ther vendor we booked. the food was AMAZING at the tasting and I was so thrilled that I had a hard time choosing between both the italian and new mexican food menus. d Beyond had great email communication and we were invited to a free sample tasting in order to make up our minds. The food was delicious. As a large contigent of our guests were from out of State (the groom and his family are British) we wanted to offer a typical flavour of New Mexican food. Above and Beyond worked with us to provide a menu that would best meet out needs. On the day they set up professionally and efficiently and we received lots of positive feedback on the food. Servers were provided as part of our package and they were attentive to guests without being obtrusive.
