I really don't have the words to explain how amazing and seamless Jamie and her team made our entire wedding weekend. In fact, the week of the wedding when I should have been full of stress, I was not because I knew our wedding was in such good hands!!! I cannot recommend absolute enough - all our vendors and guests kept telling us that they have never attended a wedding that ran so smoothly. 10/10 all around!!!

It's been about 6 months since our May 28th Miami wedding, and I've only now finished processing what a weekend it was. Jamie and her team made it all possible. I reached out to Jamie 3 months before my wedding date, after having an awful experience with a different planner. With 3 months to go, I had most of my main vendors but was still missing a few bigs ones (music + band) and there were all the loose ends left to be tied up. From our first conversation, I knew Jamie was my girl. She seemed to not only understand who Zach and I are as a couple and as people, but she understood how much this day meant to us and our families. From the minute she stepped in, wedding planning went from stressful to blissful. When I got COVID 2 weeks before the wedding, Jamie helped make all the accommodations necessary, even having our final floral meeting via Zoom. I can't say enough good things about Jamie and her team. She truly lets you be a guest at your own wedding and I was able to enjoy each precious moment of that weekend knowing I was in great hands. Absolute definitely knows what they are doing. I had a previous wedding planner who quit 3 months before my wedding. I called around to other planners. I had THREE DIFFERENT PLANNERS who were busy recommend Jaime and her team. AND I am so happy she was available. Jaime took charge, cleaned everything up. Dotted every "I" and crossed every "T." Her team included Kimberly and Devin and they all went above and beyond to make sure my day was special and I was under no stress. They are great, humble people. 100% professional. They make you feel like family. What I loved the most was they took BTS photos. They captured the candid moments which I cherish and it was a lovely surprise after all was said and done. I hope to work with them for other life events in the future. If you get the chance to have Absolute as your planner, then you are one of the lucky ones!

If you’re looking for a planner that has literally ABSOLUTEly (pun intended) everything under control - even the things you hadn’t even thought of - Jamie’s your girl. Her and her team of hardworking professional planners were superb. I’m not saying this lightly - I’m very type A myself and literally plan for everything. So for me, hiring a planner was more so I could enjoy my wedding day without worrying about all the millions of things happening at once. But from the second Jamie and her team came on board, there was a very quick realization that I never ever could have done this myself. It was also so comforting to be able to just enjoy knowing everything was in very capable hands. Jamie is so organized and on top of things, but she also has great taste and her advice was 100% on point. Among many other things, she recommended some ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of, but those ideas ended up being a highlight of our wedding day. I highly highly recommend her to brides out there that just want to enjoy their day while everything runs flawlessly. You will not regret it!!!! Can't even put into words how amazing Jamie and her team are. I connected with Jamie from our first phone call - she is so personable and immediately became a part of our family. Jamie owner of absolute was our wedding planner for our wedding weekend in Key Largo on November 2019. Jamie made me feel incredibly comfortable from the first time I spoke with her on the phone. She was professional, confident, but most importantly very caring. As we worked with Jamie she only continued to impress us. She was calm when dealing with any matter at hand, and always found a solution. Jamie quickly proved to us that she was someone we could trust – she had our backs and would work really hard at executing our vision and dream wedding. I will preface this review by saying that I am a business owner who is extremely attentive to detail, very demanding, and wanted a top notch even while remaining attentive to budget. Moreover, my wife has very elaborate taste. Now with that being said, Jamie and her team delivered a night that we felt was absolutely perfect. We started working together about 6 months before the wedding, and I can honestly say I would email/text/whatsapp Jamie ten times a day on some busy days. She never got annoyed or frustrated and was extremely available and always responsive which means everything to me. She delivered incredible vendors to us who were willing to be flexible and work to help bring things within a realistic budget. We didn't just plan a wedding, but it was a destination weekend event, with dinners, lunches, brunches, welcome bags, and countless details. We had an extremely intricate ceremony with a huge wedding party and tons of moving parts. Everything went off great. Without rambling any more, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie and Absolute without any hesitation at all. She is tough (in a good way), on top of her stuff, doesn't let any small details slip past her, and is incredibly invested in your event. She truly cares about the event and making sure you are happy. My wife and I most certainly will refer her to friends and family, and will work with her again for future events. Jamie and her team are the BOMB!! We chose a very difficult venue that had never done a wedding before. From our first meeting with Jamie she gave us the confidence that she and her team could turn this dream of a venue into a reality. Jamie was with us every step of the way and she was always available to deal with my minor freakout moments. The day of the wedding she brought 5 of her staff that were prepared and calm at all times. I even had a crisis with my dress and Mikki was able to cut and sew it in 5 minutes !! (love you Mikki). If anyone can make a difficult venue turn into a fairytale wedding, it is Jamie from Absolute! She was tasked with transforming Club Space in Miami into an elegant yet wildly fun venue for our daughter’s wedding. She nailed it! Besides that, every detail was looked after and the evening went smoothly so that our family could just enjoy every moment. We would entrust any big event to her for her attention to every detail!

Jamie did an AMAZING job as our wedding planner. Hiring her shortly after getting engaged was one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I are both busy physicians and there was no way we would plan the wedding of our dreams without Jamie. She did all of the heavy lifting for us and enabled us to have a relaxed stress free wedding planning/wedding day experience. We relied on her for pretty much everything and she handled it flawlessly. Her calm and fun demeanor make her truly unique and wonderful to work with. Additionally, Jamie introduced us to all of our vendors and they were AMAZING. I would not have even known to go to them if it wasn't for her. Where do I even begin? We were recommended Jamie by a friend in the industry. From our first meeting with her, we knew that her personality was one we certainly wanted around us on our wedding day. Her calming nature kept us sane through out the planning process. I (the bride) had a handful of meltdowns and Jamie always answered her phone and took the time to listen no matter the day of the week or time of the day. It also helps that she was able to laugh at some of my ridiculous comments/questions. Some things were left to the end, which made me a little nervous, but Jamie had it all under wraps. She guided us to the most amazing vendors in the business that totally meshed well with us! Our day came together seamlessly thanks to the help of Jamie and her amazing crew that were so on it all freaking day! We didn't have a single thing to worry about day of and we didn't have to assign any family members to be in charge of anything, because there was no stone left unturned by her and her girls. We couldn't imagine having planned with anyone else! We have certainly made a friend for life and we are very thankful for making our night and whole planning process a (relatively) stress free experience!

Jamie and the team at Absolute are seriously amazing. They excelled at coordinating the best wedding we could ever imagine and allowed us to enjoy every minute of our wedding day! The best decision I made was to hire Jamie and her team at Absolute. Her knowledge of all things wedding, from when we lift the Veil, to sample programs, to her relationship with the vendors made the whole planning process so much easier. She is extremely detailed organized so every desire, every thought is carefully noted and not forgotten. On the day of, her calm energy allowed me and my family to let go and truly be present in the moment. We never felt anxious, but had total faith that Jamie could handle whatever problems came her way. And plenty did, which is inevitable. But she handled them with grace and in such a way that it was never our concern or something that we should waste time worrying about. My wedding day was a dream and I couldn't have done it without her help. I had a 185 person wedding at Fisher Island which is no small undertaking. With that said, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an organized, thoughtful, competent and professional planner. Also, shes so laid back and cool so its a bonus just to hang out with her!

100% you cannot go wrong with Jamie! She became a friend, a sister, and our go to person for everything, she helped us every step of the way. She was amazing, even outside of the actual wedding. My mother in law passed away 3 weeks after hiring Jamie, and my now husband and I received a huge bouquet of beautiful flowers letting us know that she was thinking of us. We had only met her 3 weeks before, and she was already part of our family and our lives. From appointments, to questions, to concerns, worries, and "things that ALWAYS go wrong with weddings," Jamie had under control from start to finish. We are SO happy we hired Jamie and her crew. TOTALLY AMAZING! On point, helpful, professional, knowledgable, easy to talk with, easy to work with. And then on the day of....ASTOUNDING! As the mother of the bride (the bride and groom live out of town) Jamie and her team allowed me to (literally) sleep every night. We planned a six month wedding with Jamie coming on board right after we chose the venue. Her expertise and connections to the best vendors ever gave us a wedding that felt like we planned it for a year. The wedding itself went off perfectly. We got married this past weekend and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Absolute and Jamie! My fiance and I were in the unique position to plan our Biltmore wedding from London. Thankfully, we had my parents based in Miami to help us out, but the time difference and distance certainly did not make the task any easier. As soon as Jamie came on board as our wedding planner, we all let out a massive sigh of relief. Jamie instills absolute confidence and possibility. She immediately felt like family to us all, and made the planning process so much easier with skype/viber calls to London with us. She helped us stay organized and on top of our deadlines, and thought of all the tiny details that we wouldn't have ever thought of ourselves. On the big day, Jamie even provided our cake topper (we didn't even have to ask)! Jamie's team is a delight, and we were so grateful for all of their support on the wedding day. There are so many little miscellaneous things that need to be done on the wedding day itself, and having a whole team of people as backup proved essential (eg: making sure everyone knows their places, communicating with all the vendors about the master schedule, and even last minute steaming and sewing emergencies). Absolute's vedor connections were amazing, and the fact that those relationships already existed made our planning feel very natural and relaxed, since everyone knew the drill. I highly recommend hiring absolute, my family and husband agree that it was some of the best money spent by far! Save yourself the headache and go with absolute, they know what they're doing and they allow you to enjoy the process of getting married, rather than stressing over how much work it can be.

There are so many great things to say about Jamie, it’s hard to limit them to a review. First, I hired her during a time of high stress, after just having fired my previous wedding planner for being completely unresponsive. She immediately picked up where the other left off, inspiring all the confidence I would need to make it to the big day. She was incredibly organized from the get-go, always responding to my emails or calls within the same day and keeping all of my payments up to date. Jamie also knew when to provide me with an assortment of available options or to merely recommend what she knew to be the best as an industry expert. For instance, instead of sending me to multiple websites to research musicians, she insisted I first meet with Rock With U (RWU), a versatile entertainment company that includes DJ, live music and a combination of the two in a style known as fusion. Needless to say, RWU did not disappoint, nor did anything else during our epic wedding celebration. Jamie also has great relationships with many vendors in South Florida, and therefore made sure I was in the best hands and was getting the best price. our daughters were getting married only 5 months apart. Jamie and her team did a perfect job dealing with all the details and coordination for the first wedding at the four seasons. it made the wedding what it should be a pleasure with no hassles. there are so many details that have to be managed particularly the week of and especially the wedding weekend that it can easily overshadow and distract from the event. needless to say we are using them again for the second wedding.

Absolute was ABSOLUTELY necessary and crucial to my wedding day. I had a large wedding and multiple events the entire weekend. Absolute was involved in every step of the way. Jamie is fantastic! She was my day-of-coordinator and I DEFINITELY recommend her. She has been working on South Florida weddings for years, and so she has amazing relationships with vendors--literally every one of my vendors knew her and was so excited when they heard I was working with her. Jamie was technically my of day-of coordinator services, but really she was more of a month-of coordinator--we were emailing, texting, or calling one another 4-5 a week at the end! She took so much stress away in the weeks before the wedding, which was great since I was planning from New York. She notified us about final payments (including advice on tipping), communicated with our vendors to schedule last minute logistics/arrivals/deliveries, suggested salons for me to get a mani/pedi, and was there the day before to run our rehearsal quickly and efficiently. On the day of the wedding my family and I really didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying the day, which is exactly what I wanted. Jamie knew exactly where to take photos, managed the timeline of the day perfectly, made sure the bridal party was always where they needed to be, and helped me to feel relaxed and happy and beautiful throughout it all. During the reception she checked in with me several times to make sure it was OK to start the dancing, time to cut the cake, etc. Afterward, she collected everything---cards, top tier of cake, toasting flutes, miscellaneous decor--and delivered it to our hotel room...it was all packed up and organized for us, and we didn't have to track anything down. At the end of the day, most planners/DOCs are probably going to make the same promises of what they'll do for you on the day of the wedding and in the weeks/months leading up, but Jamie really and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day of our lives!

Jamie literally made my dream wedding come true. She exceeded every expectation I had - every detail was exactly the way I wanted it - she really understood the vision I had for my wedding. My husband and I enjoyed every minute we spent with her throughout the planning process (1 year) - and we both can't stop talking about how amazing she was the weekend of our wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie Lipman to plan our wedding for November 2010. At first I was a little apprehensive about hiring a wedding planner, especially because I intended on being a DIY bride. In hindsight I can say that there is no other way to go than to hire a wedding planner. But according to a few friends, not all wedding planners are created equal. I experienced this myself because I would truly still be a stressed-out fiancee to this day, had it not been for her. She has tons of expertise in her field, which made planning such a huge event that much easier. She spent countless hours searching for the details that I wanted, and worked even harder to get the prices that I needed. From the minute we walked into The National Hotel in , we knew this was the place we wanted for our wedding!!!! My husband Jon and I looked at each other and said, this is it. Jamie Lipman was our catering manager and made our experience better than perfect. From day one, she was more than willing to work with us to ensure we had the best experience! We got married on 10/10/09 and all the planning we did up to the day of the event was so easy and such a pleasure to deal with because of Jamie. She worked with us on all levels to make sure we were happy and we were getting what we wanted. Even though she may have gotten sick of me, =o) she always responded to every call and every email. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for in all aspects of the wedding. When our big day arrived, she made the weekend like a fairy tale. From greeting us with champagne and strawberries to ensuring everything was on point, she was amazing! We could not have asked for more that day and night of our wedding. Everything exceeded our expectations and was a night we will always remember. Our family still talks about it till this day!!! Jamie is the best and is truly so special to us. Because she helped make our wedding so magical, we thought there was no better way to celebrate than to show up at The National on our one year anniversary. We also had to share our big news, we were expecting a little one come May! Jamie was not just our catering manager, she truly became a friend through the process. Anthony and I had been dating for three and a half years before he proposed completely unexpectedly when I accompanied him on a business trip to Los Angeles. We had reservations at a restaurant in Manhattan Beach called Mangiamo and we arrived a bit early so we decided to take in the sunset on the Pier. As we took a seat on the plastic orange couch overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Anthony got on one knee and asked if I would do the honour of spending the rest of my life with him. Tears streaming down my face, I accepted and so our wedding planning adventure began. Both of us are Canadians, born and raised in Toronto. With a passion for travel, neither one of us envisioned having a traditional wedding in a Toronto venue. We wanted tropical, we wanted sexy, we wanted Southbeach, Miami. Southbeach was a destination that was familiar to both of us. It was our first trip as a couple together, a place where we frequently enjoyed visiting for a quick weekend getaway to escape the dreaded Canadian winter, hence a natural choice to have a destination wedding. Anthony and I wanted to head down to Miami in order to source out some of the available venues that were available. As soon as we walked into The National Hotel on Collins Avenue, we knew this was our place. Classic, elegant, sophisticated, Art Deco style with red carpet glam – it had it all. We met with Jamie Lipman who was the Catering Manager and it was confirmed instantly. She was our girl, and The National was our place. Jamie gave us a tour of the National Hotel and her preferred vendor list to help guide us through our selection process. We met with a number of Florists, Dj’s and bands, Photographers and Videographers. All were top notch and professional. We selected all our vendors from the recommendations that Jamie had made and were confident that we were in good hands. February 8th 2009 finally arrived. We had 70 of our closest friends and family from all over the world fly into Miami to partake in our special day. We wanted to throw a party they would never forget and we did. Jamie Lipman spared nothing to ensure that all our guests had the utmost Southbeach experience. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, the venue simply stunning. Our Florist, Fernando Rojas from Blooming Hill design had created an oasis of white flowers on each table, each unique with an abundance of cascading and submerged orchids, calla lilies, lilies, roses, cherry blossoms, and tulips, highlighted softly with tea lights strategically accented with mirrors that reflected the soft flickering flames. The pool had our names, “Anthony & Lisa” lighted softly. Our photographer Aylin Marcello, worked quietly with her team in the background in order to capture the true essence of the day, while Luis Bode played soft jazz in the background serenading our guests to create the perfect enchanted evening. All of this flawlessly and effortlessly came together because of Jamie. She truly was the angel that made our dream wedding a most memorable experience Lisa Toukmanian-Ragno

Jamie Lipman planned my wedding at The National Hotel, Miami Beach in June 2009. She is absolutely amazing at planning weddings and a delight to work with! The wedding was planned while my husband and I were moving from New York to London. Therefore, most of the wedding was planned via email and telephone. Jamie was extremely attentive despite the geographical distance and time difference. She never missed a beat. She was always available to answer all of our questions on the phone or internet. And we had many many questions! Her recommendations for vendors were excellent and extremely helpful. She listened to what we envisioned for our wedding weekend and recommended the right vendors in our price range. These vendors were also professional, pleasant to work with and good (just like Jamie)! Since I only had 2 weeks in South Florida to meet with them - no time was wasted and I was 100% satisfied. Additionally, as we had a destination wedding and all of our guests were flying in from out of town (and out of the country) we wanted to arrange activities for our guests throughout the weekend. Jamie also organized and recommended fabulous restaurants, bars, and events for our guests. Most importantly, Jamie truly loves what she does and excels at it. She makes it seem effortless when, in fact, I am certain it is not. In my book, she is the queen of weddings and organization. I enjoyed every minute of decision making and planning with her. During our wedding weekend I was not at all stressed and there really wasn't much for me to do apart from have fun and enjoy myself with my new husband, family and friends. Though my wedding was over a year ago, my family and friends still rave about how beautiful and how much fun they had. It certainly was the best weekend of my life and it would not have been that way without Jamie's amazing planning, organization, attention to detail, and kindness. I highly recommend Jamie. She is the best!!!!!
