Terrible customer service. Took weeks to get ahold of anyone to have our date moved due to covid. Then took weeks to get ahold of someone to pay them their money and get the new ...invoice sent. Agreed on a different time, they didn’t show up at the new agreed upon time. The two attendants were to be there for two hours. They decided to help themselves to plates of food and I had guests tell me they hit up the bar too. Only alcoholic drinks were served from the bar. There was a reg drink station on the other side of the room. As I was waiting in line to be introduced into my reception by the dj one of the girls puts our scrap book in my hand and says bye and leaves. Not to mention then background of my photos was incorrect. That is the last communication I have had. I have txt, called, and messaged on social media to inquire as to where my digital copies are with zero response. Terrible service.
