Ashley was so kind, relatable, but I could also tell Ashley was dedicated, creative and a hard worker. By working with Ashley for two full years, especially through a pandemic that created such uncertainty, I can attest to Ashley’s dedication, creativity, and hard work. A wedding is stressful enough to plan, but through a pandemic let me tell you that process is much harder. Whatever the pandemic threw at us, whether it was to postpone or not to postpone, to have an inside wedding verse outside wedding, Ashley never failed to be such a helpful level-headed sounding board. I can honestly say because of Ashley making these types of decisions never felt too much. I felt like I could handle them because Ashely was so supportive. Now let’s talk about Ashley’s creativity….! WOW did she make our dream fairytale wedding vision come true. I literally cried when I saw the tent for the first time on my wedding day because it was so beautiful. It was amazing to see Ashley really actually understood the vision and made it come to life so perfectly. Now I know there is no such thing as perfect, but honestly everything about our wedding came together so perfectly because of Ashley and our team. From her recommendation to do a couch verse regular chairs at our sweetheart table, to combine bistro lights and gorgeous chandeliers as lighting for the tent, to her recommending oars as our “guest book” for keepsake instead of a regular guest book, and navy napkins instead of white napkins. Every single suggestions and idea Ashley had truly added such great value and made our day so much more special. Day of Ashley was a ROCKSTAR. As a bride it is important to stay stress free and relaxed. Because of Ashley’s hard work, dedication, and organization I literally never felt stressed out or rushed. Not only did Ashley nail the timeline and keep everything and everyone on track, it was the little things for me… Ashley had my lip gloss in her pocket and was constantly replying for me LOL thanks Ash 😊 Guests usually comment on how great the food is, and how great the entertainment is, but our guests not only complimented those aspects of the wedding, but they even commented on how amazing Ashley was. I think that says a lot. I can honestly say Ashley became more than just a wedding planner she became part of our family. When it was time for Ashley to leave our wedding, it was so hard for me to say goodbye to her I basically teared up. I truly miss our late-night planning phone calls, and all the fun we had planning the wedding. I keep joking around with my husband that we need to throw a wedding every year so we can work with Ashley (and maybe I will LOL). Seriously though, look no further for a wedding planner. Because of covid restrictions (at the time) we had to move our wedding reception outside to accommodate our guest list. Ashley was an absolute miracle worker. Within less than 6 months she coordinated everything for our tented wedding. She was attentive, so beyond kind, and a blast to work with! On our big day Ashley and her amazing interns took care of everything, it all ran so smoothly. Afterwards, many guests contacted me saying Ashley was a delight and was such a professional, wonderful wedding planner. I could never in a million years imagine going through this journey without her help and guidance. Throughout the process she became like family to us. A “COVID bride” rescued by Aced: My husband and I reached out to Ashley and gave her a tangled mess after deciding to move forward and keep our original wedding date. The pandemic forced us to make significant changes to our original plans. We cut our guest list to adhere to the guidelines but started to feel hopeless and helpless with how the rest would come together. Before our first call had even ended, Ashley expertly navigated the situation and began to find the strings to untangle our web. She supported us every step of the way. She elegantly designed the EXTRA tents we scrambled to find just a week before the big day. She’s a walking definition of “works well under pressure”. Even with the limitations of timing and ever changing state guidelines that no bride, planner or vendors dealt with before, Ashley never said no to an idea we had and she made it all happen. Picture this: we entered our reception space to see a romantic, candle lit and chandelier-donned tent. The lyrics to our first dance were hand written on a large mirror. Petite handwritten scrolls with each guests name were hanging off the champagne glasses that were perfectly displayed on my dream boxwood wall of bubbly. She nailed all of the jaw dropping details that had our guests “ooo-ing” all night. Ashley is a true professional that knew what we wanted and had the event running smoothly so I could focus on my groom and guests. We got to experience the true magic of the Aced Events coordination. Christina was absolutely a god send on our big day. We had a Nepali Hindu wedding, and everything went flawlessly thanks to Christina! She came with us twice to the venue for our final walkthroughs and made sure everything was exactly how we had pictured it. She is very organized, on time and extremely thorough! We got very lucky to have Christina help us plan our day, she went above and beyond in every way and we absolutely cannot wait to work with her again next year for our formal reception!

I have photographed almost 250 weddings and I have never worked with a planner who is as organized or has such an eye for detail as Ashley. She puts all of herself into what she does and it's not only inspiring, but it sets her apart from other planners. When I have a couple who is using Ashley for their planning and coordinating services its always a huge relief for me because I know that everyone is going to be happy and stress free and that the day will run smoothly. Let me start off by saying that initially, I went into this professional relationship thinking that my now wife was just adding an unnecessary expense to our already expensive wedding day... Cut to the month before the wedding, and I quickly became aware as to the value in hiring Aced Events, and how incredible they were in helping make what is an extremely stressful time, essentially stress free. Ashley is incredibly thorough. Her experience as a planner and event coordinator shows in her meticulous approach. She handled every single vendor; photographers, Dj’s, venue, makeup artists, hair stylist... The itinerary flowed perfectly, and she designed it to our exact needs and requests. One of the most difficult tasks a bride and groom have during a wedding is keeping everyone in line. From family members, groomsmen, bridesmaids, and all other guests, it can be quite difficult to keep everyone organized. Aced events makes it their mission to keep everyone organized, and they execute it seemingly with ease and a professionalism that is unmatched. As is to be expected, not everything goes according to plan on your big day. There was a moment on our honeymoon where my wife and I were looking back at how incredibly smooth everything went. We quickly realized that there were multiple potentially disastrous moments that were intercepted by Ashley and her staff, and they made sure these problems were fixed before they became problems. This is something I would recommend making a must have in your wedding budget. Aced Events is without a doubt the reason we were able to enjoy our wedding day, and now have these incredible memories to share with our children and family members.

Ashley and her assistant were so amazing the week of our wedding! If I could do it over again I would have hired Ashley for the year, in that week she spent hours on conversations with my husband and I on the phone and in person. She connected with all the vendors and also had 3 way conversations for hours which were so helpful because everyone was on the same page. I had a few melt downs that Ashley fixed right away, one specific melt down I had was loosing the glue to hold my dress in place, there were no bridal stores that had this glue except the store I found it at in me jersey. so she hired an Uber driver to go get it an hour away from our venue and had it here in perfect time! There is no way our wedding would have gone as smoothly, ashley kept everyone in order, and everything was perfect!

Ashley was truly the MVP of my wedding day and helped to flawlessly execute my tented wedding. I worked with her for day of coordination, which started 8 weeks out. However, that package timing was never restrictive for me, as I reached out several times in the year leading up to the wedding for vendor recommendations and quick advice via email and Ashley always provided me with great advice! Once the 8 weeks rolled up, we dove right in and she helped to tie up any and all loose ends, coordinated all vendors leading up to the day and did some great research/leg work on some various ideas I had but never executed. I'd like to think I was a pretty on-point bride and I enjoyed everything about the planning process...EXCEPT for the last 2 weeks where I was utterly overwhelmed with the stress of it all. The help, guidance and relief that Ashley provided in those two weeks alone were worth every penny of our package. Once the big day rolled around, Ashley hooked it up, put out fires and kept us on time and under control. We had THE best day and looking back, I'm so thankful that we were able to let go of the stress and coordination and was able to just enjoy the day with my husband! And a note on our wedding to give you perspective - we had a tented Greek wedding of 300 people who LOVE to party, so it was basically a quadruple whammy of planing and execution. Between the tented wedding coordination madness, a huge and rowdy guest list and crazy, big family, I know it could not have been a walk in the park for Ashley day-of. However, you never would have known since Ashley and her team were graceful under pressure and always professional. TBH, I wish we could get married again so I could work with Ashley again. It was truly a pleasure and worth every. single. penny. <3

Ashley was our full service wedding planner and designer for our wedding. She is absolutely incredible! She helped us develop, design, and execute our perfect dream wedding day. I cannot say enough about her! She spent so many hours with us either chatting via phone or via email talking through all of the design elements and logistics of our special day. We found Ashley thanks to members of our family. She and her assistant crystal were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond what I ever imagined. They have great communication skills and always kept us in the loop of what was next on our wedding agenda. They also made things so much easier for us and kept everything calm.

Ashley was absolutely incredible to work with! I brought her on as a coordinator EXTREMELY last minute (like, five days ahead of the wedding!) and she jumped on board immediately. She was so helpful with dealing with the vendors ahead of time, coordinating everything day of, making sure I didn’t worry about anything that popped up, and worked wonderfully with our families and the party. As a "late bloomer" (last one of my friends to marry) there was a lot to compare to. And what's more amazing is these comments came not only from our 20 and 30 something friends, but also parents and grandparents. The best decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Ashley as our day of coordinator. I’ve been trying to find the right words for this review for a few days—but what it comes down to is that Ashley is AMAZING. I had misgivings about handing over my wedding to a stranger, but from our first phone call about a year before my wedding, I knew I would be in good hands with hiring her. Where other coordinators just sent a list of services and prices, Ashley took the time from the beginning to discuss my wedding and needs. When it came to actually coordinating, she was a pro. From a difficult venue to me changing some details last minute to running to get bobby pins the morning of, she calmly handled everything I threw at her. At one point, during the wedding, there was an issue with the food service at the venue. Ashley went above and beyond and began carrying plates to guests herself to ensure everyone was served. I am the most indecisive bride, it's impossible for me to make decisions between all the things that I like (libra!) leave it to Ashley to make all my visions come true in my events leading up to my big day! My bridal shower was spectacular! From the desert table with my favorite macaroons to the signature butterfly cocktails, she nailed every detail! And my bachelorette, was nothing less than amazing. Ashley set up two vineyards to visit and have tastings at, as well as a picnic lunch from NYC! And what pairs best with wine?? Yup that's right a stripper! Ashley did an amazing job coordianting our wedding! From the moment I spoke to her I was confident that she was the right choice for us. We clicked instantly. She was genuine and organized. Because our wedding required a lot of DIY and hands on care, we really relied on Ashley to bring our vision to life on the day of the wedding. There were a lot of moving pieces. We hired her for partial wedding planning, But she was there to answer any little questions we had before the 8 weeks she took over. Ashley was hands down the best money we spent for our wedding. The perfect blend of kind, capable and confident– she kept our wedding on track, on time, on budget and all with a smile. My mother and I had been very involved in the early planning, and were able to truly relax the day of with full trust in Ashley and her team to execute our vision for the day. She was quick to respond, had great suggestions and really made me feel so relieved on the day of, because everything was taken care of.

We HIGHLY recommend Ashley and Aced events!! Originally booked for the day of our wedding, I was thrilled to hear that the wedding had moved to another day so we could work with her. It was truly a pleasure from start to finish. She made us feel confident and relaxed going into our wedding day because we knew she had every detail ironed out and every scenario thought through. We didn’t worry about a thing… except getting married! Not only did she help us rent a tent with walls and heaters rather last minute, after the nor’easter revealed that it wasn’t properly secured, Ashley took charge and arranged for the rental company to come back to our venue and fix it immediately. Ashley took care of everything for us and completely nailed it. We can’t recommend Ashley and her team enough!

Ashley is an absolute pro. She allowed us to feel confident going into our wedding we had covered all our bases and our wedding day we were able to be in the moment and enjoy every second because she was on top of everything. She is so attentive to her clients. We worked really well together and she was very cooperative in terms of realizing the job of a Florist. There are so many words that come to mind when I think of Ashley; fantastic, patient, personable, fun, are just a few. She did literally everything for my wedding, and my day was just 2 weeks before her big day! She was so thorough with my wedding, she made sure the vendors didnt bother me, (at one point I was getting dressed and the flower vendor called and she grabbed my phone and took care of it! haha), had this extremely detailed itinerary for her entire team and made sure everything was perfect. She treated my day, and I'm sure everyone else's day, like it is her own. I cannot recommend her enough. Just by talking to her, you get this awesome take charge sense and it makes you feel so much less stressed about literally, one of the most nerve wracking days ever! I had the opportunity to work with Ashley and aced events for my bachelorette and bridal shower. Her services from the start were impeccable. Ashley helped me create my perfect vision for my bridal shower. From start to end, she held agenda meetings, had a timeline of events, contacted all vendors and always remained professional.
