Aces Event Planning is a full-service event management company specializing in weddings based in the Chicago suburbs. Planning weddings throughout Illinois and out-of-state, too, Aces combines years of experience with formalized training. Alexia, owner of Aces, earned a degree from Purdue University in Hospitality, Special Events and has worked in weddings and corporate events for nearly 10 years. Beyond the logistics, we genuinely care about your big day. There is no chance to redo the most special day of your life, and we take that job very seriously. No two weddings and no two couples are alike which is why we treat each event with personalized, loving attention and tireless effort.

Our guests were impressed with her attention to detail and how she went out of her way to ensure everyone was taking care of. If you are getting married make sure to hire them to ensure the perfect day!!

and made sure to take care of EVERY detail. Even though I’m sure things went wrong behind the scenes during the day, Alexia and her team took care of everything to the point that I can’t even think of any hiccups! I strongly recommend using Aces event planning for your wedding! I can’t express enough how much we loved alexia and her team! ghtful, imaginative, organized and professional. She has the insane ability to understand what you mean when you say what you want, even if you're not sure how to communicate it. Alexia can go from "big picture look and feel," to "extreme detail no one will notice but you," in an instant, she's an incredibly agile thinker. She presented appropriate options based on our priorities and our budget. And tactfully dosed a few reality checks when required, which were 100% needed and appreciated. We are a non-religious couple and initially had difficulty connecting with the thought of a ceremony that was authentic to us. Alexia to the rescue! She designed a ceremony so unique and tailored to us, is was moving, funny, and interactive. I still have guests that say that was their favorite part of the entire night! (besides the honky-tonk band, obviously) Reflecting on my wedding day, everything that mattered to us was present and so full of love. And all the BS that "the internet," told me I should have at my wedding wasn't, because that's not what's important on your wedding day, Love is, and Alexia can help you get there! (she's also low key hilarious, you'll love her)

We have received so many compliments from guests, on how beautiful everything looked, and what a wonderful wedding, thanks to Alexia! Alexia is extremely detailed, she had thought of everything such as the timeline for music to start, pictures to be taken and what time to get started, I knew everything would run smoothly! During the months of planning, my DJ was unable to make the wedding, I reached out to Alexia and she referred a wonderful DJ that made for a fun night!! Alexia worked within my budget, she helped me secure wonderful vendors, and we had the most beautiful wedding day!! Alexia is a top-notch professional, who is well organized, focused, innovative, patient, and supportive. Alexia and I met a few times prior to the wedding day, I had great confidence in her, as she was full of ideas when needed, she listened and understood my vision, and she brought my vision to life, making it even more beautiful!! Alexia was great at leading us through the process of identifying what we felt was important to hold onto for our now very small and very different wedding – and basically starting over – again. I honestly felt like I was in a fog and she did a fantastic job with quick communication, negotiating with the venue, providing suggestions for floral, decorations, room setup and choreographed the entire day! Our entire family loved her – she quickly picked up on our quirky family humor! We highly recommend Alexia to help plan your wedding!!

pful, insanely organized & on top of her (our) sh*t. Her response time is prompt & very thorough for the questions (big & small) that we've run into so far. We've said several times already that we're so glad we decided to hire a planner & that we chose Aces, even my dad has been impressed with her attention to detail, & he's a tough critic.
