Achenbachs has always been my favorite bakery. There quite literally is no better cake; and the same can be said for the wedding cake they made for my wedding day. It looked just like the photo I showed them. Beautifully and elegantly iced with gorgeous pink icing flowers. No fondant nonsense, just absolutely delicious cake. Super easy to work with. Delivered the cake on time and with no issues. The best.

My wedding cake was the most delicious one I have ever consumed! Achenbach's did an amazing job with our orange cake (sounds strange, but if you like lemon cakes then you will LOVE their orange!), lemon cupcakes, and mini-whoopie pies! I had been researching other bakeries and the prices were starting out at $1000. I knew that the most important thing about our wedding cake was that it tasted good! Achenbachs was able to provide us with delicious cakes at a reasonable price. They also did a wonderful job of decorating our cake, and it was definitely beautiful on display! Thank you for such a delicious cake... I can't wait until our first anniversary so that I can taste it again!

We actually used Achenbach's Long Johns as our favors (my husband loves them)! I went into the shop the week of the wedding, ordered vanilla, chocolate, and peanut butter Long Johns, and they were done and ready for pick up the day that I requested. My mother-in-law boxed them up, put on a ribbon and a personalized thank you sticker, and they were ready to go. It was a low stress, affordable, and delicious favor that everyone LOVED! I would recommend Achenbach's for weddings and everyday!

We have always gone to auchenbachs over the years for donuts so naturally we needed a long john cake for our wedding! It was beautiful and so many people enjoyed having that touch of lancaster county at the wedding! We also got a three tier cake which was stunning! June was a pleasure to work with and made me feel so happy and excited for our wedding day! Definitely recommend them for your perfect day! They will only add to the beauty and magic of it all.

My husband and I both don't like cake. For our wedding day we chose to have pie. We thought this idea would not only accommodate our palate, but fit our country/rustic barn theme. We had heard about Achenbach's through a friend. She had her wedding cake made here and had nothing but awesome things to say! My mother and I went to talk with the baker. She was excited for us and our choice to have pies. She was very helpful with her recommendations on how many pies, what flavors and how to keep them fresh for our day. I also had the bright idea (well I think it was) to have whoppie pies as favors. The baker was helpful in suggesting how many and how to keep them fresh and how to present them. The price was very, very affordable. The pies where PHENOMENAL!!!!! DELICIOUS!!!! O my....sooooo good!!!! The whoopie pies were also very very tasty and adorable!!! Thank you so much for being a part of making our day special!!!

This was not only the best cake and cupcakes, but also the best price I could find in Lancaster County. The woman who helped me was wonderful and she helped stay to our budget as much as she could. She made us a custom cake and did everything we wanted and could ask for. HIGHLY recommended!

I got my cake from achenbachs and we got a nice simple spice cake. The pricing was right on and definitely budget friendly. The cake was delicious and I would recommend them to anyone! I love achenbachs.

Achenbachs was a great price and a great cake. They have the best prices around and the cake tastes great too, unlike at a lot of other places. They also did a great job with the decorations. Our grooms cake wasn't as nice looking, but it required a lot more detail and only cost $35, so I'm not complaining! I recommend Achenbachs to everyone and get a long john while you are there!
