We had a great experience with ACE Chicago Events! They provided beautiful twinkly lights for our wedding reception. We only decided a month or two before our wedding that we had room in our budget for lighting, so we were so grateful that they... were willing to roll with that relatively last-minute timing! The folks at ACE were totally communicative, professional, friendly, and accommodating. When I inquired about our options with them, they generously offered to arrange for a technician to speak with our venue manager at our reception venue, and they did so and reported back with answers so quickly! Not only that, but they worked with us to generously fit a lighting plan within our limited budget. So many companies won't even let you keep things simple, requiring meeting a high minimum cost and investing in bells and whistles that you may or may not have any desire for. But ACE was totally fine with us having simple and specific needs and a budget! On the day of our wedding, their team did a beautiful job setting everything up; the lighting created a magical atmosphere for the whole reception!
