Can't recommend Alexia enough! We have used her for a couple events now and she always makes the entire process run smoothly! She is organized, has great ideas, and always follows through with last minute and out of the normal requests!

Alexia was AMAZING! She helped make all of our visions come true, even when we didn’t know how to make it happen! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the wedding was fulfilled! The day of Alexia and her team were so efficient and made sure to take care of EVERY detail. Even though I’m sure things went wrong behind the scenes during the day, Alexia and her team took care of everything to the point that I can’t even think of any hiccups! I strongly recommend using Aces event planning for your wedding! I can’t express enough how much we loved alexia and her team! Did you just get in engaged? Who is your first call? Your mom? Your best friend? WRONG - it's Alexia at Aces Event Planning. Do not pass go, do not collect $$ - go straight to a phone booth and call Alexia. She is so incredibly perceptive, thoughtful, imaginative, organized and professional. She has the insane ability to understand what you mean when you say what you want, even if you're not sure how to communicate it. Alexia can go from "big picture look and feel," to "extreme detail no one will notice but you," in an instant, she's an incredibly agile thinker. She presented appropriate options based on our priorities and our budget. And tactfully dosed a few reality checks when required, which were 100% needed and appreciated. We are a non-religious couple and initially had difficulty connecting with the thought of a ceremony that was authentic to us. Alexia to the rescue! She designed a ceremony so unique and tailored to us, is was moving, funny, and interactive. I still have guests that say that was their favorite part of the entire night! (besides the honky-tonk band, obviously) Reflecting on my wedding day, everything that mattered to us was present and so full of love. And all the BS that "the internet," told me I should have at my wedding wasn't, because that's not what's important on your wedding day, Love is, and Alexia can help you get there! (she's also low key hilarious, you'll love her)

Alexia was amazing! We are so thankful to Alexia for making our wedding day not only absolutely beautiful, but also stress free. She took care of everything on the wedding day, from meeting with the wedding tent vendor, to put everything together such as the entry way, tables, chairs, flowers, decorations, making everything flow just perfectly. We have received so many compliments from guests, on how beautiful everything looked, and what a wonderful wedding, thanks to Alexia! Alexia is extremely detailed, she had thought of everything such as the timeline for music to start, pictures to be taken and what time to get started, I knew everything would run smoothly! During the months of planning, my DJ was unable to make the wedding, I reached out to Alexia and she referred a wonderful DJ that made for a fun night!! Alexia worked within my budget, she helped me secure wonderful vendors, and we had the most beautiful wedding day!! Alexia is a top-notch professional, who is well organized, focused, innovative, patient, and supportive. Alexia and I met a few times prior to the wedding day, I had great confidence in her, as she was full of ideas when needed, she listened and understood my vision, and she brought my vision to life, making it even more beautiful!! I truly feel Alexia knows this is a once in a lifetime event, and she does everything in her power to make certain she has made your day stress free, and your vision come to life...
