helby as we planned our reception with them and they are so quick to get back to you and so organized! They are super friendly and just purely amazing! They work hard and are there for not just bride and groom but for other guests as well! The food was more than amazing the h’dourves for amazing and we did the gourmet desert which knocked everything out of the park! The venue was super clean and super beautiful. We got so many compliments about how everything was. My mom who is super picky about everything was blown away! You definitely want to book with them. The reception room had amazing flow to it with the dance floor being in the middle and they openers the desert table in. Room connecting the reception hall where people could sit And relax away from the music. The flow of everything was impeccable! Thank you to Kate, Shelby and Dino’s for such a memorable night! The food was wonderful and every guest we spoke to commented on how delicious the food options where. The wait staff and bartenders were friendly and accommodating. Kate was calm, cool, collected and was a wonderful help both the night of and leading up to the event. Kate and Acacia Reservation worked with us throughout the planning process to make sure that everything went smoothly, along with all of our desires were addressed. For anyone seeking a wedding venue or a venue for any event we highly recommend Kate at Acacia who will assist in making it a remarkable experience.

From the moment we first wandered into the clubhouse (during a walk at the park), to the packing up of all the decorations, Kate (and her whole team) went above and beyond the call of duty. NEVER did we feel any kind of stress, because anyone we dealt with throughout the process was so fantastic. The service was INCREDIBLE. Everyone is STILL raving about the food (which is a BIG deal to the Italian side of the family...). Carla was great at the bar. The server who was helping our table (I wish I caught her name!!!) was checking on us constantly, asking us what we needed, etc. When we got up during dinner to greet guests, she came up to us and asked if the food was still warm. The team did a fabulous job of setting up all the decorations. Every little detail was perfect. I could go on and on!! Our expectations were exceeded beyond anything we imagined. CHECK ACACIA OUT!!!!!

llows their directions. They had booked two parties for the same day, leaving about 1 1/2 hours to set up for our event...which was booked first. Our other vendors were very unhappy with such a short set-up time and the venue staff was in chaos. Our set-up was incomplete, the public restrooms were not clean, our guests were just standing around not sure of were they should be...no seating for the elderly. I was unable to enjoy the ceremony (which was held outdoors) due to the chaos. Granted, the weather was not cooperative until 20 minutes before the wedding but had there been more time for preparation we wouldn't have had the problems. Several items were lost or broken without reimbursement to us. Guests started leaving before the party favors were even put out, leaving us with many, many leftovers. There were parts of the contract that were confusing, leading us to believe services were included, but they were not supplied. It seems, from what I was told after the reception, that they only supply 1 bartender for 175 guests. I paid an extra $250 for an extra bartender thinking we would have 3 total, instead we were only given 2 (and they took breaks!) so, there were times when only 1 bartender was available. For the price point of this venue I expected much better service.

Because we live out of town, Kate was very flexible and made it very easy for us to visit the venue multiple times when we were able to make it up to Beachwood. She was in contact with us pretty much monthly leading up the month of the wedding; then it was weekly. If I had any questions I could contact her via email or phone call and would receive a helpful response almost immediately. Even leading up to the day of the wedding, Kate was a rockstar. The night before the wedding, my out of town florist was able to come in and create all of the flower arrangements in the back room. The Acacia team used all of the decorations we took in and laid them out according to our map of the tables we created for them. Everything looked beautiful! We booked the whole venue for a Sunday evening cocktail hour and wedding reception. Our cocktail hour was in the Buckeye Room and spread to the patio out back. The appetizers were delicious and the open bar kept our guests happy. The amazing landscape and location allowed for our guests to enjoy a break in the festivities while the bridal party took breathtaking photos in the park. After the cocktail hour we opened the double doors leading into the main ballroom and flooded our guests with the most spectacularly decorated reception hall. The transition from the Buckeye Room into the ballroom was smooth and, within no time, the open bar was back in session in the ballroom. The food for the reception was fabulous. We went with the individual plated meal option (you can also choose family style or buffet). We were served bread, salad, and the main meal. The servers at Acacia were quick and efficient. Our vendors were even served food before they went to work. While our guests ate, Kate discreetly organized for our dessert bar to be set up in the back of the room and cleared out the Buckeye Room for our photo booth to be set up. Our guests did not even realize the transition was occurring until they were surprised with an announcement by the DJ. At the end of the night Kate let us linger a little after our end time to tear down and relax after a long day. She helped us tear down and organized gifts and left-overs for us. Overall, Acacia Reservation is the best venue for any couple. Kate made sure everything ran smoothly and was the reassurance I needed when things seemed to be overwhelming. The venue is accommodating for guests with disabilities, provides a lot of usable space for larger wedding crowds (or for creative decorating), and the out door space was outstanding for keeping guests entertained and for viewing the most amazing sunset. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!

They were accommodating and SO helpful with the final run through and communication with other vendors. They're a class act, they treat you well, and their service is excellent.

what you want. The food is absolutely great! It was very convienient having a catering company that has great food already on site. The wait-staff is impeccable! Extremely professional! I found Betty, the on-site coordinator to be a bit rough around the edges, but very accommadating to mine and my mother's requests. She's been doing this a long time, and knows exactly what to do. The day of the wedding, however, another manager was on-site. She did not introduce herself to me at all and i would have appreciated that. I only spoke to her in passing and she was a bit rude and barely acknowledged me. I would have liked a friendlier exchange. This experience is the only reason why i'm not giving them 5 stars. other than that, Pine Ridge is GREAT! i would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for a great location in Lake County, and would definitely look at using thier facility for future celebrations! Thank you Dino's and Pine Ridge!!

Pricing is beyond reasonable for what you receive...and what you recieve is great! would definitelly recommend this venue to any bride and groom looking for the perfect wedding!

eparate bar and pastry room for the event (that's right, what they call a pastry table is actually a room full of pastries!) The food is delicious and the staff was great to work with. There are also several hotels within a mile of the venue which made it very convenient for our guests.
