Planning from out of state, we relied heavily on her expertise and local vendor connections, and she delivered beyond expectations! Communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring.
On our wedding day, Ashley and her team handled every detail so seamlessly that we could be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our guests continue to rave about how beautiful and fun everything was, even to this day!

We opted for the Partial Planning Package with Ashley and it relieved much of the stress of planning the wedding. Our pre-wedding meetings were well organized, and Ashely referred ...
vendors to us and helped us vet others we found. She set us up on Aisle Planner easily to coordinate guest list, wedding rehearsal, ceremony, reception and other wedding weekend events along with creating a wedding day timeline for the wedding party and vendors. She kindly helped the wedding party and parents through the rehearsal. On the wedding day, she was available for any questions that came up and had all the vendors organized to keep the timeline we had set. Any issues that came up she was on and sorting through quickly to keep the night going. We ended up having late night popcorn and Ashley set that up for all the guests. Once the night was over Ashely cleaned and coordinated having the venue cleaned up per River Run Lodge’s requirements. We recommend Ashley and her team; she made wedding planning less stressful and made sure we were able to relax and celebrate on our wedding day. Plus, she was great to spend time with during those meetings and on the wedding day.
