Over the last 4 months Gary has been my trainer. He has helped me to achieve my original goals and together we have set additional ones. The best thing about my trainer is how flex...ible the company is. They will work with you in your own home or at a gym. Being able to stay home and still lose 30 pounds and 4 dress sizes has been the best of both worlds. Although I started my fitness journey to look good in my wedding dress I have decided to continue to use Achieve Fitness after.
