We chose the Day-Of Coordination package and Alexandra from Actually Ashley Events was an invaluable part of our day! She handled every curveball with professionalism and was such a fun person to have around. In addition to plating dinner and drinks for us (the bride and groom), she perfectly balanced keeping track of everyone, following the timeline, and making sure we enjoyed every moment of our wedding! Would highly recommend Alexandra/Actually Ashley Events!

Ashley was amazing as our day-of coordinator for our wedding celebration. She was thorough in every attention to detail, and helped my wife and I feel relaxed throughout the occasion. She was professional, courteous, and exceeded expectations. We booked Actually Ashley Events for our day of wedding planning! I cannot stress enough how seamless and stress free our wedding was because of this. We worked with Meranda, and she came in a few weeks prior to the wedding and made sure everything was set. She ensured the rehearsal the day before went smoothly, and discussed any last minute changes we had made. The day of the wedding, we were able to relax, and have Meranda and Actually Ashley Events take care of literally everything! Meranda went above and beyond, and was so sweet and fun to work with! I can't speak highly enough about Actually Ashley Events. Meranda was our day of coordinator for my wedding last Summer and she made sure everything went off without a glitch. She was there bright and early in the morning and stayed until everything was cleaned up. I didn't have to worry about anything! She went above and beyond to make our day the best day ever. We couldn't have done it without Actually Ashley Events!

Ashley was wonderful! We were so blessed and lucky to have found her. She truly made our wedding wonderful and pleasant from the first step. We really enjoyed how engaged she was from the start and how excited she was to work with us. She listened to all of our ideas and made them even more beautiful than we had envisioned. She worked with us so many times when we wanted to view something, had questions or just needed to air off some stress. She truly is the Wedding Planner Magician!

We opted for the Partial Planning Package with Ashley and it relieved much of the stress of planning the wedding. Our pre-wedding meetings were well organized, and Ashely referred vendors to us and helped us vet others we found. She set us up on Aisle Planner easily to coordinate guest list, wedding rehearsal, ceremony, reception and other wedding weekend events along with creating a wedding day timeline for the wedding party and vendors. She kindly helped the wedding party and parents through the rehearsal. On the wedding day, she was available for any questions that came up and had all the vendors organized to keep the timeline we had set. Any issues that came up she was on and sorting through quickly to keep the night going. We ended up having late night popcorn and Ashley set that up for all the guests. Once the night was over Ashely cleaned and coordinated having the venue cleaned up per River Run Lodge’s requirements. We recommend Ashley and her team; she made wedding planning less stressful and made sure we were able to relax and celebrate on our wedding day. Plus, she was great to spend time with during those meetings and on the wedding day.

Working with Ashley was the best choice I made throughout our wedding planning! She was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding day, she helped with vendor selections, negotiating pricing (verifying is pricing was on par or not), took notes during our calls and tastings, and was the POC with all the vendors the week/day of so I was able to enjoy the weeks events without being pulled in 100 different directions! She even sewed my sister into her dress because her zipper broke right before the ceremony lol! Full service. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for event/wedding planning services!

When we started planning our out of state wedding in Oregon Ashley was our first stop! She was absolutely amazing and I could not have gotten through my wedding without her! She provided us with her go to top picks for vendors and once the vendors were hired she took it ran with it. All of the vendors she works with are incredible, she is incredible. We had rain on our big day and while everyone else could have freaked out, Ashley stayed cool, calm and collected. We got so many wonderful comments throughout the night on how smooth she made the day and how she dealt with rain. I can't recommend her enough, I had my dream wedding and I know she had so much to do with it!

My husband and I hired Actually Ashley for our 6/4/2022 wedding at Tetherow. We worked with Meranda as our lead planner and did a hybrid package where we paid for day of coordination and help with decorations/design. Meranda was amazing--very patient, kind, and organized. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and our family was so impressed with Meranda's planning. We received quotes from a few planning services, and Actually Ashley provided a competitive price for a wonderful service. We highly recommend Actually Ashley Events!

Omigosh we cannot recommend a more amazing planner than Ashley!!!! She made our wedding dreams come true and went above and beyond in every part of the planning. Ashley is so organized, calm, sweet, and devoted to making sure we are happy and stress free every step of the way throughout planning. I am still in shock at how perfect our wedding was, everything was flawless and Ashley made it all happen. Ashley is amazing! Look no more! We hired her as a day of coordinator, but she was such a great resource leading all the way up to the event. She was so helpful and went above and beyond what I could have ever expected! Being a Corona-bride was unfortunate but Ashley made the process much more bearable especially with the venue change, vendors dropping out, and a huge decrease in guests. I could not recommend her more!

We hired Ashley for day-of coordination for our wedding at Black Butte Ranch. We had to move our original wedding date, due to the pandemic, and Ashley was extremely helpful through the entire process. There were some last-minute changes the week leading up to our wedding (due to extreme weather) and Ashley helped us navigate through everything. We appreciated her calm demeanor and expertise. She did an amazing job setting up decor for our wedding reception, coordinating vendors and keeping everything on schedule. Despite some road bumps, our wedding turned out amazing!! We couldn't have pulled it off without Ashley.

Ashley was the BEST decision we ever made. She was on top of everything, and it made planning a destination wedding during a pandemic more fun than stressful! She worked closely with all the vendors, was always so responsive to my constant emails, texts and phone calls, took such good care of every detail and SO much more. I cannot recommend Ashley Mitchell enough! As many brides know, the wedding planning process is a super stressful time. I initially hired Ashley as a day of coordinator but she was kind enough to help me throughout the entire planning process as I was planning my wedding half way across the country. When the big day rolled around, I kept reaching out to her about little details that would pop into my mind and each time she had already solved the problem before she even knew I was thinking about it. She made the day super seamless and both my family and fellow vendors were super pleased to work beside her. To be completely honest and transparent, she made the day so special for us and not enough money or reviews can truly be enough to thank her. My heart is so happy and full!

Ashley was the perfect coordinator! She and I connected close to 9 months in advance of our wedding and her attention to detail and organization instantly made her my top choice for day-of logistics. Ashley really went above and beyond, making herself available for several questions as the day approached and holding time to meet with myself, the venue coordinator, and our florist in-person. I knew every time I gave Ashley an update on our plans or made a new request she had all of the details covered. By the time she shared a day-of timeline for our review, it was perfection. Hire Ashley now! During planning our Bend wedding (we live in Portland), Ashley was super responsive to my million questions and always had time for us. Ashley has a very calming presence which is invaluable when dealing with the many stressors that arise during wedding planning. On the day of, she ensured our wedding and reception went smooth and executed everything flawlessly. We could not have done it without her!

Actually Ashley was FANTASTIC. I really cannot recommend her enough. She was the wedding planner for my daughters December 2018 wedding. She is very organized, which is exactly what we needed. She met with my daughter and her fiance and knew what their wedding vision was, and she made it happen. Instead of worrying over the little details and how we are going to get it all done, Ashley told us what she needed and then took care of everything else.
