Accent Photography & Video

I found Sherri from a co-worker that used Accent Photography for her wedding. This was the one of the best decisions I made. They are great and knew how to capture my day the best!

Sheri and her husband are absolutely amazing!! Everyone at my wedding was so impressed by them. They were sure to capture every moment of our special day and make sure they got pictures of everyone that shared our special day with us. Our pictures turned out BEYOND amazing, I am in love with every single one. I still have people commenting on how awesome they were, and how in love with my pictures they are. I honestly can not say enough how awesome they are, and how amazing my pictures turned out! I will always recommend them!

My new husband and I are so pleased with how our pictures turned out! Sherri and Jerry made the day so easy and stress free to get all the photos we wanted to get. When someone else was taking a photo they were right in there taking the same ones. We have some great photos of our families have a great time. They captured everything and it all turned out beautifully. Would recommend again and again! We cannot say enough good things about their quality and level of professionalism.

Our wedding was not organized, a lot of things did not go as planned, but Sherri and her husband handled everything. They managed to get great pictures, even though the groom hates having his picture taken. So very happy I found them!

Overall Accent Photography was very good to work with. We were able to get some great wedding shots. Some pictures were a bit disappointing due to the placement of the people in the picture and some key pictures from the day were not taken (first kiss and a picture of the groom with groomsmen). The second photographer was a bit commanding and this offended several of the guests throughout the evening. I think he was just trying to get everyone where they needed to be. Sherri was great to communicate with throughout the planning process. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the pictures were available to view and order (2 weeks after the wedding, 2 months for the albums). I would and have recommended this vendor to several friends.

Sherri & her husband Jerry did a great job for our wedding! I have not seen my photos yet but can not wait. They took so many pictures & were great to work with. I highly recommend them. They have different packages to choose from & when my husband and I went to her place, we knew that Accent Photography would be our choice. She had numerous photos on display along with albums for us to look at it. I can not wait to see the finished products. Very reasonable with price too!

We chose Accent because we thought that based on their portfolio, they would give us what we were dreaming of and we were right. Photographers Frankie and Dick were so friendly and were great to work with the day of the wedding. We had given them a few picture ideas that we wanted to make sure that we took and told them to get traditional and candid photos and everything turned out great! The price was reasonable and Sherri was great to communicate with.

I was a little concerned going to Accent Photography at first - how could I get 2 photographers PLUS 3 wedding albums for HALF of what the other groups were charging? Were their pictures that bad? Answer: NO! They're just that good. I got everything I wanted from my photos and more. I had two photographers to help capture every moment. I could steal one away for family shots while the other took shots of people dancing etc. They were both professional and very nice. They arrived a little early and started shooting right away. They were flexible with where I wanted photos, with who, everything! Some photographers are bossy or steal you away from a special moment to take this or that photo. Dick and Frankie (our two photographers) set us up for a few selected shots of family and bridal party, but after that they went where we asked. And the pictures came out great! They posted about 3 weeks after the wedding (give or take) and there were over 600 of them! It's hard to narrow it down. Some of the pictures with "special effects" I didn't like, but the unaltered photos was available right next to it so I could still have that photo without the "effect." I would definitely recommend Accent Photography and Video! Their price is right and their pictures are worth it! I'm so glad I chose them so I'll always remember my special day with these awesome photos!

Talented and great deals on packages for videography and photography.

We used Accent Photography and Video for both wedding photographer and videographer. They were great to work with! Sherri kept in touch throughout the planning process. I sent her tons of pictures and she made sure we got them the day of. I highly recommend them- you can't beat the price!

Sherry and her husband were amazing!! I had never had professional pictures and they made the experience such a fun one. There experience definitely showed. All of our pictures were outside on very sunny days and they knew exactly how to place us to avoid shadowing and glares. They had an eye for making the pictures original. Picking our favorites was nearly impossible because they were all so different! We had formal pictures as well as fun ones. They really got involved at the reception. Getting groups together and making sure to capture not only us but everyone who shared our day with us. And the value compared to other places I priced was unbelievable! I was almost afraid it was a scam or that the pictures wouldn't be what I wanted but I couldn't have been more wrong and more lucky to find this diamond couple in the rough. They seem to truly love what they do and it shows in their work!! I can not recommend them enough!!

Initially working with the owners of Accent, everything was working out great. However on the day of my wedding I had photographers show up that I had never met and didn't even know who they were. They were pretty nice, however the older gentleman was quite bossy, didn't take all the pics I wanted and was rude to some of my guests. Also I didn't feel my husband and I were able to enjoy our guests or our reception because he was constantly making us pose for pictures away from our party. I was only able to dance with my guests 2x during the entire reception. Overall the pics that were taken turned out beautiful, but I feel I missed out on a lot. It was unfortunate that things happened this way.

My groom and I chose Accent Photography for our wedding because they had the right balance of quality, creativity, and price for us. Also, they are located more or less down the street from my parents’ house and I loved the idea of supporting neighbors, even though I did not know of them until we started the photographer search. They were familiar with our ceremony and reception locations and had shot weddings at both. Also, they were a husband and wife team so we knew they were the ones that would be taking our photographs. A couple other places we talked to had a group and they couldn’t guarantee which photographer was showing up so we had no idea if the samples we were looking at were from the person that would be taking our pictures. Accent Photography was really great with letting us create a photo package that met our needs. They offered the ability to get all photos digitally, which was the most important thing we wanted. They also had everything from individual prints of all sizes, to large framed prints, to traditional and modern wedding albums. They post all the pictures online so family and friends can view and order anything they would like as well. Another item they offered was a photo registry. Our guests could buy us credit towards additional prints. The day of our wedding, they arrived on time to my parent’s house two hours before the ceremony. They stayed with us through the end of the reception for a total of nine hours. We were a bit disorganized with getting ready but they helped get us set up for great shots before we left for the ceremony. They did all the traditional shots as well as some new poses and all of them turned out well. Their shots of the ceremony were also very nice. They got everything I was hoping for. After the ceremony, we were running late and they handled getting the traditional poses at the altar with family and then bridal party shots for us quickly and efficiently. Their shots at the reception were a nice mix of candid and posed and the majority of our guests ended up in at least one picture. They also embraced our car theme and got some great shots of us with my groom’s roadster and with our wedding party transportation which was carefully selected for the day. During our wedding, we had quite a few other “photographers” – family and friends who enjoy the hobby and have nice cameras. While they were instructed to be taking pictures of guests and other things Accent couldn’t get while working with us, we did have some issues with getting in the way of Accent. I applaud the patience of Accent with our family and friends. I know they were starting to drive my groom and I crazy so I can only imagine what a pain they were to our paid photographers. It took just over 3 weeks for our pictures to arrive. They sent us the CD with all the pictures one it in the mail since we had that in our package. A couple days later our pictures had been uploaded onto the website to share with family and friends. We were very pleased with our photos. They did some artistic enhancements such as black and white, line drawing, single color, etc. That gave a nice mix of photos and styles to enjoy. Everything I had hoped they would get, they did. I can’t wait to get the album and prints I had in my package back to proudly display. I highly recommend Accent Photography for someone looking for a thorough collection of quality pictures throughout their wedding at a great price.

Accent Photography did a great job on my wedding photos. They were professional, I recieved my photo CD very quickly and they were of great quaility. My only disappointment was that I had requested to have the photographer arrive 1hour before the ceremoy start time to capture shoots of me and the bridesmaids getting ready and I ended up with only 2 photos of me getting my hair done.

We have been so pleased with Jerry. He really went the extra mile with the photography at the ceremony and reception. I was worried originally because his prices were so reasonable compared to everyone elses but the photos are most impressive. He even did some double exposures. Jerry uses an online service for viewing and additional ordering and that is most convenient for just about everyone. I would highly recommend Jerry.

Accent Photography was wonderful, they made sure I had every photo I could have ever wanted and was very through. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
