over the place when looking at settings, but she was super patient. I found a Tacori ring online with saphires in the setting that they didn't have in the store, but she ordered it directly from Tacori just for me to look at in person without any deposit or promise from us that we would even buy from them. When it came in, I tried it on and fell in love instantly! She also worked for months with my fiance to get the perfect diamond and even exchanged one for him when he had second thoughts. Talk about service! We also got both our wedding bands from them, they gave us a discount and engraved them with our wedding date inside for free! Go to Ackerman and stay out of the malls...you'll be glad you did! :-)
