We looked through hundreds of photographers and came up with a VERY short list that met all of our needs. We were picky about lighting and we were in our 40s and still wanted to look good (ha!). We needed someone who understood different skin tones and how to shoot in full sun all the way to night fun. Checking all of those boxes is harder to find than you'd think, but Abrar was among the top of those on the short list and happened to be free for our big day. We are SO glad we ended up with him. Not only was he incredibly easy to work with, he was also SO fun to have on site day-of. We told him we didn't care about sunset photos and he (playfully) dragged us out there anyway because he knew better than us. We were so happy after-the-fact that he posed us a few times despite us giving him no direction to do so, since those turned out to be our favorite photos. Most importantly, all of the photos turned out exactly as we hoped or better. His eye is incredible and he is a true artist with the camera. As a bonus, he is equally great, and inviting him into your space on your special day feels easy and natural. If you're lucky enough to find him free on your big day, we could not recommend anyone more amazing. You'll be so glad you worked with him!
AMAZING! Abrar was super kind, helpful and helped us with everything the day of. He captured timeless photos that we LOVE and are OBSESSED with. He was super kind to help my 84 year old mother get up the stairs to the church, and ensured she was always taken care of. He was more than just a photographer, he became my best friend and family by the end of the wedding. I can't wait to work with him again for family photos for this winter.
