Rachel was so amazing to work with. She not only captured some killer pictures, but the energy and love that was present throughout our wedding. The communication and preparation was so helpful to keeping all of our wants and needs at the for front of the day. Rachel went along with our goofy personalities and truly took the time to get to know us as people and a couple which made the connection and photos so special.

My wife and I got married in December and had the privilege of working with Rachel. If she is available, booking with her is a no brainer!!! Her pictures are absolutely incredible, she takes an unbelievable number of them, and she’ll work with you on the day with on the spot changes. She also really helped us out with a couple last minute vendor needs we hadn’t been able to book yet. SUPER HELPFUL for a stressed out couple that close to the wedding. Thanks, Rachel!!!

We got married in June 2022 and Rachel took our wedding pictures. We had such a wonderful experience the whole time and got many perfect pictures back. We also used the company Photo Booth at the reception and the pictures were high quality and our guests had many compliments and was a highlight for everyone. Our families said how great Rachel was and it was overall a perfect experience!

Rachel took our engagement photos and wedding photos and she was wonderful! Both my husband and I were nervous about being the focus of a photoshoot but Rachel was so warm and welcoming it felt like we were old friends. She was very encouraging and gave us direction so we felt more comfortable. I was genuinely excited to see Rachel again on my wedding day. I knew we were in good hands and she helped me feel at ease with affirming nods and reminders to enjoy the day.

My band played at the ceremony and reception of a wedding that Rachel photographed. She was professional, kind, and easy to work with. Also, she was everywhere! She captured so many great moments. We were lucky enough to see the photos after the final package was put together, and they were stellar. I would recommend Adair to anyone.

Rachel was AMAZING. She showed up early to our appointment, took beautiful and creative shots. I am so happy with her service and all of the pictures she delivered. I had specific shots that I wanted through the pre-event, the venue and of guests. She totally delivered on all of these. Overall, she was such a warm and kind person to work with for our wedding day. Her work speaks for itself, I am so happy with everything she delivered and the fact that she gave me access to all the photos. It was a top priority for us when picking our photographer and her website made it so easy to download and put on my drive. We enjoyed working with the Adair team for our wedding! They we very organized, easy to communicate with, and took time to get great photos for us.

Overall I would recommend Adair and especially Kenyatta and Kasia. I would absolutely use them again! I might recommend to Rachel to make sure you have an assisant who is very competent and detail oriented in all the email communications she sends out. Pros: - Kenyatta (main photographer) and Kasia (second photographer) were wonderful to work with! Kenyatta actually met up with me for coffee to go over my vision for the day. Kasia was our second photographer, but she was always so sweet in making sure the beautiful train of my dress was perfectly placed for photos. Sometimes I loved Kasia's photos even more than Kenyatta's because she got a side angle that was absolutely stunning. They both obviously have a knack for finding the right photos. - Rachel's (owner) pricing for the photos seemed more than fair and I was very happy with the final edited photos. Cons: - Rachel's assistant, Madison, sent out some emails of the original photo itinerary that was completely wrong and lacked any attention to detail. This was sent out less than week before the wedding so you can imagine my concern of not having a more specific and accurate schedule of events for the wedding day. Eventually they did make it right, but it was after a pretty snarky email from me. - Some of our photos were missing- just the ones of my husband and his groomsmen getting ready.

Adair was so awesome to work with on our wedding day! Everything from the initial planning meeting to detailing how the day was going to go, was so easy and they were very accommodating. I struggle with being in front of the camera, but our photographer, Amanda, really went above and beyond to capture our day! I cannot speak more highly of Amanda and how easy it was working with her!!

Rachel was incredible! We hired her to photograph our wedding and were nothing short of impressed with the pictures and the joy she brought with her to our big day! She was so excited to help us on our wedding day and was constantly checking in to make sure we were doing well and capturing the moments that we desired. She worked with us as we tried to manage the weather and potential changes to our photo locations. Rachel Rice was absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning stages, she made me feel calm and only excited for the big day. She helped me put together my day of timeline and was very responsive to all the back and forth I did bouncing ideas and revisions. On the day of, she was professional, efficient, and so sweet. It ended up raining, but she did a great job pivoting and working with what we had to take our photos and the photos came back GORGOUS. During the reception, she had my husband and I step away to take some photos and I am so glad she did that because that was really the only time him and I had to ourselves. She also designed our photo album and it's also so beautiful. Every photo is perfect, I am so in love with how they turned out.

AMAZING!!!! Our pictures, highlight video, and ceremony video has made everyone cry. The moments captured throughout the day were awesome. We are a diverse family with many different skin complexions so working with a photographer who knows how to make those edits was critical for us- and the edits came out so beautiful! Rachel and her team really brought our entire aesthetic and theme together and captured it in the most authentic way. Highly recommend her and her team!After calling SOOOO many photographers for months we got lucky on her availability- she has the best prices for everything we wanted! I was drawn to Rachel Rice's work when I viewed her portfolio. I loved the candid shots and her attention to lighting. When I spoke to her on the phone, I knew she was the photographer I was going to hire. She made herself available to answer any questions that I had or any scheduling changes. I particularly loved that she had experience photographing individuals of various complexions and the websites she used to schedule calls and to fill out the questionnaire. Rachel was seriously AWESOME! I cannot even imagine my wedding day without her! She is so sweet, patient, and so so fun! All of my bridesmaids and family talked about how great she was! We moved our wedding due to COVID and Rachel was so great getting back to us with alternate dates and was willing to do whatever she could to make sure our day went as planned! We found Adair Wedding Photography on The Knot and are SO glad we chose Rachel as our photographer. I knew I wanted her to be our engagement and wedding photographer as soon as I talked to her on the phone for the first time. She exudes warmth and genuinely desires to know the couples she works with and celebrate their unique stories with them. She helped us find a dreamy spot for our engagement session and took time to meet with us before our wedding to discuss our vision and help us make a day-of schedule for our wedding photography. Rachel was the best! She did both our engagement photos and wedding photos. We had a specific vision for our wedding day, and she was very flexible and accommodating. There was a time close to the wedding date when I was very anxious about everything coming together. She offered to set up a phone call, so that we could talk through some things together. Rachel was amazing personally and professionally. When we first met her to discuss Emma and David’s wedding she made Emma feel so comfortable getting to know her and to find out about her fiancé. She also came to a venue meeting to prepare for pictures and find out exactly what Emma would want. I honestly don't even know where to begin. Rachel is one of the most down to earth, loving, easy to talk to, instant best friends kinda person I have ever met. When my now husband and I first booked Rachel she was not going to be able to make it to our wedding due to her baby on the way. But just talking to Rachel in the months before our wedding I knew that even if she couldn't make it we were still going to have the most amazing pictures you could ever ask for. Leading up to our wedding Rachel checked in on me, called me and kept up via email. She sent me questionnaires and really truly cared what I wanted for my day. She learned all the nuances of the families, knew what I wanted and didn't want and gave me her opinion when I needed a little help. About two weeks before my wedding I got a text from Rachel that her baby was here (and so cute) and she would be there on my wedding day, no questions asked. My mind was so blown that this woman who just had a baby was going to still make it to my wedding but I was so happy. And finally after all the months of texts, phone calls and emails I met Rachel on my wedding day and felt like I found my long lost sister. It was so easy to talk with her and to have her around everyone, she just fit in! About 4 days after the wedding we got an email with 1180 fully edited photos from our wedding day, all stunning and all beautifully edited with such talent. I am absolutely in love with all 1180 of my wedding photos and so is my family. Rachel is an amazing photographer who will go to the ends of the Earth for her clients, but more than that she is an amazing human being. She has a huge heart and it really shows in her pictures. We are so blessed that Rachel was able to capture our day!! Thank you rachel!!! <3

Rachel captured our elopement and she truly made it the most memorable Monday night. Being dual-military, the timelines were relatively rough to hammer out and Rachel was so flexible throughout it all, just as excited as we were to celebrate us. Rachel acted as my right-hand-woman the day of, assuring that everything was PERFECT, and she truly captured all of those moments that exemplified that perfection. Rachel was great through and through! She was prompt to the hotel to take care of us (the groomsmen) and snap photos while we got ready, and also set up many great ideas that turned into some of our favorite pics (she set up an abbey road style one that we love!). She was super friendly and flexible with our hectic scrambling at the last minute to get ready, as well as just being friendly and helpful with anything we needed! One of the best things was we could tell that she genuinely cared about getting good shots for us and that she was excited for our big day - it wasn't just another job to her!
