Michele made my vision of what I wanted for florals even better then I could have imagined! Michele has a great personality and was fun to meet with. She was a great help in figuring what we needed/wanted for our wedding. She created mockups of our floral designs so that we could see it and make any changes before our wedding which I found extremely helpful. Our flowers were beautiful and we received many compliments on them throughout the night. She accommodated a special request of adding my mom's wedding earrings to my bouquet. I would recommend Michele to anyone getting married in or near Newtown Square.

I want to start by saying that the flowers we received from Accents by Michele were beautiful. However, the customer service was so poor that I can't in good faith recommend them. We hired them to do florals for our rehearsal dinner on 10/25/24 at a restaurant just down the street from the floral shop. When we first talked to them about the flowers they were super helpful. However we had some small hiccups in the ordering process which I ultimately brushed off. On the day of our rehearsal dinner they were supposed arrive at 5pm. Around 5:25 I called the shop to check in and the woman I spoke with was very irritated with me and ultimately hung up on me. I assumed she accidentally disconnected so I gave it a few minutes for her to call back but she never did. I called again and she was again very frustrated sounding and told me they likely wouldn't be there for at least 30 minutes as they were finishing up a wedding over 20 minutes away. In the end, they arrived 5 minutes before my rehearsal dinner was going to start and I had to redirect guests to the bar so we could finish set up. I understand things happen but the lack of communication in advance and the behavior of the woman on the phone was incredibly unprofessional.

Michele and her entire team were wonderful to work with. Michele is so knowledgeable and gave so many great ideas when creating our wedding flowers. She had us come to her studio and create mock up flowers for the bride, bridesmaids, and the centerpieces. This was such a fun day getting to see the vision come to life! Whenever we had any questions, her team was so responsive. The actual wedding day was a breeze with Michele and her team. When they came to the venue, the team made sure I was happy with the flowers before they left. At the end of the night they came to pick up our rented pieces so we wouldn't have to bring them to her studio. We got so many complements on our flowers, everyone wanted a centerpiece to take home! Highly recommend using Accents by Michele for any event!

Brides beware.. I had Accents by Michele provide flowers for my baby shower on November 10th, 2024 at Terrain Gardens in Devon, PA. What a mistake. In the beginning working with Michele and her team was great, but as the event approached there was a ton of miscommunication and I was treated with complete disrespect. It is scary to me that she does wedding florals. As a past bride, I know how much my flowers on my wedding day meant to my husband and I and I would hate for another bride to be unhappy with their flowers on the biggest day of their life.

Michele was wonderful to work with right from the beginning from discussing what our ideas were and collaborating with us on what works best. She's so easy and funny to work with and she can definitely read you with what you like. :) She is amazing and I already knew it would be very beautiful arrangements based from past reviews and looking at the sample flowers weeks before the wedding. The church flowers were beautiful all the way to the reception with different heights (vases) on the table and the fireplace, cake flowers, etc. Everyone loved the arrangements! We would like to express our warmest thanks and gratefulness for Michele and her team. Thank you so much! :)

Michele was a pleasure to work with! She is kind, professional, and easy to talk to, in addition to being super talented! The florals for our wedding were STUNNING and exceeded our expectations. Michele was wonderful to work as my daughter (the bride) and I a figured out what we wanted for the wedding flowers. We were not even sure what that was at first but Michele met with us and her experience and suggestions made our vision a reality. The flowers were absolutely stunning and exactly what we were hoping for. The colors and the flower choices in the arrangements and bouquets really brought the whole celebration together!

We used Michele as our florist for our wedding this past weekend, and we are so happy that we did! Michele was great at listening to the types of flowers that we were looking for, and I was absolutely amazed to see how my bouquet and all of the other flowers turned out the day of the wedding. Everything was so beautiful and exactly what I pictured! I highly recommend using Michele as the florist for your wedding! We can’t thank her enough for how beautiful all of the flowers were!

Michele is the florist we chose to use for our wedding, and she did an exceptional job. She was the florist for my sisters wedding also and my sisters wedding was beautiful. I truly was worried because my sisters bouquets and floral arrangements were perfect and I didn't think my flowers would be able to come close.. well I was so wrong. I had no idea where to even begin when she asked what I wanted and she was able to guide us through the whole process. I showed her pictures of a few different floral arrangements, she got to know the feeling I was going for, and the things I did not want. I can't even describe how she blew my mind away with our floral arrangements and bouquets. The flowers were so fresh and colorful. No words can describe how beautiful they were, and pictures don't even do them justice. Thank you so much Michele for making our day even more beautiful!

I worked directly with Michele and she is so knowledgeable about flowers! I didn't have an exact vision of what I wanted, so Michele took my variety of styles/colors and combined them into the perfect bouquet(s)! From the first phone call I had with her, I knew she was extremely passionate about flowers and satisfying her customers. She made it very clear to me how important it is to her to create the perfect flower arrangements. She even had me come into the shop for a "mock bouquet" a month before my wedding to make sure it was perfect. She has a small flower shop in Newtown Square, and I would rather invest in her expertise and small town business over any other shop!

We can't say enough good things about Michele and the work she does. She is SO experienced, knowledgeable and creative. She listened to our vision and then helped make it come to life. She is incredibly creative and resourceful and made specific flower/greenery suggestions that really brought our floral arrangements to the next level. I can't tell you how many times our guests told us that our flowers looked like something straight out of a magazine! She goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers' vision and deliver a quality service. I would highly recommend her to any bride.

I would highly recommend Accents by Michele for your wedding flowers! Having exquisite flowers was high on my wedding priority list- Nov 2017. Michele took my pinterest ideas and made them an even more stunning reality. She was incredibly helpful through the planning process, quick to respond to any phone calls and questions I had. Michele provided the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding. She made a bouquet for my wife and made other arrangements for the bridal and groom parties. She created unique centerpieces for all our tables with some of them involving arrangements with pumpkins and other natural elements since we had an October wedding. She and her staff came in early and set up all the arrangements before the events started. She has a pleasant personality and was affordable. A great choice if you are in need of a florist for your wedding.

Michele is an artist and will make you the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements! Michele did the flowers for my wedding in September 2017. I had no idea what I wanted but Michele is an expert and guided me through everything! She picked the most beautiful flowers and they looked absolutely perfect on our wedding day. I cannot recommend her enough!

Michele did all of the flowers for my recent wedding on April 1, 2017. From bridal bouquets to centerpieces, Michele handled all of our floral needs. She has a true eye in creating exquisite floral arrangements that were absolutely breathtaking. Working with Michele was a breeze and I highly recommend her.
