My day wouldn’t have been the same without Brittani! She was absolutely incredible from our first conversation to the day of our wedding. As a bride I didn’t have to worry or stress about anything on our wedding day and that is because of Brittani. She truly was my day of bestie, making sure we were always ahead of time and had moments throughout the day for us to take everything in. She captured so many BTS moments that me and my husband were able to look at that next day- she really was our cheerleader! She truly brought my vision to life and without her, there’s no way everything would have gotten done. Brittani was there every step of the way. From sending monthly check lists, communicating with all the vendors, setting up decor, tips and tricks for day of, professional dress floofing at all times, putting bandaids on your feet in the bathroom, gathering all your valuables after the night so you can enjoy every second of your special day. And that is just scratching the surface! Her confidence in her abilities and the way she controls situations while always tending to the bride and groom was MUCH appreciated. She made sure our needs were always priority and made everything happen. From our point of view, it was a flawless and perfect day!! What we appreciated most was her dedication to taking behind the scenes pics/videos. After your wedding you are on such a high and want to relive EVERYTHING but photos and videographer can take time. She sent me close to 300 pics and videos from the whole day and it was AWESOME to have!

The weather was typical unpredictable South Florida, from day to night, requiring Brittani and her team to pivot quickly and often. Brittani was incredible. This is the groom here. She made our wedding day 3-3-24 the best we could have ever asked for. She took charge in every way, helped make over the top requests such as walking/releasing our dogs down the aisle such easy tasks. Brittani & her assistant Brandon we’re a god send at my best friend’s wedding. They remained very calm & made sure the vibes were high throughout the whole day. Whenever we needed something or had a question they were on top of it. I can not recommend her enough.

I was an out of state bride, so I had no idea what to expect. I have never planned, or have never been to, a destination wedding before; but Brittani made my wedding planning experience so fun, easy, and memorable. She was always there to support me, and quite literally went above and beyond for me. Even if I would have had my wedding in the state that I live in, I would have flew her out just to plan it; she is that impactful! She literally even found me all of my vendors, and they were more than I could have ever dreamed of. My now husband, family, bridesmaids, and wedding guests were raving about her the whole entire weekend. From our rehearsal to the end of our wedding reception, she was on top of everything! Her organization skills, time management, and ease under pressure made me feel super comfortable. No bridezilla over here, people! She always made sure that we had drinks, food, that the music was bumping, and that everyone was up and having a great time. She was even walking around and taking pictures of my guests with the polaroid camera that I brought for my guest book; now, I have these amazing photos to look back on, solely because she truly loves what she does. There are no words to describe our wedding other than magical. Brittani was one of the first vendors we booked and even though our venue technically came with a day of coordinator, Brittani was the BEST investment. Brittani contacted all of my vendors to coordinate everyone being there when they needed to be. She set up the entire venue & ensured my dream wedding vision was executed perfectly. The day went by so perfect and flawlessly and I really attribute that to Brittani for staying on-top of everything and being so organized. We even experienced a power outage at our venue but Brittani was so helpful and coordinated with the venue to let the party continue with flood lights, open bar, and a blue tooth speaker. Brittani was able to rally the guests and continue the night, and after bridal party introduction and our first dance in the dark the lights came on! It was the most magical night we have ever experienced, you just had to be there. My recommendations for the newly engaged couple and planning a wedding, Don’t Sweat the small stuff, and HIRE BRITTANI ( she is literally a wedding life saver). Before the wedding I honestly hadn't heard of a wedding coordinator but after seeing Brittani work, I don't know how people have weddings without one. The amount of stress and work taken off of everyone involved because they had Brittani is priceless. She made sure everything went smoothly, regularly checked in before and during the wedding to make sure that all the moving pieces were in order, and went above and beyond to make the night a success. And a success it was, largely because of Brittani's expertise. If you're considering her services, you won't be disappointed.

Wow! And I mean wow!!! This was by far the easiest wedding I have ever been a part of. I’ve been a part of wedding parties before and this was amazing. I don’t think anyone was stressed because this wedding coordinator was incredible. She made this wedding beautiful and seamless and was so supportive of the bride and groom and their family’s. I have never been to a more beautiful wedding. If I were getting married in south Florida I would hire her without ANY hesitation.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Brittany as my little sisters wedding coordinator over the weekend and let me tell you as a Maid of honor she was incredible. She made the day so stress free not only for the bride but also for the entire wedding party which is usually very stressful. She helped with absolutely everything and was nothing but so accommodating for my elderly grandparents while they were at the venue. I recommend her services to everyone and if the opportunity arises that I need a wedding coordinator I will absolutely be using Brittany’s services. Brittani was the first vendor I booked and ended up being my most integral by far. As a coordinator, she made sure from the very beginning that I was heard and supported. Her organizational skills are truly unmatched because she had a plan and solution to literally everything. Above and beyond doesn’t describe her work ethic enough! During my rehearsal and wedding she was the utmost professional, but also made sure to be personable to every single guest, family member and vendor. She kept my girls and my husband’s guys in line (which is NOT an easy task) but also made sure that everyone was having fun and even brought us shots and food without asking. Brittani is absolutely amazing at what she does! Her passion really shows when she is doing her thing and we cannot be more thankful that she was there for my best friends big day. Although I was not the bride, seeing all of the stress she took off our brides shoulders just made me so happy! She kept all of us crazy girls organized and on time which is not an easy task! She brought us drinks when we didn’t have the opportunity, she took videos and photos others couldn’t, and quickly resolved all those last minute slip ups that you don’t anticipate. She was the DOC for my sisters wedding and not only was she absolutely on top of everything, she is an incredibly kind and genuine person who radiates joy. The vibes she brings to your day are immaculate and I think it would be impossible to find a better coordinator out there. I was a nervous wreck throwing a backyard wedding and from my first meeting with Brittani I was instantly calm! On my wedding day her and Terran were my hero’s! They handled everything! I spent a year planning every detail and the day of when things popped up (as they will) and things couldn’t go exactly as planned they made it even more beautiful than I could have imagined! Brittani went above and beyond to help me organize and plan my wedding. Months leading up to the big day, she made sure I was prepared and organized. Any questions that I had, she responded back quickly and always had a solution for any obstacles that came across my way. She was even so nice enough to help me with my rehearsal even though, it was not in my contract. On the day of my wedding, she arrived at my hotel room early and made sure she had everything ready for the ceremony and reception on time. She even had her brother there to help her and make sure everything went according to schedule. Our beach wedding got moved inside because of rain and she made sure to coordinate with all of my vendors including the florist, musicians (cortet band) and the officiant in the little amount of time that we had to make this decision. This was not an easy task under the circumstances, but she did not let that stress her or me out and she made the best of the situation. I would highly recommend Brittani to anyone who wants to enjoy their wedding day stress free, organized, & punctual!

When Brittani arrived I knew she had everything handled and I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing! She took stress off of me so I can enjoy the little moments with my husband and family and friends!
