mazing time! Weddings are always expensive too, but through all our research The Ace was one of the more affordable venues, which is so surprising because it really has everything you need. We had a 120 person wedding at The Commune. The space is beautiful and versatile, and doesn't require much decorations either. The food and drink options for our wedding was so fun as well- we did a self serve taco bar that our guests loved. The pools are a blast, the drinks are the best, the rooms are comfortable and cool. And lastly, the staff. Shout out to Andrea for going above and beyond each day! We worked with a lot of staff over the 6 or so months of planning, and everyone was so kind and willing to work with us. Thank you to The Ace! We will plan to come back for our anniversary as many times as we can, and will definitely be going to other Ace locations around the world.

were warm and welcoming. Our wedding was in April and people STILL tell us how great the food was (we did family style option). The magic of the Ace hotel in Palm Springs is the hotel feels small enough that our 100 person wedding really felt like a hotel takeover. You feel like you're at summer camp seeing your friends at coffee and running into guests in the lobby. The hotel provides so much more than just a venue, it provides a real experience. Not to mention the venue itself (commune) is pretty chic and overlooks the mountains. We went very simple with our decorations, but you could really go big. The energy at the hotel is so calm and not stuffy/snobby, which really made the entire weekend feel special and authentic.

Where do we even begin! AMAZING venue! My wife (she/her) and I (they/them) had our entire wedding weekend - welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - on Ace property...

and it was a dream come true! On top of taking amazing care of us and moving us into our Ace suite early, we were beyond spoiled from the moment the sun rose each day! Ace staff were attentive to any small issues that arose and handled all issues quickly and with the upmost grace and understanding. We never felt like a burden! We always felt like the stars of the show! The venues (upper floor annex and commune) were GORGEOUS, clean, adaptable to our wants and our guests needs, and I don’t think 3,500 words is enough to express how much we LOVED the catering staff. It was really reassuring knowing our older family members, friends with dietary restrictions, etc. we’re accommodated as well (plenty of good seating, no long lengths to travel between events, attentive cooks and waiting staff). Even during the last week of May/beginning of June, all employees worked hard to keep everyone cool and comfy! We were told about the sound ordinance and were thoroughly informed on when/how the garage style doors could be utilized and it worked out so so good! Even my dad kept his suit jacket on all night because he wasn’t overheating! Also, I can’t forget to mention how wonderfully talented and kind the hair/makeup stylists were at the Ace! They were ready to go, made our bridal party, ourselves, and our moms look STUNNING! Even one of our bridesmaids plans to do her hair for her future wedding like they did for ours because she just looked so freaking good!! Each person who got hair/makeup done wanted something a little different based on their personal desires and they were able to perform above and beyond all our expectations! One of our favorite parts was jumping into the Commune pool after the reception, because the water was warmed up for us so no one was shivering and they even had towels ready for us when it was time to hop out! It was also so lovely to be able to trust our venue and it’s employees, they provided so many small, but incredible suggestions! We felt welcomed - we felt heard - we felt celebrated and safe and respected! The Ace truly made our wedding a dream come true and we will always have such a special place in our hearts for this incredible spot! Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts for the brilliant communication, care, attentiveness, and joy :)

The Commune is the perfect "blank slate" to bring your wedding vision to life, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the specialty cocktails and the food. Overall the team at the Ace runs weddings like a well-oiled machine, and we couldn't be happier. Pro-tip - go with Moon Realm (Sabrina) as your wedding planner! ogether our wedding weekend (especially Nichole, Serene, Cassie, and Will). We held three events that weekend (Friday cocktails at the hotel bar, wedding/reception at the Commune on Saturday, and a brunch on Sunday) and it all went so smoothly. Throughout the weekend, our guests kept saying how wonderful the staff was across the whole hotel and what a treat it was to have everything on site. We had 90 attend our wedding, which felt like an ideal size for the Commune. We decided on a family-style dinner and, for real, the food was incredible - highly recommend that option. BIG shout-out to the catering staff- we loved them! There's plenty of dancing space and it all feels very private, as well. It's also helpful that the Amigo Room is on site for those that want to keep the party going. All in all, we loved our time at the Ace. Just a perfect weekend!

ing, friendly and helpful (shout out to Nichole and Serene, our event contacts and absolute super stars!). They even provided us a list of recommended vendors, which was so appreciated as we don't live in Palm Springs, and the vendors we chose from the list could NOT have been better. We got married in the Commune and it was everything we could have dreamed. The space was great for all aspects of the wedding, like the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. On our wedding day the staff was INCREDIBLE. They took such good care of us (special shout out to Elaine who took care of the two of us throughout the evening and was the absolute best) and really made our day and wedding so, so special. The food was next level delicious. I've personally never had wedding food this good and our guests raved about the meal (especially the vegan option, interestingly enough). We also had a couple of guests who were gluten intolerant and they made very special care to ensure they got food that was not contaminated with gluten. The Ace property itself was also so great for photos and is very close to some scenic desert locations as well. We also loved the rooms (the record player was an especially special touch) and pool area. I could not recommend the Ace enough - you'll love the experience!

d saying that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. The staff at the Ace could not be easier to work with and they responded to all emails so quickly and were amazing thought partners throughout the planning process. They provided a super helpful preferred vendor list and we found a lot of our other vendors from that list who were equally amazing. A lot of our vendors had done several weddings at the Ace before so a lot of our vendors and partners at the Ace knew each other and the space super well and worked together so seamlessly! The Ace provides so much for both the ceremony and the reception that the entire planning process was so easy and stress free. The space itself is super beautiful and set up for all of our guests to have an amazing party. My husband and I jumped in the pool at the end of the night which was a special memory that made the night unique. Originally we were a little worried about ending our wedding at 10pm (we didn't want to have to pay our band from LA to stay overnight in Palm Springs) but all our guests went right next door to the Amigo Room (the bar at the Ace Hotel) and partied the night away with a live DJ! Seriously could not have been a more fun night and I truly cannot say anything but amazing things about our wedding or wedding planning experience with the Ace! e next night, we had a more formal "wedding" sit-down dinner with dancing on the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse. Both parties ended at the hot tub / pool, which is open late. Despite it being a busy weekend, we generally had the area to ourselves late at night! I had my hair and makeup done at The Ace's Feel Good Spa. The woman who did my hair (on both Friday and Saturday night) was incredible. We dealt with some makeup artist cancellations, but Feel Good Spa was quick to make alternative arrangements, and my makeup turned out great as well. It was really nice having our guests on-site for the entire weekend (and if they don't want to pay for The Ace, there's cheaper hotels within walking distance). We also had a family brunch in the diner on Sunday. It was all extremely convenient, and the food for each event was great!! Our only complaints were: we had quite a few issues (general cleanliness, noise) with our room and our guests' rooms. Also, there are no full length mirrors in the hotel rooms, so getting ready is a bit tough. We also struggled to get basic answers from Nichole, our event contact, in a timely manner. The only way to reach her is via e-mail, even in the case of an emergency. Despite communication difficulties, the events went very smooth and the spaces met our standards! All of our guests had a great time at the parties. :)

Shout out to Cassie and Nichole for all that they handled for us. The staff at the hotel during our stay and for all our events were friendly, efficient and paid extra attention to our guests. Liz who was at all our events did a great job. Add our vegan tacos to your pool menu, our guests are still raving about them! The chefs did a fantastic job with the wedding catering, even a fully vegan menu for us. Everyone kept asking where the catering was from - we told them the hotel! The hotel rooms are quirky, if you're expecting drab corporate luxury, then stay elsewhere. They have character and that is what makes the Ace hotel a unique and fun place to stay. Spring for a room with a patio fireplace, you won't regret it!

az-ing, the location was centralized enough so that guests could easily stay close to the hotel if they were not booked there, and The Amigo Room (the hotel bar) made it incredibly easy to keep the party going after the wedding ended at 10pm because we just moved everyone to the bar.

My biggest complaint would be that housekeeping was extremely noisy during the ceremony which was both distracting and frustrating. Otherwise, it was a spectacular venue that our guests loved.

Having our wedding at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs was a complete and total dream. We’ve been coming for years so it was a perfect fit to have our wedding there. We wanted a small...

wedding that felt very true to us while keeping the price down, so we didn’t hire a planner but had some specific ideas about what we wanted. Nichole was so lovely to communicate with and because they do so many weddings they’re total pros and the prices are very reasonable. We ended up having them do the food & bar, which also included staff, tables, chairs, etc and setup/breakdown. The staff setting up on the day of could not have been nicer and were so accommodating to last-minute decor issues I was having. All those small details I worried about (who will light candles while I’m getting ready? Who will tell people food is ready?) they took care of. And they were really open to us truly doing what we wanted for our wedding, such as not having a planner or DIY-ing our own DJ setup. I called almost every hotel in Palm Springs and most require you to have a planner and book a certain amount of rooms for the entire weekend (aka block out the whole hotel) The Ace had no requirements (although we did have to book a minimum of 10 rooms), were a pleasure to email back and forth with for 8 months, and really made our wedding weekend an amazing experience with our friends and family. I can’t say enough great things about them as a hotel and wedding venue.
