We used Above the Top Party Rentals for our wedding, renting tables, chairs, string lights, an arch, backdrops, linens, plates, utensils, and more. While their inventory was extensive, the service we received fell far short of expectations. On the morning of our wedding, the delivery staff arrived 1.5 hours late, which significantly disrupted our setup and threw off the entire day’s schedule. They were still setting up as our cocktail hour began—something that is completely unacceptable for such an important event. To make matters worse, I received calls from the company on my wedding morning to clarify the color of linens, a detail that had already been confirmed in the paperwork. This added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. Some of the lighting we rented was not fully installed, and we weren’t even informed about the oversight. Despite these issues, there was no apology from the company, which felt unprofessional. Only after my wedding coordinator reached out post-event did they offer a refund for the lighting that wasn’t completed. While the items themselves were fine, the poor organization and lack of accountability caused avoidable stress and frustration. I would advise future clients to proceed with caution and ensure all details are double-checked well in advance.

We got SO much feedback about how beautiful our summer outdoor wedding was and it wouldn’t have been possible without Above the Top! Corey helped us out and was super accessible and helpful throughout the process with both feedback and suggestions. He definitely knows his stuff. We went with Above the Top because they really are a one-stop-shop for everything we needed including having the ability to customize decor as a production shop as well. We got to tour their warehouse followed by a sit down meeting to vision plan around our venue. Our floral arch and the platform we stood on for the ceremony, our chivari chairs for guests and sweetheart chair for the ceremony, our stage with custom monogram decal on it, giant LOVE led and uplighting, etc all brought the day together, Everything looked stunning and I’m truly impressed by lengths they go to to make every event look spectacular. Thanks guys!

I am a wedding planner and have had the pleasure of working with Above the Top Party Rentals many times. I am always beyond impressed by the service received by this company. They are prompt to answer calls, friendly and always professional! Working with JC, Jose and the whole team is always a pleasure. The one thing I love the most is that they are always ready and willing to create a look or design I have in mind. There is no limit to what they will do to deliver on our imagination for our clients events!!

My wedding isn't until July of this year, and this company is already so impressive! I was emailing with Robert about what kind of dance floor and furniture to get, and he was so incredibly helpful. He sent me multiple pictures of work they had done, which really helped me to make my decisions. He also responded to my many emails each day, which was amazing. Their prices are very fair and competitive, and I am so glad I booked them. I even ran into an issue because my venue changed their flooring. This meant that I no longer needed a dance floor. Even though I already put my deposit down, Robert worked with me so that we could come to a reasonable solution. I am so appreciative and grateful that they were able to work with me! I had corresponded with many other event rental companies, and this one BY FAR has the best customer service. I felt like I could trust them with one of the most special days of my life. Don't waste your time with other event rental companies. Above the Top is simply the BEST! :)

Above the Top was great to work with. They are a one stop shop with competitive pricing and excellent service. Roger and Robert were always willing to accomodate my changing needs and eager to help. Highly recommend them!

Above the Top is great, I have utilized their services for awhile now.. Their prices are competitive, items are unique, if they don't have it they can make it! As a planner I always come up with new ideas and their fabrication team always bring it to life. Whether you need tables ,chairs, tents, and linen, or a clear stage over your pool, they can do it! I will continue to partner with this company on all my events!
