Yes the venue is breathtaking, but the time they give you to set up for the wedding is very little.... and it's on the day of the wedding that you are allowed to decorate! I called...
to see if we could move up our setup time being that it was at 2 and the wedding starts at 6 with only 4 hours to set up ... I was told they would have to charge me per hour for an earlier set up even though we paid for fours included in the package! They up charge for everything... but hey if you have the extra money to go all out and decorate this is definitely the place! I had to go down on a lot of simple decorations in order to have everything done in time, also they do not have anyone on site to help setup or break down. They only dump the trash ... if I would have known all of this I would have definitely booked elsewhere!

cheduled prior to ours but I feel there should be more flexibility allowed if the venue is available. Also, there is no restroom attached to the Bridal suite. They allow for upgrades to add an additional cabin which has a restroom but I do not feel that for the price your paying for the package that people should have to pay this additional cost just to have a restroom.
New Hope Chapel at Acadian Village was beautiful and perfect for our simple wedding!

Overall a beautiful experience. We used the Stutes building for our reception. It was beautiful on it's own and didn't require much decorating. Perfect for Rustic wedding theme.
