helpful as well. The hotel itself is brand new and very nice. The room and beds were very comfortable and nice. The pool was so great. The location is perfect if you’re visiting Magnolia. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

But we choose AC Hotel me and all my immediate family. It’s 22 of us and we had the best time and the hospitality was great. Thank you! 🥰🙏🏾❤️

Our flight home kept getting canceled and delayed causing us to stay a few extra nights. The staff (All mentioned above), were great and so understanding when we explained that twice, we had to extend our stay.
Then we were greeted by Damien (the cook) and he gave us free breakfast coupons. Whatta nice surprise!
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming were always greeted warmly in the halls and common areas.
The room was sparkling clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
It was nice to sleep in a quiet (and dark) room.
The location couldn’t have been more perfect. So close to everything, although the storm caused most places to close.
We have family in the area, but when we come back for a visit, we’ll definitely be staying here.

Love the A/C hotel. Convenient location, clean rooms, front desk staff and dining room. Staff are awesome but their bar staff - Shade - definitely lacking in customer service skills.
I’ve been a consistent customer every month at this locatio...
n for over a year and yet when I ordered a drink from the bartender, shade, she told me she had to go get some ice first which was fine with me. At that same time, I saw her look up and see three middle-age men who clearly were settling in for a night of drinking at the bar. She left and came back with the ice and proceeded to take the orders and fill the orders for these three men, in spite of the fact that I had ordered my beverage before these three men. I guess she figured it would be a better tip, taking care of these three male customers than one single customer in spite of the fact that I am a repeat customer of this Hotel.
What is rather disheartening is that I visited with Marissa, the GM for the Hotel, and she sat and listened to me and I was left wondering what she was going to do about it. No mention that she was going to meet with this bartender, no outright apology and no comp for even a free beverage. I expected more from a General Manager of the hospitality group that manages this Mariott hotel.
Love the front desk staff they are awesome and CJ, the manager of food services is absolutely outstanding. Great hotel, but have not been impressed with their bar staff.
