When he did respond it would be to extend the deadline which he kept pushing back. When he finally sent 1/3 videos we paid for, the video was poorly edited, appeared rushed, and contained multiple black screens and irrelevant shots (such as video of the floor). When I voiced concerns, he offered no reassurance or intention to correct the issues. After nearly 11 months of repeated follow-ups, he finally responded with the excuse that the video files were not compatible with his computer, which is something that should have been communicated much earlier, and certainly not used as a justification for such an extended period of silence. This experience has now escalated to the point where legal action is being considered. Out of all the vendors we worked with, he is the only one who failed to deliver on his commitments. After I left a comment on his social media, he blocked us and was willing to refund us not even 15%, even to he did not complete our video. The money is not what matters, it’s the fact he didn’t hold his contractual agreement and didn’t give us our completed wedding video. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend him in any capacity.
