutions that made us both happy.
Brittany has gone above and beyond to make all of my wedding dreams happen. Early on in the process, I told her that my dream was to have a night market displaying traditional Vietnamese food. As the date neared and budget got tighter and I lost hope with vendors, somehow Brittany still made it happen. She has a great relationship with all vendors and I am so so grateful she helped coordinate all vendors for us. On top of this, she also made hour long drives to the venue to scope it out to ensure she knew the floor plan and to have a better vision. She also went directly to source and looked at linens, napkins so that we could choose what we liked.
There’s a million things that I could say but it would become a novel. All in all, I cannot imagine a better wedding planner by a couple’s side for their wedding journey. I’d recommend About Us in a heartbeat to anyone engaged. We are forever thankful to Brittany and the About Us Events team for everything. Thank you x a million

professional, and detail oriented. She made us feel at ease the entire time, and I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She was able to take our wishlist and make it a beautiful reality! The day of our wedding brought unexpected weather that included heavy fog/mist and high winds, but Brittany and her team had contingency plans and jumped into action to make sure all the details stayed perfect. She managed all our vendors and communicated constantly with our venue so we didn’t have to worry about missing anything. We were able to relax and enjoy the few weeks leading up to our big day because we knew Brittany was on top of it all. We cannot recommend Brittany and the About Us Events team enough!!

Brittany helped us plan our wedding in September 2023. She made our dreams and vision come to life and went above and beyond every step of the way - whether it was her monthly check-ups, coordinating with each of our vendors, answering our texts at any time of the day, or helping us through our pre-wedding jitters on the big day. We discussed every detail with Brittany and she gave us her professional opinion and helped us iron out all of the logic that a new-to-wedding planning couple wouldn’t think of.
She doesn’t make you feel like just another client but somebody she genuinely cares about. There’s nobody I’d recommend more highly than Brittany La. She’s the absolute best! Thank you again Brittany for everything ❤️

, and coordinating with all the vendors as we got closer to the date. We booked most vendors ourselves, with the help of great recommendations from Brittany.
My husband and I have 0 design skills and creative vision so we were grateful to have Brittany on our team. She came up with a gorgeous summer citrus theme which all of our guests loved. Brittany created the design board, helped us choose linens and rentals, and worked closely with our stationary vendor and florist to bring it all to life.
Brittany was organized and professional during the entire planning process. She created a detailed timeline of our day and coordinated with all our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of, Brittany and her team made sure everything was set up and things ran smoothly according to schedule.
I would highly recommend Brittany to be your planner!

en you're feeling indecisive). She brought a very professional team on the day of our wedding and everything went super smoothly. d -covering every detail and offering advice based on her prior experiences and industry best practices. We felt very comfortable and prepared as we heading into our big day. Brittany was able to help us secure some last minute space at the venue for our rehearsal, something we had forgot to do, and this proved to be extremely valuable. Her work coordinating with all our vendors was fantastic - we heard from our vendors that she was on top of everything, organized, timely, and professional.
When it came for the actual event, Brittany took control and ensured everything ran without a hitch. We had a very large bridal party, and with this came a lot of chatter prior to the processional. Brittany did an excellent job bringing everyone to focus and made sure they got down the aisle! She was everything we needed in a wedding planner.
Our wedding truly was the greatest day of our lives, and we can say for certain that would not have been the case without Brittany and her team. We would highly recommend AboutUs events for a wedding any special occasion.
My fiance hired Brittany and About Us Events to help him plan a surprise proposal event for me — it went PERFECTLY!
In his own words: "Right from the beginning planning stages, I ...
could tell Brittany was a pro. She knew exactly what questions to ask and had an amazing ability of balancing listening to what I was looking for vs. providing her own perspective and pov. Being someone who lacks creativity such as myself, Brittany was absolutely critical in making this proposal event a success. Her ability to manage multiple moving parts throughout the process along with her deep diligence in ensuring she had all the information she needed to execute resulted in me feeling well taken care of (and allowed me to focus on my proposal speech!)"
From my perspective: Let me tell you, my fiance is NOT good at planning and definitely wouldn't have been able to pull this off without About Us. Brittany helped him design such a cute picnic in our backyard — she definitely has an eye for this stuff, just check out their Instagram page to see more of the gorgeous events they've planned/designed. Every detail was perfect— even the eating utensils, which were disposable plastic ones, were gold so they looked more high end. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Brittany and About Us Events; both my fiance and I could not be more thankful that she was part of our special day. If I have any event planning needs in the future, best believe they will be my first call.
People tell me that things will inevitably go wrong at your wedding but thanks to Brittany and About Us Events, my biggest problem was my contact causing my eyes to water and mess ...
up my eyelashes LOL. It was obviously an easy fix.
Point is - Brittany kept me sane and kept things running like a tight ship. I’ve had countless family and friends say that this was the best wedding they’ve been to. She is good at managing vibes - meaning she is incredible at keeping the time line organized, but also feeling what the guests are needing
I worked with her for a few months before the wedding. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her. Like there is no flipping way.
She was worth it and then some. Very very thankful!
