Hiring Ashley Ashby for day of coordination from Actually Ashley Events was truly the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. I honestly cannot imagine our wedding day going any more smoothly. Ashley worked with us during the month leading up to the wedding and completely took the reins on the big day. From setting up tables and coordinating all of our vendors to keeping everyone on schedule, making sure the timeline was followed to a tee, and even helping with cleanup at the end of the night, she went above and beyond in every possible way. I am someone who tends to be pretty anxious, so the fact that I had zero stress on my wedding day says everything about Ashley. I had complete trust in her to execute our vision, and she did exactly that. I never once felt like I needed to check on anything, track down a vendor, or worry about whether something was happening when it was supposed to. I could just enjoy the day and be present with my husband, family, and friends. There were genuinely no hiccups that I was aware of throughout the entire day—and if there were things happening behind the scenes, Ashley handled them so seamlessly that I never knew about them! She kept everyone on timeline, coordinated all of our vendors, and made sure every little detail was taken care of without ever making us feel like we had anything to worry about. Ashley was organized, proactive, calm, incredibly capable, and such a pleasure to work with. She took the vision we had spent so much time creating and brought it to life flawlessly. If you are debating whether or not you need a day-of coordinator, hire Ashley. Having her there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of managing it. We are so incredibly grateful to Ashley and would recommend her to absolutely anyone planning a wedding.
