Accents With Love

I planned to use Peonies in my arrangements and as a decoration on my cake. Because I wanted fresh, we had to wait until close to the date. This florist was very helpful in finding them.

They have very beautiful flowers but I used a family friend as my flourist due to my budget.

I had seen some beautiful flower arrangements from Accents with Love, and I wanted to support a local, family-owned business, so I opted to have my bridal bouquet and my groom's boutonniere made by Accents with Love for our wedding (the rest of the bridal party's flowers were made by a family member). In my initial meeting with the wedding coordinator there, she was extremely helpful and helped me decide on a combination of flowers that I thought sounded perfect. She was very accomodating and very nice, including when I had to make some changes to my order during the wedding planning. My mother picked up the flowers for me on the day of the wedding. She told me later that the woman in the shop (not sure who was working at the time) was very rude to her, which really irked me. Also, the flowers in my bouquet were not quite as they had been described to me. I had some calla lilies in my bouquet, which the florist described as being "a very deep purple, almost black", but when I got the bouquet, the flowers were a much lighter purple and a very different shade than I expected. That aside, it was a beautiful bouquet and it looked great in the pictures. It just was not exactly what I had in mind, which made me a little sad for a bouquet that cost me over $200. I would definitely recommend shopping around for a florist when you are looking. This was the first and only place I looked, so I just took their advice on what I should get and what I should spend. The quality of the flowers was really good, and I will probably still use them for general-occasion flowers, but they did not meet my expectations for my bridal bouquet.
